Worst app orders are not executed properly

What the …. It is doing it’s such a big company don’t know how to manage the app if you place 2 orders only one order will executed because of this we faced many losses

Cancel my Platinum Service and Refund all my money.

Hello, I'm Ankit Choudhary, Client ID - A721049
I was unknowingly made to activate platinum service by my relationship manager "Suraj Pandey".
After that I asked him to cancel my subscription, he isn't corporating with me properly.
I was informed by Mr. Suraj's senior that I'll get my refund in 48 hrs. But it's been more than 100 hours now....

Incorrect information on everything

Due to incorrect information provided by their customer support agent I post 50k amount please take strict action on them as they do not have any skill on the product they work because I have got into these losses please help me in recovery of my loss along with penalty...

Not giving my funds

Angel broking is not giving my funds to me nor letting me place any order
They are cutting my calls
And they’re giving me timelines like 15 mins etc and things are never sorted
They’re are making me suffer losses on shares...

Wrong penalty charged

Dear Team

Pls go through attached details for penalty charged by angel broking which is not acceptable. I had done the trade with option stock as per required margin and same has been not square off on the expiry date. It was new for me i am not trained and dont have this knowledge. Even i have raised order on expiry date but same was not executed by angel then where is my mistake.if there is a rules for option, fut stock then...

Hi Team,

I recently purchased shares of GEMSTONE though Angel Broking app and I am getting an email saying that since I invested in risky shares in volatile market they will sell off 70% of my shares and they will take my money.

I don't understand the logic behind selling off my shares without my permission and taking my money. Can you please help me on this.

Clear balance is 31800 but in withdrawal it is showing zero.

My client code is S1197870 Sharwan kumar,
I transferred 1, 30000 rs to my account on 4th jan. next day my clear balance was 31800 rs but when i go to withdrawal it is showing zero amount....

I haven't received user Id and password.I had submitted my application on Thursday 30th December 2021 and still i didn't got any login details.. its been six days, i didn't. I am not able to send mail.

Stop annual platinum service

Your customers support person told me for free plans and I filled as he told and Activated Angele broaking platinum service
Without. My consent. And debited Rs.5000. When I ask why it debited he said it's free.
But amount was debited . please Deactivated it Soon as soon posible . I don't want that type of service. Id is K403899...

Funds Not Refunded.

Sir
I bought call position with them, and made two withdrawals, of Rs 2000 and Rs 771, both withdrawals were not transferred to me.
Next day I cancelled the withdrawals and after that those funds are lost.
The customer care confirmed me it'll be refunded to me, but after 4 days they say no such funds exists.
Please help....

Withdrawal request pending - 10 days

Hi, my name is Srabanti Ghosh. My client ID is 193552 with Angel Broking. I placed a withdrawal request on 17th Dec’21 but its still pending. My ledger balance is showing Rs. 99, 000 as of 26/12/21 but the contract notes is showing Rs. 131, 978 till 18/12/21 with closing balance of ZERO and pending Dr. amount of Rs. 30, 989. I believe the ledger amount is net of all balances and is correct.
But Angel Broking is not settling their...

Not releasing my funds giving false excuses of bank ifsc mismatch

Not received referral bonus

I am a regular trader in Angel broking and I referred few of my friends and family to angel broking, they created their accounts and have been trading even so referral voucher is still processing . It's been more than 10 days and even I contacted their customer care but their response was not satisfactory.
