Hi,
I was holding shares in margin for around 4lakhs, having around 1.2 lakhs in my account. After few days as the scrip was falling received text message to add remaining amount to your account.

As i was not getting any info from my rm for past couple of months, i rechecked with their risk management dept, she then checked my account and said not to worry just add 5k and nothing will happen and to be absolutely sure add 5k more.
So as i was got re-assured through one on one talk i added 10k to my amount. But on the same day i am receiving the message that this much shares has been sold. 70% of shares were sold without letting me know and after assuring me that you are safe.
Now i am bearing a loss of around 40k. They have already check all the call details and accepted that the advise was given.
I request you to please look into this matter as its been over 20 days and still i have not been getting any proper response.

On dated :[protected], i have applied for the angel broking and angel gold account by issued cheque of total 1, 10, 500 rs, where 100000 rs is for angel gold and 10, 500 rs for angel broking account. The representative said angel gold account will take 7 to 10 days and broking account will take 2-3 working days to be executed, broking account promise was fair it took 2 days to get access, but for angel gold today is[protected] and i dont have any clue whether my application even got submitted or not, everyday i call 2-3 times and they are at their best to give excuse by giving another reference phone number or say we dont yet recieve your application, i even sent mail but no response yet.

So today is total 44 days, i dont know what is going and what is the status of my application.

Sir, I have sold {short} above said shares, due to some internet problem of my net work, I have not buy back the shares at ending session, this was informed to my brokerage office of Bangalore. They informed me that case will settle at Head Office, and charging of penalty. Sir, I am small investor and retired person, hence my request you, please avoid penalty and oblige.

Beststockservices channel partner for angel broking get amount of rs.34500/ on behalf of angel broking by said that on their website www.beststockservices.com on rightside logo of angle broking is provided. on that logo i have click & see dmat account opening form of angel broking so that i have beleived that this is. angelbroking site. so ihave paid rs.34500 / to beststockservices . on dt-12/09/2016 but than they are not receiving my calls .ihave call about 100 times but they are giving no respone to me wesite adress =www.beststockservices.com mobile no-[protected]

My client code is nehr5088. I have been requesting your back office employees from last two days that please provide me the p&l report for 2014-15 and 2015-16. Also you have deducted income tax from all my transaction its your responsibility to submit that amount to tax department for that you are suppose to send me form 16 for the years of 2014-15 and 2015-16.

The employees are putting the call on a long hold. No response yet. That's why your company reputation is going down.

It is humble and personal request to the new and fresh investors, who needs to invest in stocks and or shares. Please do not prefer to trade through angel broking. This is one of the worst and non reliable broking firm. I have opened a de-mat account and started trading through angel broking. Due to their improper guidance and mis guidance I have lost Rs. 30000/- with in a span of 22 days Months.

My personal request please do not prefer angel broking for share trading.

My client id with angel broking is d53456. On different dates of august 2016 i had purchased nse derivatives of different reputed companies like sail, cipla, tvs motor, axis bank, hdfc bank, ultracemco, l&tfh, rcom, sbin of different target prices with carry forward and stop loss options with expiry date as on 25th august 2016. But it was really a shocking incident which occured at the close hours of target date of 25th august 2016 when the broking agency ignored willfully our stop loss option and squared off the entired derivatives with no value except one incase of hdfc bank where market value was provided without giving any stop loss value. Due to above irregular motivated activities i have incurred total loss of rs 50000 brokarages. I like to mention that i had made contacts with relationship manager of the company who in turn told me that they are not convinced with my plea. I also like to mention that earlier on 9/8/2016 the same incident happened to me with same modous operandee when i had incurred a loss of rs 16100 approximately and failed their assurance to revert the same for which i have made you the first complaint and this one is the second complaints of same irregular activities and they have threatened us and advised to complain any where i like. So i am inclined to make a complaint with you.

Pls redress my complaints wherein i have incurred a loss of rs 60100 approximately for the malicious fraudulent activites of angel broking, they have cunningly ignored my stop loss option in all the derivatives on expiry date. Pls investigate the matter and recover my loss amount.

Sir I am A Sub-broker or Channel Partner In Angel Broking My Code Is known as Registered With My Name T.V.S.NARAYAN (TTRS) in Guntur (Andhrapradesh) Branch But Few Months Back Near By 2 Years Angel Broking Guntur Branch Has been Closed all the operations totally but service is given to VIJAYAWADA Branch it is also Close the operations and the comapny authorities said to me in further days in future it will be runs in Bangalore So It is so long procedure for any limits and transactions to my customers so i decided to close the channel partnership in AngelBroking. Several times i am going to Vijayawada Office there is no response then i got Hyderabad office call and mails to operations in charges of mr. Sudhir and Siva. There will be also no reply then i am run to Hyderabad office personally the close the issue but those persons of Sudhir and Siva operations managers in angelbroking says in head office higher officials not given the permission to us then i am given the closer form signature manually and also talk to Mr.Harish Upadhyay is the Bombay Head office in charge for all operations in india and also send the mail to his registered mail id for the problem of Closing Channel Partnership. Then also there is no response to me so kindly solve the problem to me as early as possible.

(1) my client id of angel broking is d53456. (a) on 9/8/2016 we had bought 10000 rcom derivatives @ rs 1 and the target amount was rs 55. where we had carried forward for 25th august 2016 and applied stop loss of rs 1. the above 10000 derivatives was squared o[censored]nauthorisedly by angel broking @ rs 0.65 without considering our carry forward and stop loss options. (b) 70000 derivatives were purchased @ rs 0.80 which was also carried forward as on 25th august 2016 with stop loss of rs 0.80. the above 70000 derivatives were also squared of[censored]nauthorisedly @ rs 0.65 without considering carry forward and stop loss options. due to this unauthorised sell of 80000 derivatives at very minimum rate we have incurred a loss of rs 15000. (2) on the same date 30 shares of dwarkesh sugar industries were bought unauthorisedly by the company @ rs 299 (5), rs 290 (10), rs 288 (5), rs 285 (10) without our permission whereas we have not purchased stocks of dwarkesh sugar at about 3.15 pm our order book had not witnessed any purchase of the above stocks but at 5.30pm in contract note we had seen that 30 shares were bought by that company. on seeing the contract note we had tried to contact several times with anirban chakroborty manager and animesh bhadra sales officer but they had not responded to our calls. on that day we had contacted rm paramita ghosh of angel broking and she assured us for redreassal of our issue but they have not yet done anything. one call came from mumbai and assured us that the stocks would be reverted. for the above unauthorised buying we have incurred a loss of rs 1100. pls redreasse our complain at an early date.

Today the date 13/aug/2016 IT engineer told me about graph issue but there was no problem to other user my client code is as follow p38384 i got loss of rs 60000 same day due to graph prediction

Angel broking is the worst broking house with lots of malpractices being followed. They can sell shares from your account without approval.

If you have faced any issue with them, kindly log a complaint at http://scores.gov.in This is monitored by SEBI and prompt action is taken.

They will even take away your money so don;t even open an account with these guys. Lots of malpractices.

I had opened a demat account with Angel Broking in June client code K67067.
On June 28 the dealer from angel broking called and booked 1 lot size nifty put option which was authorized by me and the same day the position was closed.
On June 29 the dealer again called and i gave the permission to book 1 lot size put option however he went ahead and booked 10 Lots size of Put option without my permission.
I was clueless about so many options being booked in my account till mid day .
During mid day the broker called again and informed that the 10 lots size of option had run into losses and hence he suggested averaging another 10 lots.Once i realized that such a trading has been done i clearly told him to close the option as this was not what i authorized in the first place.
But instead of closing the previous position he booked an additional 10 lots of put option .
At the end of the day the total loss i suffered was rs 17800 without my fault.

When i brought this matter to their customer complaint department they gave a biased reply that there was nothing wrong in the order booking.
I personally visited the brokers office in andheri and listened to the phone recordings.At no point of time i had uttered the word 10 lots size from my end.There is clear evidence present in the company that i had not authorized this booking however they are not taking any action and compensating me for the wrongdoing on their part.

My client id is s160152 with angel broking demat account, which is openend for more than 1 month ago. at the time of opening account few commitments was communicated by your sales team ms khushali and mr. nirav which are looking false right now. mentioning the list below -

1) my account will be converted to angel elite.
2) brokerage will be 0.12%
3) i will be given local ahmedabad service branch.
4) nil amc for 3 years and current year amc will be refunded.

Still after passing more than 45 days not a single commitment fullfilled by your team and also they are not receiving my calls and replying to my messages.

Very poor services by angel broking team very much disappointed with these false commitments.

Now what should i expect from the company. either fullfill commitements as mentioned above and also refund back the additional brokerage which is charged above 0.12% on the transactions happen in last 1 month or another option is to send me procedure for closing the account.

Also one another guy called me on friday 22nd july i dont remember his name but he spoke rudely with me and told me that if you want to close account you can do.

So also employees are not trained how to speak with customers.

Also complain to the company but since last 4-5 days no revert.

I owe a demate cum trading account at your gurukul, ahmedabad branch on my mothers name since from 2008 but your service is goes down to poor and poor day by day. First of all that branch get shifted from gurukul to law garden but i did not received an any intimation about that when i need to trade at that point of time i tried to communicate on phone call but nearly about 1 to 2 month i had been unable to do the same so get mumbai branch customer care no from google and then from there one female customer care executive has informed me that the branch is shifted and she had provided me a new contact details. Earlier we were getting the service of putting a request for payout on trade day in fact it goes pay out on third working day but at least we had been able to put the request for same trade day but now they do denies for same and asks us to call on third working days, for that they gives reason that if we forget to arrange pay out then who will be responsible for the same? It is not an investors question it is your duty to serve an investor earlier i had never felt that kind of difficulties. Third one as on date of 27/07/2016 i had call to branch to sell my stock but dealer had been informed me that there is no holdings in your folio, he checked three times but even he informed me that there is no holding while actually i had been holding a 6 shares of mcx and 10 shares of financial technologies india ltd. And such other delisted securities so i asked him to transfer the line to manager and said him that i am going to make a police complaint then he checked again my folio and an immediately reacted yes yes now it shows so need to take strict action on these matters and very hard need of service improvement for the development of firm as well as to avoid an action from legal department, sebi or an investor. Do the needful and let me informed about the same otherwise i am going to complaint at sebi.
