Dear sir,
I had called up angel broking in the morning on 3/1/18 to do an intraday trade. The call was picked up by my dealer. I told her to buy 1000 shares of varun beverages (Vbl540180 nse code) at market price. She bought them for rs.711/- all 1000 shares. After sometime, as i found the price had gone up, i called up again to sell the shares. As she was busy some other dealer took the call on her behalf. I placed the sell order for all the 1000 shares at rs.718/- which he did. Again after sometime, as i found the price going down, i called up and as my dealer was busy this time some other dealer took the call on her behalf. He clearly told me that he could see my previous pending order at rs.718/-. I told him to cancel that order and place a new order for rs.717/-. He did not tell me that a part of the first sell order was executed. Again after sometime i called up and this time my dealer was there on the line. She told me she could see my 1000 shares. She did not tell me that there was a pending order nor that part of my shares were sold. As my dealer she can see all my details on her terminal. I took her word and told her to sell 1000 shares at market price at rs.715.75 p in the process an extra sell of 743 shares had taken place. This last trade had taken place at 12:12:15 pm in the morning according to their contract note. The angel broking co. Has a practice of squaring off all positions by 3:15 pm. At this time every dealer checks out all the clients positions and informs the clients if there are any positions that need to be squared off. I was not informed about the extra sell that had occurred in my account. I received a message in the evening that an extra sell of 743 shares had taken place in my account. The very next day i had gone to their office and met their manager. He told me to wait and let them receive the auction bill and in the meantime he would check the call recording and all the order details and let me know. He never called up. The extra shares were auctioned and i had to suffer a loss of roughly rs. 25500/-.
I had complained to them by sending an email on 5/1/18. They asked for 2-3 days to solve the issue and accordingly they send me an email. I had called them on 9/1/18 again and i was told they were investigating and they will let me know in 2 days. I feel they are just dragging the matter so that i may give up.

    From last one week i observe that the confirmation of trade summery for a
    Given date is not timely being sent and also incomplete, incorrect and irrelevant.
    It seems the work has been allotted to some trainee who can even write correctly, otherwise you are never late in sending me the intimidation for a particular date, do check it as we also need the confirmation on or before 5 pm.
    As you send the intimidation on or before 9am.

        I have an account j52706 in angel broking. Angel broking provides stock ideas to investors that are almost opposite or without research tips. They only do this for brokerage for them. Angel mobile app doesn't provide real-time market data. That is also cause of sudden loss. Clients are guided only how to buy how to sell nothing else. When i contacted to broker about my problems many times call disconnected without answering properly. They gave rm numbers. That's not answered many times. I again called then customer care executive again gave me numbers and told i mailed rm for urgent call. He will call you in 10 minutes. But not received call. I again called again mailed. Again and again. After three days i received call. I mailed my problems to angel support and after 10 days i got reply ur issue resolved. But i didn't get what resolution they did. I again mailed to ask what resolution you done. That is unanswered till date. I called to square off position but not picking calls. They treat as we are begging to them. Bad very bad experience with angel broking. I will advice to every one don't join this company that says we are the best but in real they are worst. I have all mails that i sent to angel. And today when i called customer care and told all these problem they said you can do any action what you want to do. I really don't know what can i do now. But i am totally disappointed by angel broking.

          I traded with my amount and earn more. After sell the share the cash was gone under cash for sale category.. As i tried to pay out my account balance, i couldn't transfer it my bank account and it's show my balance in cash as negative value. Why they make the customers not to take their cash when needed. Pool cfs means only for sale and not payout to bank. How can i transfer back to my bank account..

            Hi,

            I am dilip rana my customer id is nod3213. During opening of my account process angle broking executive promised me for free coupons of amazon and 5000 demat cash back bonus. It is more then 2 months now and since then i am following with the guy but still there is no response.

            During customer call executing inform my client code is promocode for amazon and cash back but this is again false commitment. Also there customer service number changes frequently and did not work max of the time. I am really fed-up with angle broking. On behalf of that we refer 2 accounts but still not any positive response.

            During customer call executing I informed voucher is sent but not yert recieved on my mail as it seems intermediary has taken up the privelege of my voucher.               Hi,
              My client code is diyd1045. My account is suspended without prior notice. Account is suspended till now...!! I requested him to open my account on provisional basis but they do not did soo... Nor he allow to sell my deliveries. The reason tell is welcome kit returned then i ask to give courier detail but they did not provide.
              Advice not to open account in angel broking because anyone can suffer huge losses...!!

                I opened my trading account recently with angel broking and struggling for hassle free trading. It was good for initial few days and after that, they deactivated my account as i am getting an error on log in page "user suspended".

                I talked to angel representative three times and they said there is document pending from my side but its not true as i had submitted at the time of opening account via email to the angel broking team.

                Every time i send email and they create new complaint id but goes without process for angel broking.

                I have shared all the documents again. Please someone have a look

                I must say it is really very poor service!!!

                  Yesterday i called the support number, support person told me that your money will be reversed in your account within 24 hour. It's already 24 hours have been completed and i haven't received my money. When i again called the support team and asked for exact time for getting my money back then support team told me that they can not provide the exact time and ask to contact their account team for the same, she also gave me account number which is[protected] but i called to that number and ask for the same they told me they are not from account team and they can not help me ask me again to call support team. When asked them to provide the account team contact number as support team has asked me the same then they told me they don't know the account team number. For last 3 days i am doing the follow-up to get my own money but this is what i am getting the response from them. Its ridiculous. I never imagined that such a big company will be behaving with this kind of attitude with their potential clients.

                          I joined angel broking a few weeks back. My account was activated in a day. However the agent who took my documents did not submit it to the office and my account has been inactive since a week. I have transferred funds and i have no way to take the funds back into my bank account. I can see the agent change profile pictures in whats app and social media but he never responds to phone calls or sms. This is not even a legitamate company. Pls dont invest with them. Pathetic service. I have never seen such pathetic service in my life.

                            I had opened demat account from angel broking, executive name (Prathmesh) impressed by open an account within minute, and i gave rs.25000 cheque from my saving, after few days they suspended my account. I really feel disappointed because amount of rs.25000 very valuable because its my saving from working, i feel painful. Help me please if possible...

                              Hell company, a cheater company.
                              While opening account, they told me there are no charges at all. After opening the account, they deducted rs.76 in two days.
                              I withdrew all my money from trading account and never going to transact with such a stupid and a cheater company.

                              Before opening, i read some comments like this on internet regarding hidden charges of angel broking, but i didnt believe on those comments. Well, now that i have personally experienced such cheating, i would recommend you guys to open your account with some good reputed company and not with this fraud company.

                                Beware-

                                They run with the scam of registering people on board with 25, 000/- cheque.

                                They are spoiling the company reputation by saying they provide amazon voucher against account.

                                When you ask for the voucher they will deny to process, because you have not followed their undisclosed terms like keep 25, 000 in account for 15 days, & when they say you have to pay in to the company account.

                                  There was a short sale of shares in my account due to angel broking. I tried to buy back the shares but i was unable to buy. The online platform didnt allowed me to buy back the shares also i tried calling the trading officer, there was also no reply. Due to that my shares was gone for auction. And due to that, angel broking took my 25000 investment and also charging me rs. 32, 748.75. Please dont open account in angel broking. Angel broking is the worst broker i have seen.

                                    As per angel broking website, i was register for demat account, but half process is completed, and still account is not open and no any clint id or dp account number provided, but 10000/rs is debited from my account. So requested to open my account as soon as possible. Hoping for good support from angel broking service, it is very big issues which was happened with me, because of trust on angel broking,.

                                      I have a account in angel broking. I have used that account... From last 4 days i was receiving excess limit used mails... And i have already cut my position on daily basis according to that mail. But on 4th day i received a massage which is mentioned that you have to pay around 2k rupees. I have cut my position with more than 4500 rs. But on next day... I was unable to sell my position on delivery also. And that's why (Only for 5k excess) i had taken more than 21k loss. Because i was unable to sold my shares which one i had.

                                      I want my loss back. Else i will go to sebi with full case. I am mentally harassed with this case. And hoping that you should resolved it on urgent basis.

                                      I had already called to my RM who is Anshul Goyal on that day to sell my shares but no action has been taken by the organisation. She had done some efforts for me and the all conversation done with his HOD but no one did efforts to finish this.
                                      I tried to create an account . after completing my payment successful. Due to aadhaar crd is not registered with mobile no . Unable to create my accout. Could you please do the needful.

                                      I have created new account on 23rd feb. But my account is showing error of "account is blocked for trading". I have already added funds in my account please check this issue .This Same issue reported to customer service on 24th morning but issue is not solved yet.

                                        Worst service customer service from angel broking. I will never recommend anyone to open accont with them its better to go to other broking firms. I connected many times with angle broking office for account closure but there is worst response from them. Every time the person who is assigned advisor to me tells he started process and account will be closed in 1 week but still account is not closed. Can someone please help me how to process my account closure online if they have any such process.

                                        And please don't go to them for account opening.

The mutual funds portfolio is not showing the correct value and it is showing different value from mutual funds holdings.Tried contacting the customer support but of no use .
