    I am posting this complaint to you for informing that I faced a bad experience on your yogurt which I buy to eat.i brought 2 packet and I eat some from 1 and just faced bad taste and presence of green and white colour 🦠.and for confirmation I opened the second one and in that also same the presence of this was there .and I had severe stomachache and diarrhea due to this .

      I ordered amul kool from swiggy instamart (Date: 22-02-24 Time: 11:37 PM) and it's not expired but it's stale. The taste is sour and it's smelling as well.

      Resolution: They should immediately check what's wrong with there product as it can create severe health issues for any age group.

          We had recently purchased Amul Rasmalai to try something new from Amul brand. But the milk in amul rasmalai was spoilt and it was smelling very badly on opening and the expiry date is mentioned as Sept 2024.I had also complained on Amul website but the team closed the complaint without any response. Please find the pictures for your reference.Request for the needful action urgently as it has been quite long now.

            I purchased your Amul American nuts ice cream 125mL/67g, details PKD: 08/OCT/23, BATCH: BPV2811, on 1st of December 2023 from Krishna Store opposite of hotel Radisson Blu Guwahati, Assam. I found a hair strand in the ice cream. I checked it so many times to ensure I did confuse it with amul fibre but after checking it again it was confirmed that it was hair.

              On opening the packing we notice black patches on butter and even the paper packing was sticking badly to the butter. Though it has expiry date in 2024 so please have a look on the pics attached here.

                Fungus in Amul Stirred Fruit Yogurt two packs

                This incident was captured on Nov 2, 2023 and registered under Reference ID –2396363.

                This item got fungus settled down at bottom of yogurt container and when scooped, it came up.

                I am 5 week pregnant and I have gone through lots of painful IVF cycles for my child.

                This product did have caused me severe diarrhea and might have risked my health and my unborn baby's health too.

                I tried calling multiple times to customer care team provided but every time they stated it will be contacted by inquiry team and raised concerned to superiors.
                I am week-05 pregnant and this product if I had consumed it without checking fungus settled down in bottom did caused me diarrhea like condition and it had affected my baby also.
                I need fair justification and compensation for this product I have purchased that risked my health and my unborn child health also.

                      I purchased Amul rasmalai recently which was packed in July 2023 and had mentioned best before Jul 2024.

                      but as i opened the pack it was stale and spoilt, i tried reaching the customer care but it never got connected.

                          This is to bring in your notice that your icecream cart vendors of Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014 are charging 5 to 10 rs extra for every product they are also tempering the packaging so that the actual price is not visible also many times they overwrite the prices smartly.

                          And they have removed the prices from the catalogue instead of prices they have mentioned the name of the icecreams.

                          Pls look into this matter.

                              I bought Amul kaju katli sweet pack of 200gm online. I must tell you that u should improve its taste or if it is not your cup of tea then please stop selling it, it is more bitter in taste than sweet.

                              You are charging 1000 rs/kg which is way far expensive then any other kaju katli, and the quality of that product is totally pathetic.

                              Seniors please taste it personally and think about it if you feel the same then improve it, I have YouTube channel I will definitely make a video on it and make sure after watching that people buy some other brands. Do not buy your all products just on the name sake of AMUL.

                                I purchased Amul Malai Paneer from the local grocery store on 23rd September 2023.

                                I wanted that product for immediate use so I followed all instructions written on the pack but found a worm on the paneer.

                                  Amul Gold Milk bought today curdled.
                                  Quality of milk is going from bad to worse with every passing year and the prices rising exhorbitantly every quarter.
                                  Strongly advice the food quality monitoring department to do quality check at the Amul plant.
                                  Milk out of all eatables should be provided unadulterated for the high price that the public is paying.
