Worst service ever i have an issue regarding the account suspension its been like six months and the issue is not resolved yet, i am really fed up with their service there has been multiple verifications but its is in suspended state, i need an explanation for this i dont even understand what kind of technical team they are having, i hope this issue will be resolved or else i am going stop my service for angel broking.

    Short Introduction i am small trader working in Equity Cash &Commodity .On 11.oct.2019 my total capital is 93, 000 Broker call Operator number[protected] call me and said i have a call in Options &Futures .I never Work in this segment &broker advisory you can check my history of trade as well .So i am not aware about Lots, brokerage &Charges ther give me two call of Bank Nifty First Call Profit 28, 980 & second call Loss -16, 950.After First Call executed i received a call from Broker Said about Charges Around 12.30p.m i am busy on that time i said ok about Charges but Before the Trade i Said call operator please make sure profit& loss not more than 10, 000 He said don't worry sir i personally watch your trade,
    In Evening around 11.00p.m i was Completely shocked when i received a contract note in this note brokerage charges 50, 000 in First call and Second call Charges 30, 000.Total Brokerage Charged 80, 000 and 14487 others Charges .My account in debit Next day I call to Mr.Abhishek Verma (Relationship Manager) & Call Operator admit there mistake he said to me don't worry sir we reimburse your brokerage amount Infact they Share Screenshot of Reimbursement mail as well.After few days i am not received any call or mail from there side so call operator boy he said Diwali Festival is near So my Senior's is not available Please call after Diwali .After Diwali Still not received any response as well i call to him (Operator) Today you received call from my Senior .On 2nd November i lodged a complaint in Angel broking mail id received[protected].service request number and mention We are looking into your said query and will reply to you within 2 working days or sooner.

    But[protected] still i am not received any Response From broker side or Angel Broking Side .Please help me regarding this i have all call recording in which Operator said About reimbursement and admit there mistake because my total capital is 93000 .Brokerage is 80, 000.He knows very well about my unawareness in Options. Company work for brokerage not for investors .I hope you give Positive response.

Today at evening i wrongly text him by thinking that he another guy but he told me that why you registered you number at our company. Is it ethical behavior of a person. I was planning to open at past but i have changed my mind. So who is he to say that.

          Client id kolk2xx5, trying to operate my account for over an year now. Visited office thrice, deposited form at office and mailed form to hyderabad office. Verification call came but they said they'd do a whatsapp video call, which never happened. We are losing money because of their inefficiency. They keep harassing us, and none of their employees seem to work for more than 2 months. Every time we try to call back and ask about the progress, we hear that person doesn't work with them anymore. Is there anything called accountability and responsibility?

              problem in login to trade account

              I have regenerated the password through the forgot password option. But after password generation when i have tried to log in at https://trade.angelbroking.com/Login/ the system still showing the message 'user suspended'.

              Furthermore, while registering for online trading the system showing error message 'user already register with that angelid'. The account was suspended due to inactivity...

                Hi,
                My client code is S259106, My account was opened by a caller from punjagutta branch in Hyderabad .I specifiacally asked the person what are brokerage charges.He informed me it is15 rs for a transaction value 50K.
                I have traded in F&O on 16-oct-2019 for huge volume of lots, the brokerage amount came in thousands when I enquired I was informed the plan is not activated and 30 rs is charged for each lot.
                Before opening the account I was informed it will be charged per transaction, After making transactions im being informed the plan Is not activated on 18-oct-19.
                In my case, I was cheated to pull high brokerage amount from me.
                I informed the same to customer care on 18-oct-19, MR Ashish the customer care manager informed me issue will be resolved, I have been following up with customer care, they are saying you will receive call, but I didn't receive any call.

                      On 3rd oct 19 server of angel broking was down, tried to connect to tele-support but support line were not working. Some trades which was not initiated by me got executed automatically and were not getting squared by software. It caused my account 40k loss and upon complaining to support id there response is this can happen and can not avoid. Neither they are accepting there fault and nor they are responding to my query in proper manner. This is really bad and one can not trust to put there money in angel broking account as they can show any false trade and loose your money.

                      I have already done that and your customer support is not at all accepting there mistake. In fact they are accepting the mistakes but saying this are very normal due to bad satellite communication or something. They accepted me on email that yes they did wrong mistakenly played with my stocks and manipulated my potions.
                      I want legal action on this and i will make complaint against you.

                      Angel brooking is a fraud company.

                        Sorry, i didn't get a satisfactory response from your customer care.
                        Also I didnt get any msg for MTM loss (automated msg).
                        As i stated, at first it stated order noyt executed, then after refresh it got executed with 60 lot.
                        Even thought in eight minuted that position got exited. stating MTM loss reached 80%.
                        If this is the case, the how my position of crude exited 5 minutes before 2nd position of BN with 60 lots. if this is exit due to MTM, then all position should exit at the same time??
                        I have given documents soft copy to motilal oswal securities Ltd's employee he took my cheque book and he did SIP on me he done signature forgery on my cheque and my account balance now minus 15000

                          My account has been suspended due to non submission of family declaration form. However i have sent the required form on 12 sep 2019 in their given address in email communication through professional courier. On 16 sep 2019, they have received my form. Till now they have not acted anything. Does an activation requires 14 days and more despite submitting the required documents.
                          Their team at andheri office, ms ashika suresh puthran sent me the email seeking the required form to be sent to their branch address. I did it, but they were unable to reactivate my account even after 14 days of receiving my request form. These many days i am unable to trade. Who is going bear the my loss.

                              I have opened an account with angel broking in delhi and my client code is darka1880 during account opening brokerage for option was 10 each for buy and sell was finalized but they are deducting more than 80 rupees for both buy and sell...
                              And last week i put the stop loss trigger for hdfc and the same is stop loss hit at that time and after some time when i view it was not triggered...

                                I m introduced to a service names angel platinum so that a dedicated rm will be assigned for services and they make ur portfolio but nothing like this happened till date after taken service i have not received any call except welcome call i asked them in starting to refund my whole amount and many times i asked them to refund but no response

                                    Hey, my name is suny singh and i've recently opened a demat account with angel broking holding a client id - diyd69418
                                    From the very second day my dealer jaspreet singh started forcing me to buy a platinum service, i told him i'll buy later cus i'm already enrolled at sharekhan and motilal with same kind of service.
                                    He kept calling me and kept insisting me to buy, i was procrastinating cus i didn't want to enroll right away, i said i'll do later and was about to hung up but he said "sir if you have internet access, i just want to show you how to enroll, i said okay. He guided me step to step then he said it's done and we will deduct 5000 from your ledger.

                                    I wrote him very next minute that you tricked me, don't deduct 5000 cus i don't want your service. He anyway ignored me and deducted 5000 rs from my ledger.

                                    He was misleading me all the time that platinum service is for solely for portfolio management and additionally he will give me intraday calls every morning. I told him again that i'm a trader, not an investor, you tricked me into doing it. I have all the screenshots as an evidence where i asked him to refund cus he tricked me and i'll be forced to file a complain in consumer court and sebi.

                                    Then very next minute he wrote me that your refund is already processed, it will take 3-4 days to update.

                                    I wrote him after 4 days to get an update over my refund, then he said you have to send a confirmation email at [protected]@angelbroking.com.
                                    I did as he asked, angel broking responded my email with a. (Dot) i found a dot kinda fishy so i asked him again about the refund, then he said sir you'll get it by monday or tuesday.
                                    I wrote him on monday, he replied me with a suspicious. (Dot) that wait till tuesday.
                                    Market was closed on tuesday, i wrote him again to ask about refund and he said sir today is off so wait. I warned him that if he can't help me then i'll take action against him and angel broking cus its already been more than two-three weeks, then he had a nerve to block me.
                                    He blocked me on both my whatsapp number which he had, he blacklisted my calls.
                                    Before blocking he replied with ok and showed me this 👍 (Thumbs up) as of to say"do what you want, file fir or file a complain to sebi.

                                    I told him that you've conned me, you never called me to build my portfolio. He tricked me first, enrolled me for their crappy service without my consent and then he blocked me.
                                    I have all the screenshots from the beginning and they certainly might have recorded calls as well where he told me that he will just show me how to enroll.

                                    He's making fool out of me since past 2-3 weeks, making excuses everyday and today he said go do what you want.

                                    So kindly help me out here, forget the daily calls or building portfolio he straight up blocked me and kept lying to me about refund.

                                      Angel broking gives # service.
                                      Their staff don't bother to respond to queries whether on phone or even after a personal meeting.

                                      Utter lack of professionalism and concern for customers complaints and they just don't care where a customer has been satisfied or not.

                                      Totally avoidable working with a company like th8s as many more service providers in the market who want buisness which angel broking cares a damn about.
