I am retired DMHO OFFICE I was travel to Rajahmundry to Bhadrachalam at morning 5 .40 am but the bus driver driving so dangerously at goti road and he talking to senior citizens so bad words and he was stop bus at anywhere 10 minutes to 15 minutes but thare is no stop I am asking to why you stop 15 to 20 minutes bus he give answer it’s my bus I was stop who will ask you he give answer APTRC will take action to driver and conductor if case don’t take action I was going law process this is bus service number: 23915 date[protected]

    I tried to book two tickets from vijayawada to hyderabad with journey date on 3-Jan-2024, booking date on 2-Jan-2024. Money deducted but tickets not booked.

        I k sujit kumar patro passenger of pdl to mrkp bus inform you any conductor not available in bus unfortunately I am seated a bus ticket not taken because conductor comes to me for ticket so bus driver asking any ticket not taken i am going ticket raised propose so bus driver misbehaving to me please such as action taken for driver next time any passenger side not doing such that type of.

            Sir,

            I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a series of troubling incidents that I have experienced over the past two days while using the APSRTC bus service on Route No. 805. I regret to inform you that the conductor on duty, whose photo I have attached for your reference, has exhibited persistent misbehavior, raising serious concerns for my safety and the well-being.

            The incidents in question is such that On 14/12/23, the conductor threw change money at me in a reckless manner, displaying disrespectful behaviour.Subsequently, she verbally abused during the same journey, causing distress. On the following day [16/12/23], the same conductor persisted in exhibiting the same disrespectful behavior, creating an unsafe environment .I believe such behavior is not only unprofessional but also poses a threat to the safety and security of the passengers.

            I kindly request that you investigate this matter and inform me of the actions taken to address the issue.

            Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.

              I hope this email finds you well. My name is Manoj and I recently booked an AC bus for a long journey through the APSRTC service for my mother, with reservation reference number Ticket No:[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my journey.

              Unfortunately, the AC bus I had reserved was not in a good condition from the start, which also started very late at the source station experienced a breakdown during the trip after an hour of journey at a place Tiruvuru. To address the situation, the transportation staff arranged for a normal bus as an alternative. While I appreciate the quick resolution, I must express my disappointment as the replacement did not meet the specifications of my original booking.

              Given the inconvenience caused by the change in bus type, I kindly request a refund for the price difference between the AC bus and the provided normal bus. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to such changes, but I believe it is fair to seek compensation for the discrepancy in service.
              Also my mother had a very bad journey experience with back pain.

              Initially there was a reply from APSRTC helpline, that they will forward to Nuzvid depo and further i have asked for update and i have no reply.

                      Hi, actually I wasn't able to travel in bus, so I requested driver to give my seat to my dad . He said no . So we decided to take another ticket in the same bus . Inspite of all these the driver talks rashly and fighting with my dad . The behaviour of driver is totally bad and that is not the way to talk to the passenger also ..and we can't tolerate such an non sense behaviour. So requesting you to take severe action against the driver and service number is 5394 (satyaveedu bus)
                      And my seat number was 4 and I cancelled the seat in last minute.

                        I have booked a ticket in Sup.Luxury from Srikalahasthi to Vijayawada journey date 13/11/2023 service no.35050.ticket no. TSBY80883651. For my daughter A Lakshmi Soumya F17. The bus right time to reach srikalahasthi is 10.30pm. Bus not reached even upto 11.30pm. when enquired, we came to know the bus did not come to srikalahasthi busstand at all and went in byepass without even intimation. This is not only negligence of service but a punishable act. How and why can I trust APSRTC...I CONDEMN THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CARELESS ATTITUDE TOWARDS PASSENGERS. PLEASE DON'T REIMBURSE. I WILL FILE A SUITE AND GET PUNISHMENT TO THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME ITS HAPPENING TO ME

                          On Nov 10, 2023, due to the weekend, the saptagiri express bus was completely booked, except, I only had a middle seat left in a 3 seater.
                          While booking, the yellow seats on either side was shown, indicating ladies booked it. So i booked the empty middle seat.

                          To my surprise, a male has boarded to sit along my side. It was a night journey of 6hrs, and seats in apsrtc express bus are too congested without even a divider in between..

                          However, I have approched The bus conductor to adjust else where. She has been rude and unethical, shouting at me, to silence me down to sit my reserved seat, and that she would see later. There are mutiple stops and most of the seats are still empty. So i sat in one of empty seats, yet she started yelling at me, to sit in my reserved seat, and people will board in next stop in that seat.
                          However, i tried requesting two gentlemen to exchange seats. Thankfully, they agreed to it, and we started to exchange seats.

                          The bus conductor, started yelling at me, whats my problem to sit in assigned seat. Being a lady conductor, she did NOT display a bit a sensibility or responsibility to understand my problem.
                          The seats are too closely binded that its too difficult to share with a male passenger even for few minutes.
                          Firstly, its mistake of apsrtc booking system, that it displayed wrong status that two ladies booked, where in real, a male passenger has booked.
                          Secondly, the bus conductor, being a representative of apsrtc, did not have minimal responsibility or empathy to understand the passenger's issue, that too a women's, night travel.

                          All throughout bus, she was cursing the passengers, and yelling at them too.

                          This is not acceptable behaviour for a passenger, and NOT reliable enough for wen to travel, if this is the way the conductors react.

                          Please look into thjs, and help rectify the system errors and make sure conductors are reliable enough.

                            Unethical behavior by the conductor while travelling in Ravulapalem to Rajahmundry where my mother dropped down in Peravaram.

                            My daughter is aged 3 years old and travelling with my mother in Bus.
                            Bus Conductor behaved unethically talking rubbish words towards my mother and shouting on my mother with wrong words that someone never wanted to hear even and started argument about my daughter's age without knowing anything.

                            She didn't stopped shouting and taking bad to words my mother even after showing Aadhar card of my daughter.

                            Those words that came out from her mouth are not able to digest for myself and my family.

                            Hope, strict action will be given so that as a conductor will not repeat the same kind of things with others in future.

                                I am Shaik Thaherunnisa I am an employee in Medical & Health Department and I am orthopaedically handicapped.I use to travel daily from Ponnur to Moparru. Today at 4-51 PM when i was getting into the bus at Moparru the Conductor & Driver behaved irresponsibly towards me. Before i entered the bus and when i was on the initial foot they started the bus and i fell down on the foot step.

                                I am here with attaching the Bus ticket for further action in this matter and also request for punishment for rude drivers & conductors.Please note that the Conductor was a lady inspite of this she behaved like this. Please note that this ticket is PHC ticket.

                                    My name is G Purna sai (17 Male) resident of Visakhapatnam, I was booked ticket from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada showing journey time is 10.00 to 18.00. I need to catch train at 21.30 at vijayawada to yerraguntla (IIIT Vempalli ) but bus reached vijayawada @ 22.30 It is very much delay due to this I missed my train. There is no trains available after that time and no buses are there. And I am from Poor family but much money is spent due this delay approximately 1000 each me and my frnd with the same ticket . Please do needful regarding this delay and please pay compensation.
