Myself d k rastogi. I opened two trading a/c's at moti nagar, new delhi office in the aug/sept., 2017. Since then i am trying myself to learn trading online. Unfortunately, i could not understand completely. Therefore i requested my sales manager/advisor and head to depute somebody to my residence. They promised, but no body turn up from the last 10-days. Please help me.

No toll free service and wastage of time and money, before i spent rs.70 and today spent rs60 to call but till now no response, execucative pushing to customer care department and customer care are very very very busy even i spent more than 20 minutes in single call, trying since morning but useless,
No proper information and lack of communication,
Very poor service, thinking to switch over to other best brokings

Actually while opening a dmat acc angel broking official told that there will no charges up to 1yr and when i started my transition they deducted ₹600 with out informing me. So when asked those persons they are not ready to respond me. And even i tld about my problem they are ready to resolve my this shows poor customer service. So i kindly request u people to look after it and refund my amt as soon as possible.

Worst broking house worst service, as per my point of view pls provide proper training facility to that worst employee. Worst culture, worst management, too many other charges like interest rate as per sebi norms you may charge interest its not a hittler rule angel broking means hittler rule. We are the traders small less then 1000 rs debit balance its not a crime. & there is no interest for ur credit balance this is funny. (You must have to follow monthly average balance)

I had open an account on 28july2017. Mr nadir and mr samuel visited my house on same day. They fill up the form and made an error in email id. I was told that it will be rectify within 24 hours but upto today that is almost 18 days i had not received a single mail and even welcome kit. I had already call 15 to 20 times with your helpline nos and your representatives and everytime i had been given false assurance that it will be rectify in 24 hrs. On 13th i had visited your ghatkopar branch at kailash plaza. There i met one lady and she gave me one rectification form. I told her that mr nazir had already sign and collected one week back and even i had her word with nazir. But same old things like government dept you are running from pillar to post. She once again gave me rectification form and told me to get it sign from my son and bring back to her. Sir i had account with indiabulls, edelweiss, smc and iifl but in my 20 years non of this broking house had told me to do this peon category job. They always send their person. I had givenrs25000 cheque which i request you to return and closed account immedeatly

No support was provided regarding trading and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls... Really furstrated with this organisation... I requested to all... We approached to their office met with mr. Nilesh wadyalkar he said he will send the statement on mail but has not provided yet.

I sachin/urmila kukadia, client code u10285 has been client with angel broking since more than 2 years. I am regular trader in cash & f&o segment. However since recently i have been facing problem with execution of transaction due to negligence by rm. Also i have incurred cumulative loss of approximately rs.9000 due to negligence and error by rm in my account. One of the instance i would like to draw your attention is delay in order execution of kilitch drugs limited. I have called rm to purchase 500 quantity at the price of 52 when price of share was below 52. However due to negligence on the part of rm she didn't put an order and later on same day price closed 5% above it's opening price and next day again it appreciated by 5%. I could have earned profit of 10% on my investment. Instead of apologies for thier own mistake, she asked me to do online trading. Such a pathetic attitude of employee. I want my compensation for loss and take appropriate actions against rm and change my rm. Also recently i called to execute trade, they didn't picked up call.

I had recently opened a new demat account with a/c no. [protected] name ritika patni. After opening account i sm receiving so much spam calls for doing trading and they are torchering me to invest and talking so rudely first of all i how they got the number is an issue means angel brokinv is leaking there data thats so unprofessional and in a day i am receiving approx 20-30 calls. So frustated due to this unprofessional behaviour strict action should be taken against them will surely apply the compalint with higher authorities

Angel broking is 420.
They are cheating with their clients. Do not open account at angel brooking at all.

All above transactions are made without my confirmation by angel broking. When call called to customer care they told me that this fraud is done by sub-broker (Authorised angel broker sameer dhamal) so angel broking is not responsible for that.

They have many hidden charges.

Very bad customer service.

They do not provide all reports (Contract notes, security transactions, etc)

I[censored] want to get losses, then open a trading and demat account with angel stock broking, for sure u will get losses..

Sir,
It is to point out that the services of Angel Broking is most unsatisfactory. What to speak that I have contacted for the last so many months and Mr. Bhagwan Punia assured me that all the things will be set right but after lapse of month's no progress have been noticed which is a matter of great concern. Further no proper response is given on telephone which is used to held up for a long time but usually tossing the call to one department to another department which is not only wasted the time but also increased the billing of telephone. The company has not provided any facility to resolve the issues or to recoupe the amount incurred to contact them.
I think that no one is giving heed to be heard properly as no one is caring his / her responsibility. There are so many issues which needs resolve ment immediately otherwise the company is loosing his name in the market due to numbers of complaints. I am sending some issues on another mail. You are required to look into the matter and also contact me on [protected]

Worst service on customer care, i was just calling one dept to another and no one wants to take responsibility, sales mr brijesh only took calls until the account got opended post that has just ignored.
First of all my account got blocked as he did not submit my documents on time second when i want to apply for an ipo i can not as revised poa is not done
Again client has to borne the loss, have all my day in liaising from one team to another but resolution. Worst ever service sometimes i feel there is no accountability for after sale service thus they don't care
I request mr brijesh to be taken to task as i am definitely going to not use this account and make sure share my experience with people wanting to open a dmat account

I have forgotten my user's id plz say me how to know my user id while resetting my password that also I have been foegotted

I am facing issues with their mobile application from past few month and because of that it cost me around 4 lacs. Despite of complaint to their executive still no resolution has been presented by them

Following are the issues which i faced with their mobile app:

1. I deposite 20k on 19th april, 2017 but it was not updated in the system and because of which i was unable to buy share which i intended to do so.
2. some times prices are not real in their application and it will confuse user to take right decision.
3. I purchases 3000 share and in my app it was showing only 1000 shares and later on after half an hour it updated it correctly
4. before opening the account they claimed to give 48 times intraday limit but after opening the account, they stopped it.
5.automatically sometimes your share will be sell from the app.

I have all the screenshot in my mobile app of above issue. I have recorded their executive conversation as well, which is so unprofessional.

1. Credit note is of 76419.54/- (CN attached) and this much amount is credited in my account (Attached fund Trans) but in limits its showing 72306/-.

2. My limit showing 72306/- but I can withdraw 72210.84/- why I cant withdraw 95.16/-

3. Brokerage is set for 0.16 p, but variation in CN.
