My name hari krishna i am sher market treading angel broking 38pusa road new delhi pin 110005 through angle broking sine 1/3/2016 my missing i complaint angle broking least one month but angle broking not response angle broking client id darka 2395 my complaint my holding sheers missing following companies stack name 1/3/2016 to 23/7/2016 statements

Missing i complaint angel bring but not any responding

Bcoz of their irresponsibility, i have lost almost 10000 rs, only bcoz of their mobile app, technical issue, i have complained several times, but there is no minimum response from angel broking staff... the worst service i have ever seen.
And if i call them those people will just do the time pass that's it, i[censored] call after days of the complaint given day, they not even remember ur complaint, they again ask u that what is complaint... this is the way how they treat with customers...

A task as simple as moving shares from my account to Kotak and closing my account has taken 4 weeks and is not getting Ig addressed professionally at all. I have already done the whole process twice and still they not resolved it.

Fundamental issues:

No communication.
No seriousness.
People giving different information.
Nobody picking up the task if other has resigned.
I have to keep calling and going there but no proactive updates from them.


I feel it was one of my biggest mistakes to establish any relationship with such a company. No work ethics at all. I have told them 100 times to change my contact details that also they have not done. For everything they give and excuse and buy more time but results never come.

My angel code is p77068. my account open 04/07/16. my problem is other person bank details add in my account. i call regularly in branch and head office but no response. today is 6th day but no response from angel. i submit 3 times my all bank document also but not add bank details in my account.
[protected] i call this no. regularly agent listen problem and transfer call for other agent, again agent listen problm and transfer the call for senior executive, again problem listen and senior executive say i call you within 5 min. but no call receive and no solutions today is 6th day of my problem.

I have opened new share trading account with Angel broking for investment. While opening account, it was told to me that no money will be debited from account and joining fees will be zero.
I transferred 25000 INR while opening account. After money was deposited, i checked my account and was shocked to see that 900 INR was debited from account and only 24100 INR was remaining in my account.
I am feeling like cheated & want my money to be returned.

My application number is W0206708. I have registered and made payment on June 3rd 2016. So far my demat account is not opened. I have a name change issues I have submitted all docs from my side except I don't have any proof except my company I'd card on my current name. There is no response from the associates. Every time its me calling the concerned person and even there is no status either from customer care or the representative I am dealing with. Further the number provided as Toll free is not toll free it is taking huge mobile balance on call. I want my money back to my account as soon as possible. I will try to open my account after my proofs are ready. Please tell your associates how to behave with the client.

I am client of angel broking since last 4 years..I open the account in angle broking branch in Amravati (Maharashtra).. My 3 year experience was very bad with branch head ...does not solve the query properly and office will be close at 7 pm everyday.. So that I will not trade in commodities segment properly and incurred huge loss..

Hi i have my account in angle broking and i am a new customer probably 3 months old. My friend give me the suggestion for joining and i was happy with that, i used my limit and got some good trading experience but on 25th may they cut all my limit and for that they sold my shares in loss i called angel for that and they are saying that all this happened by cfo. Without giving me information how can they people sold my shares. I asked my representative why they didn't inform me, he didnt give me any satisfactory information. I called several times however i didn't get any satisfactory response from angel side.
This was the company i have trusted a lot.
Please suggest me for the further step.

I got a mail from your side that do your own business and i was just inquiring that what is this, as i entered my number i got a call from your side and i took the details and told that person i m not interested now i will call if i want to do this. But after few days my number got spreaded over by your side and i am getting calls from all over india. Daily i receive 7-8 calls that do you trade in equity market we will help you and all. I dont want that, as i dont have time. Its been 2 or 3 months and now i got irritated and want to sue angel broking so either help me out or i will ruin you all. Mark my words i will take some time from my schedule and utilize that to ruin you all.

Dear sir, i would like to inform you that i have lodge complain before 10 minuter then i have called lots people and sad i am from angle brooking employees. Some said than i am the manager of angle brooking mumbai and someone said aistt. Manager and asking my atm all details for process my money.

I opened my account in angle broking with 25000/ i got my rm (Sugam) as well. He called me up and asked to trade as he had few nice options (as per him). However it didn't go well and i lost 16000 in just 2 hours. But i am okay with that as i gave my consent for these trades. Later on i called him up and asked how much money we are left with. He told 9000. I asked to him buy Nifty call 7950 of whole money (carry). He informed me that he bought 5 lots @30 approx. It all happened on 19th May'16. My bad market was very slow and fluctuating over times, therefore market was negative and i was about to lost it all. However on 25th May'16 it was a happy day as NIFTY gained 186 points. I was also happy to recover some loss and in order to confirm the status i called my RM. He asked me to wait as he was checking the details. However he was surprised to tell me that all positions were squired off as my account balance was 9000 as the time of buying calls, however he bought call worth 11500 (approx) and i order to recover remaining 2500 company squired off the positions. I asked him why he didn't inform me, he replied even he was not aware about it and he doesn't know why and how it happened. He asked me to wait and he will inform me after checking with his superiors. I called them again after 30 mins, spoke to him and his superiors. However i didn't get any satisfactory response. They said it can't be regained, they can only confirm why it happened.
This is really very frustrating seeing your money like this which you earn after hard work.
Please take it up and suggest if i should take it to consumer court as i was not informed about anything and i was in a big loss.

I am prafulla from delhi, dmat a/c - delp5498, opened this account one month back from karol bagh. I was promised.1 &.01 for per lot selling and buying for intraday & delivery but they are charging 28.22rs (Only brokerage) for buying and selling. When i informed about this to agent (Nabil from karol bagh angel brooking branch, his contact no-[protected]), he started ignoring my phone & responding badly. At times, he used wrong words & talked very rudely. I am paying very high brokerage & not getting any resolution to my query.

At the time of opening account, i asked about brokerage, the above mentioned charges were told to me. But after 1st trading, i got that charge is pretty high. When i shared the issue with nabil, he left picking my calls. Around 10 days after when i made call from another no, he picked the call. But his answer was very rude & bull.

Please take some action against nabil (Angel broking agent) & also sorted out this issue.

I'm not associated with with this company in any form. They repaeatedly call me and harass me on phone.. I told them to block my number but they are not listening to it.. They call on a daily basis. I'm very fed up with this company call.
Customer care employ talk rudely even if i m not interested in talking. Now i just want them to delete my number from their database. Otherwise I'll file a legal complaint against you for wasting my time and harassing me...

Angel broking team, eat all money from my de-mat account, without done any formal training or kyc, without knowing any risk taking capabilities to client. Just put his amount into wrong shares and make losses. Every time calling from morning and asking for confirmation to put yes, to amount invest where i already confirmed that i don't want daily trade. Then she said they invest always good market and we have new product intraday where your loss minimal. But not team put all 25000 rs and make me in loss. Very much upset and unable to recover this please help me out come this.

ANGEL BROKING SUPER FRAUDULENT, SUPER CHEATER AND MONEY MAKING COMPANY ****

MY ID IS JANAK4005 and I am from Delhi, presumably dealing with their Karol Bagh Branch.

I don't have to write my story so much in detail as Gangasrinivas Devolla wrote .

It is because my story is exactly a cut copy paste of 90% of the scenarios. This company called Angel wants people to be in dark and keep charging in the back ground ..

Common Points :

1. Charges for delayed payments done with sequence
2. No information given for delay payment charges on any instance
3. I transfered funds in good faith Rs 300000 in their accoutn but they transferred it back for their settlement
4. No one answers the call
5. I even went to their branch, had to wait for 40 mins before i could meet any one
6. Their managers, cluster head were on high degree of rudeness
7. Their Cluster head Asheesh promises me that he will call back, he did not .. I kep trying for 5 days after goign to their branch but no response.. I had taken a leave to go there .. now i have to take another leave
8. called them so many times, no response
9. no one called to inform about any charges being applied on my account. had one call come to me i would immediately sorted that out
10. they find time to sell insruance products but not this

I am gogin to take this to their senior most levels and see what is their thought on the scenario

I have been asked to close my demat account (Client id: s154492) in march 2016. I had submitted closure form and cml copy to vashi branch. I have been waiting past one month to get my shares transferred and get the account close. Despite several queries, i am not getting any response from angel broking. Worst customer service provided by angel broking, i am cursing myself for opening demat account with them.
