Angel has a bunch o[censored]seless fellows they call rms. These people are not employed to attend to your concerns or complaints but to call and harass you into buying that sip or take their platinum advisory. I have had to block most of the numbers from their delhi office due to these nuisance calls. Also, i had 3 bank accounts registered for transferring funds. One of them is an old account that has not been used for a while. Without my consent, they transferred all my broking funds into that dormant account. It shows that the money in angel broking wallet is not safe. These # rms can transfer your money anywhere anytime wherever they please.

From last 4 weeks I am not getting the real time data of speed pro chart. Because of which unable to predict the next trend of concern script. I have tried to contact your concern authority but every time your personnel says that our technical department trying to solve the problem.

I caught a fraud by the employee of angel broking mis. Kinjal hariram rajbhar.

Today, i bought nifty bank 30600 and 30800 call 72 lots each in intraday basis. I requested to her that please convert my position carry forward around at 2.45 p. M. At that time my account balance is around rs. 2.5 lac around. She told me that there is a shortage of fund by 48, 600. I told her please convert my position to as much as possible and for balance position i will transfer the fund immediately. But she did’nt done.

When i am going to transfer the fund through mobile app 3.04 p. M, saw that in my account no carry forwards position are there.
I am unable to understand that how it is possible that my already carry forwad position is square off without my permission by kinjal hariram rajbhar. Then a call her again and she told me that all position (Carry forward as well as intraday) automatically square off if loss is 80% of value.

This is highly misbehavior of your employee with your client. Requesting you to resolve the issue immediately, otherwise i have no option to go with legal.

I used angel broking service around 2 years ago and their trading guy did my trade without my proper consent and no response from rm & even app goes in hang mode. I lost around 2.5 l and that was a first trade of my life and i lost my all savings because of their trading guy. So after some time i stopped trading & told my rm to close my account. She said that she will procced with closing the same. And they keep on sending me messages on gmail so i called them to close my account my time but they did not and today someone called me & said that you have to pay approx 3500 for closing your account. This is very bad expenence with angel broking. Plz take immediate action, & close my account

I want to lodge a complaint with you about your office in salt lake sector v, kolkata.
One day in december 2018, mr amit singh of angel broking talked to me over phone and came to my house on 04th decemer 2018. He gave a very rosy picture especially about your arq which attracted me as i am a senior citizen and the returns from my investments are squeezing day by day for lowering of interest rate in bank etc. As a test case i told him, for the time being, for investing rs 25, 000.00 in arq and if the return found encouraging i would divert more money by encashing my other assets. He also insisted on very much for opening a demat account for equity trading and i agreed for a equity investment of only rs 5000.00. So he parted with a cheque for rs 30, 000.00, for investing rs 25, 000.00 in arq and start equity trading only with rs 5000.00. He agreed and collected the cheque (Pnb chq no.973941 dt[protected], encashed soon but i was completely in dark as he never gave me any feedback or taken my call. I sent a message (Sms) on 12th december 2018 for talking to me. But there was no response.
After a series o[censored]nattended phone calls i could talk to mr avijit banerjee on 8th january 19 who agreed to send mr amit singh for explaining /clarifying the matter to me and also to furnish documents/details of my investment etc (Like folio number, account & demat numbers etc). But nobody came. This way mr banerji was occasionally taking the call and assuring visit of somebody to my house. I got no information or demonstration about my arq or demat account with angel broking. However, in course of my short telephonic discussion i could understand by over hearing the other end conversation that my entire money got invested in equity. I wanted to know what they had done with my money but sri banerjee parried my question and wanted to depute someone to me.
Of late when i had to accept whatever they have done and requested mr banerje to provide me with my profit & loss statement for including in my it return for fy 2018-19 he again told of sending someone. I stopped all my work and waited for his man to arrive but again the matter was repeated, no one came.
Then i asked him to send me the relevant paper by mail but he did not.
I gave him a bit larger message thru whatsapp telling him about escalating the issue to higher level but he remained as stolid as before. I still waited for few days to hear from him but he appeared to be very bold in his action of spending/wasting my money absolutely on his own without consulting me even for once. I have not even informed about my folio no, account no or demat number. Every time he promised to send a man with details but did nothing.
I request angel broking to send me all details and clarify whether arq was made or not and if it was not made why my permission was not taken. I am also attaching herewith screen shots of 14 sms and one whats app message given to mr avijit banerjee of angelbroking.
I have to include this detail in my it return for this year (Fy 2018-19) and may not be able to wait after 10/12th of july 2019.
(I have however searched my mail and got a number rord131 : i don’t know if it is my account no. Or something else)

This here is the problem. On 20th short sell is495.20. It's total 49000 change. But in my ledger sheet it's showing 35472. Why this much difference. I think now you guys understand my problem. Pls clear my problem immediately. Don't postpone for tomorrow again. Already i losted 5 trading sessions because wrong entry's. Pls resolve my problem immediately. And i want to see in my account trading limits

This is with reference to your below mentioned mail dated 25/06/2019 05.21 pm

We would like to inform you that on 20/06/2019, 100 shares of tata steel was short sold @rs. 495.80.

My - limit is -11480. They squared off 514 shares of reliance capital

While short selling, you received an amount of rs. 100*495.80 = rs. 49580 in your ledger.

On 24/06/2019, 100 shares of tata steel got auctioned @ rs. 502.80
Hence rs. 502.80*100 = rs. 50280 was the debit amount to be adjusted against your ledger.

Therefore loss amount is = rs.[protected] = rs. 700.

Brokerage and other charges levied on tata steel trade = rs. 172.57

Total loss on tata steel trade = rs. (700+172.57) = rs. 872.57

On your approval on the same we will process the refund of the loss amount.

When relcap is @50. At that time i have to deposit 49000. I deposited 35000. 14000 change i have to deposit more. Ruffly if calculated 22000 i lost after i deposited 35000. Now relcap recovered almost 18 rs.in the sence 18*700= 13000 ruffly.

Pls clarify my problem.

While short selling, you received an amount of rs. 100*495.80 = rs. 49580 in your ledger.

I have enrolled for platinum membership on 20th june 2019 and my rm insisted on and often requested to join the scheme but after that he and one mr shiva contacted me once and thereafter not a single call was recieved i sent an email to [protected]@mcafee.com 5 days back inorder to cancel my request to get refund the amount paid still i didn't got my refund

I did a big mistake to open an account with angel broking at their sector 18 branch, noida on their false commitment. If anybody thinking investing in share market and want to open a demat account, never trust on angel broking. They have no experience and gives your false commitments. They give you recommendation on shares on their website in your login portal and when they see that particular share is in loss they quickly remove that share from their "recommendation" option in their portal and later it looks like they have never recommended that share to anyone. I've got a loss of 1.24lacs+ by believing these people. They and their managers in local branches are not trust worthy.

One of the another biggest drawback is, they don't have app/software for macbook and iphone devices.

I found their another business is "commission" from other insurance companies and other funding managers. They usually sell you the insurance policy of another company to get the commission from them and so that they can survive in the market and give you the fake promises that if you buy the policy from them, they will give you good profit shares recommendation. Which never happened.

They have shared/sold my contact details with other funding agents/companies and these most of the people are from indore, madha pradesh. I usually get 3-4 calls daily from them for investment on their cheap thoughts. I have already blocked more than 500 number on my phone. But still getting calls from different nos.

So thinking to invest in share market, do not think angel broking, at least.

I have enrolled for platinum membership on 30th March 2019 and my RM insisted on and often requested to join the scheme but after that she and one Mr Uday contacted me once and thereafter not a single call was recieved but a mail was recieved of my stock with to sell and hold.
In the light of the above I request to refund the amount paid.
