My user id is v106450. I subscribed for their platinum advisory services on[protected]. They said they will appoint a relationship manager who will advise me what to buy or sell. Till now i don't know who is my rm. They have kept boys to trap customers and then these boys disappear, there is no trace of them, they don't attend your phone calls. Then in couple of hours you get a whatsapp message with 10 company names selected randomly from bse 30 or nse 50 saying buy, there are no fundamental or technical advises on these companies, for this they charged me rs.5000/-pa. I have asked many times for the refund, but they didn't returned yet the subscription amount paid by me since i am not satisfied with the platinum advisory service. I will keep you informed. Thanks

Yesterday i called you’re angel broking member from you’re call and trade option .. and i asked her in platinum pack will an agent will guide me ?? She said yes an agent will guide you through call and whatsapp but there’s nothing like thatt .. today when i called one more time to you’re people from call and trade option in your app she said there’s nothing like thatt ..
Reply as fast as possible and refund me my money pleasee . I have been mislead by you’re memberss .. Refund me my money

    Sir i want to deactivate my angel platinum service. I enrolled it today (11/04/2020) at 4:35 pm. Reason that your executive call me and said that a mail from angel broking is send to your reg. Mail id. I think that some official formalities have to done so he call me. That clicking on enrollment, some questions showen to me and your executive tell me their answers. I do as he said after he said submit it. When i submit he said that your angel. Platinum service has been activated and you have to pay rs. 5000. I said that i don't want to any kind of service and you close this service and don't debit any charges from my account. He said we can not do this. We will call you our next working day. So sir i intimate you that i don't want this service and i don't take any avail of this service. So i hope you don't debit any charges from my account and stop this service as soon as possible.

          My security holdings is showing -1000 shares of indusind bank and -2000 shares of Ashok leyland on NSE. I never made a sell order of these shares. The only transactions i did were on bse. As a result now my holding value is in negative. They have been also constantly manipulating my trades from delivery to intraday and intraday to delivery

            My user id is A163293. My account is suspended without prior notice. Account is suspended till now...!! I requested them to open my account so many times I mail also so many times with proof but not giving any response ... No support was provided regarding trading and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls. and reverting on mail. Really frustrated with this organization... I requested to all... Not to join angel broking don't waste your time.

              I was having a good experience in angel broking until a person from angel broking called me and said the angel broking has sent mail just for profiling.. When i said the e-mail was for angel platinum services which i didn't want to apply, he assured me it was just for profiling.. I trusted him and the next morning i see message saying 5000 will be debited from my account.. My client id is m168640 i want my money to credited back and angel platinum services be discontinued. This has happened in 3/04/2020.. I don't want my hard earned money to be debited for something i didn't apply

                There is plenty of numbers for contact angel broking and many email ids but there is no response from them via mail and contact number and whenever i want to sell any share they deposit money in pool account.

                    Please explain why it is there??

                      I am having my demat account with angel broking ltd. The angel broking has not intimated me shortfall before 5 days of squaring off my shares. Even i got the mail in the morning of 24th march 2020 only around 8-9 am n they have squared off the shares around 10 am, which is totally unjustified. Earlier i have paid the shortfall amount whenever communicated by the angel broking. Due to which there is a loss to me and it should be recovered from the company.

                        My client i'd is g48410. Even though i did not purchased yesbank shares on 20th march 2020, they are showing 1000 shares bought at the price of 87.30.
                        I have purchased 1000 shares of yesbank on 16th march at the price of 38.35 and sold them on 17th march at the price of 59. On 17th i got conformation message from bse. But they are saying selling was not settled. If selling was not settled how they can show buying of 1000 shares of yesbank on 20th.

                          Angel broking has deducted rs 5000 from my account v17412 for angel platinum services by informing me that my brokerage will be reduced if i take this service. But i have not made payment from my netbanking as i do not have any money in my account but they without informing me deducted from my angel account. Also when i research online this platinum service is not related to brokerage reduction.

                          This is completely a fraud service from angel broking. I have send 3 reminder emails to [protected]@angelbroking.com & [protected]@angelbroking.com but still i haven't heard anything. Also no one is picking up my call. I will wait for 1 day more and will escalate now to sebi as there is margin penalty charged now which could have been avoided if this amount is not deducted from my account.

                              I am a member of angel broking firm.
                              The company has been delaying the transferring of securities for as many as 81- 10 days, inspite of receiving the payments against my securities the very next day itself. This means that the money is in their accounts by the t+2 in which case it is illegal for them to hold on to my securities beyond t+2.

                              Attached is a link to a page stating sebi guidelines for the same.

                              The major problem faced by me is keeping a track of securities which can be misused by the broker. Also, i am prevented from selling the same as i cannot deliver the same as they do not show in my demat account. My major fear is that the broker can retain any benefits which are rightfully mine in terms of dividends, bonus shares or splits announced by any company in which i have purchased securities.

                              Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                  I would like to inform you that i have 1200 yes bank share. I got a call from angel broking side 9march 2020.10:39 am told made the payment. Till 12:00pm today either your 1200 yes bank share will be square off. As you check time after i receive a call i will done payment 24000 & 1600/- as you check attachment file. I made the payment today's 11:16am then 11:49 my share sold by you why?.
                                  Again i tried to call many more time but i no one can picking my call attachment already added.
                                  It's totally mentally harassment by angel broking side. I got harassed who will be responsible. Again as discussed with kiran and his senior told give me 10-15 mints but still no response.

                                  Team need to resolve either i'll raise fir against you bzc you guys totally harrased me. Customer support team totally useless.

                                  Who will be responsible for my financially and mentally harassments?. As you check the attachment i tried to call 50+ times. But no one responding. After payment why my share sold?

                                  Again i mailed to support but after 4 reminder no response by angerl team again i called today atleast 40 tims but after picking a call then hangup it's totally harrasment yar totally

                                    I received the mail for margin shortfall to hold the delivery stock early morning without prior intimation so i had word with executive so he told me if you want to hold the share you paid the amount otherwise everything sold out by end of the day so i paid the amount of 2lakhs which is more than my shortfall even i received the payment acknowledgement after my share of 3lakhs has been sold in 1.77lakhs.

                                    I drop lots of mails to support as well compliance team but no one given the resolution to this incident so i need justice on my capital which has been sold.

                                        Hi, my account has been suspended without prior notice. Account id bnga317. Kindly re-activate the account as soon as possible. Actually this should not be suspended as i have active ipo shares in it. I am not able to access the same. The account was suspended on 11-mar-2020. This is critical as there are active ipo shares which are allocated in this account. There was no response from the broker even after calling multiple times.

                                        I have sent an email for closing the account. This was told to me by the customer care rm of angel broking, that in order to close an account, i need to send an email, so they will be sending a closure form which i need to submit to the nearby angel broking office. But, in this case the account was immediately inactivated without any further intimation that too with an active ipo shares. There is no response to the email by the support team on the resolution of the same. I would request the angel broking support team to revert back immediately
