While trying to open new account online with angel broking i paid rs 699 of which txn no was[protected]igaeftvrk6 on 27 aug 18 but account couldn't open as aadhar recognition failed.
However an angel's executive called me to support but he said that minimum ac balance below 25000 is not acceptable to him. And he will not support in account opening
So please refund my 699 or open a new account

    Dear team,

    On 31st aug'18 i had processed a payment of rs. 25000/- towards account opening with angel broking. Due to some technical error same was not reflecting in your account, as conveyed by the person who was assisting me thru this process (Your executive sumit sen). I shared amount debited message, my account screenshot and email conformation of my bank as well. Later i was asked to share my aadhar n pan copy along with video confirming im dhananjay chandrapal. Even that is provided from my end.
    Its been 4 day now, ur executive is not picking my call nor there is any sign of account opening.
    Have attached details related to same.
    Plz look into my query on priority.

      I was asked by an advisory company to deposit 21000 into their account to open an account in angel broking, suggesting they have a tie up with angel broking and if an account is opened through them, they will get more margin intraday
      After depositing money they didn't transfer the amount to my account and have giving one or the other excuse.

          I opted for angel elite plan of rs 1 lakh on 28aug2018 by giving assurance of account would be within 10min by using 5minwebsite. Angelbroking.com from which i transferred rs 1 lakh. Then tried uploading documents but the website is having issue it didn't get uploaded so the agent laxman nirbhan told sent the documentd on whatsapp which i sent it. All the process from my end is done. I haven't got any confirmation by mail or atleast a message from angel broking about my account is activated. Its 5th day today still my account is not activated trying to call laxman agent [protected] but he doesn't receive my calls nor gives reply by message. I'm helpless where should i reach to gety money back. Its not few hundred rupees but rs 100000. Giving false claims for opening accounts within 10mins take our soft copies of pan aadhar dont what misuse they would do of it. I would like to action against laxman agent as he hasn't been able to followup on my account activation.

            Broker closed my account while my Holdings are there and he forced to take a health insurance policy other wise he doesn't reopen my account so that I never sold out my Holdings. this type cheap behaviour my Holdings in are totally loss from a big gain.please take immediately action this type cheap broker its not good for your brand value...

              Hi, i am hemant my code with angel broking is "h44298"

              I just want to inform people don't ever go fooled by angel broking.
              They fooled me by saying least charges but later i came to know brokrage is 0.06% but minimum charges were 30 rupees.

              Apart from brokarge for 1 dp trsaction (Delivery) the charges i was told was 23.60 but it is 68 which is deducted in actual, angelsupport is bekaar faltu, and the rm if you call him, he will say if you want to do trade do it, for queries call me later and later he will say i am not sure about that send a mail to support, seriously from 1 month i am just sending mails, even i asked them to move all shares in my dp so that i can transfer to some other company but they are not willing to do that as well.

              i have send more than 20 mails, transfer my shares to DP account, i want to leave this bull ### service provider, please transfer my shares, people there support mails id is bakwass, after 20 mails generic replies are coming, no calls.

              also angel sells mobile number so be sure to avoid else be ready to get calls from share market advisors atleast 20 a day.

              you are bakwas, please just transfer my shares to my DP account and provide me the proof of 1000 rs DP charges in last 3 months.

                It is submitted that the amount of 699 deducted during the opening of account. It is informed by the angel broking staff that it will be credited in my account after opening of account. Till now the amount is not credited in my angel broking account with id diyd11454.

                It is also informed that earlier told that the brokering charges will be between.35 to.32. But the charge deducted is at.40 rate

                  I had opened demate account online under referral scheme. And i had been guided by Angel broking sales team and promised to zero charges for one year. But Rs. 531 have been deducted as DP charges from my account without any trading.
                  This experience is very unfair with angel broking. This is cheating with new customers.
                  So please close my account.

                        My question is too simple if any one of new clients want to registered with your company all the terms and conditions should be explain or not?

                        On 2nd i have losses 40000+ amount due to your follishness, without any information from you.

                        Now i spoke with respective dealer in main branch (Vinayaka) but now he is telling your shares are going in loss up to 80% so we squared up.

                        This should be explain before creating the demate account.

                        But dealer is telling he explained everything before creating the account, for that confirmation i want to listen all the audio clips before giving the compliment on angel broking in police station.

                        So share the all clips immediately. I am following up with you, concerned dealer and nearest angel broking office but non of you are not giving the solution. So i want to talk with your md, so provide the contact no of your md. Or else i will post all the mail communication in public website until i got solution.

                          Worst experience angel broking.

                          I have started the account last month with angel broking and added rs 10000 first time they give a call i got in which profit of rs 800. After agent told me added some more fund then i added rs 10000 then i bear the losses then again told me to add rs 6000 and again rs 10000

                          The thing is that i was not aware off the all brokerage and taxes. I was only know that 0.02 charges on rs 100000 that it. I was not aware about carry forward charges.

                          This is not not that only the agent give some call and he carry forward that call and after some day he forgot about call and my whole amount got zero.

                          When i asked that balance is showing very low in the ledger reply might be the ledger problem. I download the report from angel app but amount.

                          After asked agent again and again then he told me that losses whatever i said you was rs 10000 (Losses + taxes) but your actual loss is rs 19000 (Losses + taxes).

                          Actually the mistake was that one the call which they carry forward gone in huge losses and they were not aware about that. Also when i asked many then i get to know. They said we will recover it.

                          I was not aware about that in carry forward there is no stop loss.

                          After getting this information i withdraw the money rs 10000 to my account and left rs 7000 to in account for trading. Then yesterday i got a call from your agent for bank nifty in which i said put the stop losses around 500-600. The agent commit loss is around 600 plus brokerage max to max 400 i said ok but after that when i checked my ledger rs 1900 has been deducted from 7000 there is only rs 5100.

                          I have call recording of the above conversation that amount of losses is rs within 1000. If you need i can provide you.

                          After facing this situation two scenario come in my mind

                          1) either the agent have not full knowledge brokerages and taxes levy on transaction

                          Or

                          2) they play according to them not according to customer.

                          I never expect irresponsibility, negligence from angel broking which is a brand today. I also have so much people in my relation who want to open account in angel broking. I will never recommend them to open account.

                                  On 6th June I faced issue while placing SL(stop loss) orders in angel broking website. It automatically converted my orders into normal orders and executed orders beyond my trigger price which resulted in loss of 53, 230 rs.

                                  Initially nobody was believing about this issue(staff is so Rigid), it took me lot of efforts to make them understand the issue (many calls to different departments to make them understand the whole issue every time from scratch. few of the managers stopped receiving my calls never bothered to answer my messages and many small small irresponsible behaviour. this is common with angel broking service, I really got tired due to this behaviour). I had to take video of the wrong trade(I traded next day just to show them the issue, I had to put my money on risk just to show them the issue), then they believed, when they really found out the issue, they have accepted the error in the website, now they are claiming that they resolved the website error.

                                  Now I am trying to contact them everyday about my loss, nobody is bother to answer my query. since 7 June 2018 concern person is not available. everyday they promise "you will receive call from concern person" i have never received call from concern person. many times when I talk about this issue in feedback, complaint and customer support department they straight away hang up the call (which is very disrespectful to customer). I still have not received any positive reply from Angel broking.
                                  my experience with angel broking: staff is not at all co-operative. I have faced many issues with customer service not answering and not resolving queries many times before. No co-ordination between staff. Not at all professional behaviour
                                  we also faced lot of issue when their website stopped working during the market time.

                                  I request you to please look after this issue and resolve the query ASAP.

                                    With reference to reference no.[protected]

                                    I have tried to open my D-MAT account online in Angel Broking web-site.Money of Rs 10000/- got transferred and unfortunately account was not created due to "non-response of adhar-mobile linking issue". I don't want to continue with my application now and even lodged and sent a complaint to [protected]@angelbroking.com (No one responded). Everytime I call, they say we have escalated your complaint your process will start soon. Untill now they were not able to refund my money or even start the process..

                                    Poor customer service and fradulent brokers..Plz help at priority basis because I need this money for some urgent treatment of my family member.

                                    My client ID is AMLM1002.My user id is suspended with out any reason or information I opened the account just few days back .My Account was opened by a subbroker, by name Amal .He is working with a franchise of Mr Edison.mobile no's are Edison Sub broker [protected] Amal [protected].Service ref[protected].Email id, BRIG.[protected]@ GMAIL.COM
                                    I registered through the company and payment has been provided and i asked for the refund they are not responding

                                      Dear sir
                                      This is to inform you that i have sent amounted ten thousand with client code gj369. The neft dated 30-5 2018 amounted 10000 was credited on[protected] for purchasing shares.in spite of several telephonr call and mail this amount was not credited. Behavior of staff was not at all cooprative. It took them one week to credit it in my account. Behaviour of anoop kumar, manager was very bad. Please look into the matter and pay me interest for one week delay.

                                      I paid 699 for opening account. But now yet account is nt opens. Nd my payenge 699 is also returned.

                                        I leelawati yadav wife of late amit yadav who was an esteemed employee of your lucknow branch (Shalimar square, uttar pradesh) died an accidental death upon returning from office late night on 4th august 2015.

                                        I have already requested many times about the release of provident fund of my husband.

                                        The required pf form has been submitted with all the required documents in august 2015 and the fund still hasn't been released which is very disheartening.

                                        I have a 6-year-old daughter who is solely dependent on me and i am earning by no means. If you cant understand my family's situation then please let me know other vise just please act humbly and process my request as we are not well economically at all.
