Hi, Recently from 28th October 2015 the bus fares were increased to 10%. The bus ticket fare from VIZIANAGARAM to VISAKHAPATNAM was 47 INR as on 28th October 2015. However again the bus fare was increased again within 7 day, its most expensive and terrible to charge 50 INR for the same route from VIZIANAGARAM to VISAKHAPATNAM from 2nd November 2015. I booked a seat with number :13, shown as window seat online in apsrtconline in service number 9063, a bus from Chittoor to Bangalore. When I boarded the bus, found to my surprise that the seat 13 is not a window seat instead a corner seat. This is not the first bus where I observed this. Could someone help in taking this forward and help in correcting this layout. Also it would be great if there is a provision to submit complaints...

Dear Sir, We are tortured with rash driving of an APSRTC city bus. The bus number is AP29Z 3268. This rash driving we found on 12th December 2013 at about 7.15 PM. The place is in between Miyapur cross road to Chandanagar. The driver should be in racing not on public roads. He is turning the bus like anything and not even considering the public on roads. To, The General Manager, APSRTC We the employees commute towards BHEL from JNTU University campus. The Bus route numbers 225 and 226 are very very rare and also are not stopping the buses at evening time from 4:30pm and the number of buses are too low. daily we are supposed to stay in the bus stop till 6.30 PM and even no proper bus shelter to sit. Kindly please please please take action. We are from middle class working employee...

I booked 2 tickets in advance for 2 people to go native around 15th May, 2013 using the site https://apsrtconline.in/oprs-web/. But before 3 days of travel we cancelled a ticket out of 2. On that day i got a message about my refund amount as below.

Hi,

I have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to kphb (hyderabad) on 13/6/2011 which was supposed to start at 11. 45 AM in vijayawada. But till 12.45 PM, the bus was not kept on platform. Later when I checked with the enquiry people , they told me that the bus has to come from Auto Nagar and will be on its way, but it was not the case. Timings of Renwal Bus Pass counter at Bus Depots.

The APSRTC that they have given Tenders for the E-seva Counters but at the time is from 8am to 8pm. There are many commuters in Buses there will be a school candidates and the Old people who daily travel by buses. But when they go to renewal the Bus Pass to Major bus depots Junctions like Rathifile, Koti, Mehdipatnam etc., the Rush will be more, if we go morning the PCs start...

We tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from chennai to Hyderabad on 24th April 2010. We paid the money through ICICI debit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But ticket was not booked.The transaction reference no. is OB269130. And bus service code is 5071....

I have made a E-ticket booking to Vijayawada on[protected] from Hyderabad, boarding point Ameerpet to 1:10 PM Super luxury bus. After making payment through ICICI internet banking gateway the E-ticket was not generated but my account was debited Rs.177/- and the ICICI Internet banking transaction ID:- IIN/APSRTC/[protected]/0

When I informed about the complaint through email they replied to wait for a month to get the refund...

I was trying to book the ticket from bangalore to vijayawad in apsrtc.in after selecting the set it been redirected to credit card payment where i have paid the amount. After comming back to apsrtc site i have got the page not found exception. I have checked the booke history it does not have my booked ticket but amount has been dedected from my card.

Please let me know whom i need to contact reg this...

from last ten years we are been moving on four buses(our bus no 284), now our area has been developed, so that we need more no.of buses to travel to uppal. more over the currently buses are not running at their Timetable format, every time delays & delay is caused due to not availability of conductor's or drivers, in morning hours we are not able to stand at foot...

Issue details : On daily basis the above mentioned bus service is not arriving to the destination on time. It is arriving almost delay by 3 hrs on regular basis.
If it is not regular service or Reservation service, it make sense. But being reservation service not maintaining time hurts the passengers. Requesting to look into the problem to resolve it on immediate basis considering it as a critical issue.
If possible take the serious action on the responsible person so that it will not repeat again in the entire APSRTC.

The bus service number 91919 which was expected to depart at 5:30 a.m. in the morning of 15th April 2024, departed at 6:00 a.m which is very late. In the process of waiting for two people all the remaining people in the bus are made to wait for approximately half an hour which is not at all fair.
Waiting for 5-10 minutes is ok, but making people wait for half an hour how is it ok? If the bus is going to start half an hour late then what's the use of we making the reservation for this timing bus...if we are on with being late by half an hour then we would have taken the bus right? People might be traveling because of some urgency too. I just want to request the apsrtc bus to make a fix on the waiting time for the passengers so that people who are already at correct time won't face issues.

On 06/04/2024 reserved APSRTC super luxury service no 9235 from Madanapalle to MYDUKUR but the bus not went through MYDUKUR. After my destination passed 10kms the driver and conductor forced me to get down the bus .Iam unable to do anything. At the time when I get down the bus the time was 10.20PM no vehicle stopped there, Iam totally disturbed with behaviour of conductor and bus driver they not even follow their basic rules. Iam totally mad at the time, and reached home around morning 3.00AM.
Please look into this situation and take sivear action against them.
