Had opened online demat account last month and at the time of account opening none of your coordinators told me that I have to courier POA to Hyderabad office once I start doing transaction. Now I am getting reminders to courier POA else my demat account wud b deactivated which is not acceptable n it's totally unprofessional.

    I have tried to open my d-mat account online in angel broking web-site. Money of rs 699 /- got transferred and unfortunately account was not created due to "non-response of adhar-mobile linking issue". The adhaar site is temporarily having issues and mobile no can't be updated as per govt. Regulations. I even lodged and sent mail to [protected]@angelbroking.com. Everytime i call, they say.. Its with mumbai team/bangalore team... We have escalated... You will get the money today... Its been 3 weeks since amount got transferred to my pan... Untill now they were not able to refund my money and every day they say some odd stories.. Poor customer service and fradulent brokers.. Plz help...

      Broker mr shantaram garud promised us t give 4% monthly on my invested amount in 2012 in which he failed. Now he is not giving my invested amount 400000 back since last 5 years. We believe him because of your brand name, i am not sure how to deal with it now. I have already compromised with him on amount return in easy emis but still he is not supporting to any deal. Need your help to sort this matter out.

      I am from middleclass family and only earning source. I need this money for my mothers medical treatment.

        On 19th may i paid 10000/- to open demat account in angel broking. I was told that account will open in 1 hour but even after 3 days my fund has not been transfered in demat account.

        Now, they are asking for 6 months bank satement to authenticate that i have paid 10, 000/-. Why they have not informed me regarding the documents before opening the accounts. Today was the trend to be in the market and i am unable to trade.

        It is very bad experience with angel broking and request you to close my demat account and refund the rest amount.

        Please take a look on this matter.

          Thanks for your response, but i am not getting how could you say that my account is in-active status, when i am getting statement in weekly basis on my mail.
          And what about my expenses which i had paid while opening my account and till it is showing that there are two types of shares purchased on behalf of me by your organsation detals are as :

          1) punj lyod

          2) hdil

          What happened to these shares, and i need assistance in doing all process as i am not able to perform it solely.
          So please ask one of your representative or executive who can guide me and do on my behalf the work to be done to activate my account.

            Hello,
            This is regarding the heavy brokerage which has been charged to me against the plan which I took and whenever I am calling the relationship manager he is saying your new plan is not activated and it will take some time. It is almost 3 days now and I am also received that my new plan is activated then how come it is charging me more brokerage.
            Please share the escalation matrix with me I would like to highlight this to higher management or else I will file a fraud case against Angel broking

              Dear team,

              I am very much frustrated from angel broking services. I have complaint to my dealer since 3 to 4 months back wherein i have been escalating about twice dp changes charged from my angel account.

              I have filled my form with life time amc without charges but company had still charged me charges of it.

              I have been escalating since long with from my end and through dealer with same is been unattended.

              I am very much frustrated and going through mental trauma with this.

              I have been receiving messages from angel team to pay changes else my cibil score will get impacted. I am not getting a point when i have picked for life time free amc then why the charges were charged.

              I have been writing and escalating since long but i have not been getting solution to it.

              If still i do not get further solution, i am escalating in an hope i will get resolution towards my problem.

              I have all the proofs which i can submit with the form which i filled.

              I have enclosed the screen shot of the page which i signed but this company is looting customers.

              Worst service and company i had ever seen.

              Hoping now consumer forum will help customer with this cheated company.

              Please do the needful and confirm.

                My name is nitin arjun pachange.
                Angel team have given me the wrong information at the time of account opening. That you can hold your margin holdings for 90 days. But they have not told about in between deduction or square off information.
                Main thing i got mail and message that i am going to charge before 90 days which is wrong as per angel b employees said.

                  My self santosh kumar pattanayak, client i'd s240979, on mob no [protected].

                  Recently i have opened dear and trading account with angel broking since their staffs convinced me that they have best mob app for trading. Bit i found one of the poorest technology based mob app for which i lost 4 lacs just within 2 days since their app doest not allowed me to do carry forward nor communicated me any type of sms or rejection reason. It purely companies mistake finally on 3rd day i had to walk into their office and come to know they do not have any option to know the reason of rejection of carry forward through mob app and for which i had to lost 4 lacs of money. Request you to payback all the lost money.

                      I am writing to request refund of brokerage amount which was approximately rs.13, 350/- deducted from my demat account, client code r97175 in the name of rajkiran s madavi.
                      On dated 25th april 2019 & 26th april 2019 i traded on nifty option and brokerage charged on my trading is rs.45/- per lot. Angel broking reduces/upgrade their brokerage charges plan i. E. Rs.15/-, rs.30/- per order from dated 1st april 2019, but you didn't informed me about new brokerage plan changes and you charged with old brokerage as per rs.45/- lot on my said trading. So more brokerage deducted from my account. As i am an existing old customer of your firm so it's your duty, you have to inform me about change of brokerage plan via e-mail or phone call but you did not. At the same time you also didn't upgrade my brokerage plan by your own. That's why i am not aware about new plan, its totally your fault but loss bear by me.
                      I had loss of approximately rs.13, 350/- because of rs.45/- per lot brokerage charges. I am really disappointed with this. So please return my fund approximately rs.13, 350/-.

                          Angel broking did a mistake and now they are not accepting, no one from this organisation is responding either to my calls or mails.
                          Below is the description of my trade-

                          Hi team,
                          My name-sudhanshu sen
                          Client code - s219089
                          On 18th april 2019, i bought 2 lots of pc jeweller future april series

                          The trade was made at 9.20.41 am @ 160.30
                          I had put sell order for the same lots @ 161 on 9.22.30 am

                          But the trade was shown as pending and didnot executed even though the rate had gone much higher than 161.00

                          There was enough volume and liquidity to support the trade.
                          The rate was 161 till 9.25 as shown in the above attachment.

                          But due to sudden drop the trade was square off due to mtm.

                          How did my trade got into mtm when i already put below market rate for selling. The rate was above my selling price for more than 3 mins so why it was showing pending?
                          Need your revert on priority, kindly do the needful,
                          I had spoken to my dealer - mrs mayuri who checked the whole stuff and advised me to send this in mail also she agreed with the points i discussed but she could find out the exact way to sort out the same hence she requested to make this on mail communications

                          Nothing has been done till date.. no one is responding to my calls and mails.. i lost 400000 in one day just because of angel broking's mistake. after loosing such a big amount my health going down day by day i have to pay the same to my friends relatives how will i pay to them as i borrowed this amount. i am scared and also not well. please help

                                    I am writing to request refund of brokerage amount which was rs 32400/- deducted from my demat account, client code s237267 in the name of shafiqueddin a quazi.

                                    On 4th april 2019, trade was done on bank nifty and brokerage was rs 72 per lot i was told by your executive that rs 15 per order will be charged due to changes in plan 1st april 2019, moreover, on 2nd april 2019. I was assured that my plan will be changed in 48 hours. But mr rahul, s (Angle broking sales executive) mobile number ([protected]) is also not reachable since then,
                                    I am really disappointed with the services from angle broking in addition rs 32400/- + gst was deducted from my demat account,
                                    I have filed compliant regarding the same and had conversation with miss. Sonali (Relationship manager [protected]) is that time there is no response from there end

                                    In the view of above it would be greatly appreciated.

                                      I have ordered one pease but they have given a delivery of sari that to cost around 100 rupees in indian local market i need my money back. This is a 1st time happened in my life time. I will never order anything from such pathetic shopping website which they give wrong delivery that to for such a high cost i want strick action to be taken against them n want my refund and some ppl should come to take that parcel back from my location

                                        My angle broking client id s237267 they charged brokerage rs 32400 & gst without informed me. At the time of account opening agent said option brokrage charges per lot rs 15. But yesterday they charged me rs 90 per lot, i request please resolve my complaint asap. I had taken loan against wife gold. So my humble request please resolve my complaint asap.
