On 6th June I faced issue while placing SL(stop loss) orders in angel broking website. It automatically converted my orders into normal orders and executed orders beyond my trigger price which resulted in loss of 53, 230 rs.
Initially nobody was believing about this issue(staff is so Rigid), it took me lot of efforts to make them understand the issue (many calls to different departments to make them understand the whole issue every time from scratch. few of the managers stopped receiving my calls never bothered to answer my messages and many small small irresponsible behaviour. this is common with angel broking service, I really got tired due to this behaviour). I had to take video of the wrong trade(I traded next day just to show them the issue, I had to put my money on risk just to show them the issue), then they believed, when they really found out the issue, they have accepted the error in the website, now they are claiming that they resolved the website error.
Now I am trying to contact them everyday about my loss, nobody is bother to answer my query. since 7 June 2018 concern person is not available. everyday they promise "you will receive call from concern person" i have never received call from concern person. many times when I talk about this issue in feedback, complaint and customer support department they straight away hang up the call (which is very disrespectful to customer). I still have not received any positive reply from Angel broking.
my experience with angel broking: staff is not at all co-operative. I have faced many issues with customer service not answering and not resolving queries many times before. No co-ordination between staff. Not at all professional behaviour
we also faced lot of issue when their website stopped working during the market time.
I request you to please look after this issue and resolve the query ASAP.
