I have been contacting to customer care to repair my geyser but not getting any good service. Query no 11556514 booked on 04.07.19 & 11622382 booked on 13.07.19

Technician madhu came on 14 july only once and after getting the problem he went to bring the accessories but his mobile is switched off and no body is responsing.

Need urgently repair

    The product is faulty since the time of purchase
    . But every time the service. Personnel. Comes. And changes anode and heater coil and mention that it is the problem with the horizo tail modwl.
    Instead of if he company. Improvin[censored]pon its faulty desig. They charge us but whthout actual benefit or result.
    Need this issue to be escalated within the company for some. Actual results.
    We have more than 15 apartments who have. Installed. Ao. Smith geysers and all o[censored]s are having the same problem. Of bad smelling water from the geyser. Everytime the technician want. To change something. Upon inquiry people say so smith is the only model. Having this fault

      I brought AO smith Z8 water purifier 4 months ago and i am opening every month 2 to 3 complaints due to issues, seems the product is not QC done. we are drinking normal water as when the product is troubling. Requested and raised ticket to customer care 3 days back and as per agreement they have to do service with in 24 hours but till now no resolution,

      i am requesting to replace the product with tested and working properly product.

      I have called customer care about 20 times and called all top service related managers and leads, n o one responds instead we get one auto message saying " i am in meeting, will call you back", "i am riding, will call you back" no call back and if we call multiple times also no response from them.i feel its torture for me after paying 25000 rs for buying water purifier. i could mention the names and mobile numbers too but let see for some time if not resolved then will be mentioning all the manager names and contact numbers of the persons with call recording.

        I have purchased a z6 water purifier, from last one month this is third time when the bunch of ants entered in water tank, i have complained customer care, engineer also come n clean it but it is happening again & again, as the engineer says your top cover is band & we will make it change in next two days but after fifteen days again they clean the tank only, i have request their senior dheeraj deewan also but did't get the satisfactory answer... So i request u to make it ractify... I have all the service report n tank photos also

          Worst experience ever with AO smith RO purifier, raised AO Smith Water purifier complaint # 11521599 few days ago regarding it's non-functioning and customer care executive informed that will be receiving a call with in an hour and will schedule an appointment accordingly. I received an SMS after an hour that your service request is on Hold because customer requested reappointment. I never got a call from service executive and never ask for any re-appointment. Spoke to Customer Care, they mentioned it is automated SMS. Whether it is automated SMS or Manual, why it is on hold and reappointed without speaking to me?
          While escalating the issue the concerned departments Mr Rahish assured that service would be done on 14th June 2019 before 1:00PM without fail but no response at all as committed. Post 1 PM when I reached out again Mr Rohit (escalation department) assured that someone will call you and service would be done on 14th evening and shared Hemanth kumar cell #[protected]. Mr Hemanth disconnected my call saying he's in meeting, till now no one has turned up and I do not understand what kind of customer service is it if you are not available to take calls and resolve the issue. Reached out to Regional Manager and Bangalore Head Mr Poornesh #[protected] who keep saying will call you back but no resolution, it has been 5 days no one has visited for service, Mr Subraminya HM #[protected] & Mr. Dilip Kumar # [protected] never responded.

          This is not the first time incidence but the repeated once. The tracking of all my complaints can be retrieved if you have a proper system in place. I was a customer of a well renowed RO organization previously and never had any such issue and now regretting to swtich over to AO smith services which is pathetic in terms of servicing the client issues and the product itself has no value for money.

          The customer care executive were following me rigorously when the AMC was due and send immediately to collect the money from me however when its time to service the product they are showing their real face. AO smith is only focused to sell the product and collect the money and just delivering a dump product without any proper after sales service.

            Purchased on 6/11/18, the aforementioned geyser is malfunctioning now. Water coming out of the geyser is extremely foul smelling. It cannot be used at all and is causing grave inconvenience. It has been noticed since the month of March. Please take immediate steps. Cash memo is attached herewith.
            I expect a redressal as soon as possible from a renowned company such as yours.

              My geyser stop working so i complained it to the company on customer care no.[protected] on 31st january 2019. Therefore from the service after few days they come and collect the geyser for repairing and told the charges for reparing rupees 2000. Many days passed but they did not return the geyser. So i again called "the local service centre and the said that the element of the geyser is damaged and they repair it and send it back after 2 days" but after 3-4 days they did not come and whenever i called them they either didnt pick the call or if they pick the call they never gave a relevant or satisfactory reply. It has been 4 months now and i dont know where is my geyser.

                Hello, this is in regards to my water purifier, z6 model, i had logged a complaint for filter replacement notification, today one of your service personal named bharat attended the complaint, he replaced the filter however the service is incomplete, couple of issues 1. Filters replaced had no sticker, 2, no receipt or bill provided for the service amount received, 3. Did not inspect the filter post repair, 4. I see black particle in tank (He had opened it to replace the filter) and it is not passing through water outlet as it is bigger in size. 5. Tried calling him back he advised me to log a new complain and he will attend tomorrow. 6. Requested him to attend today itself as we will not be able to use the filter and he was very rude and disconnected the call.7 called him again and requested his manager details and again he was rude and informed do what ever you want but i will not share and disconnected. Went through toll free and then the manager, they gave regional number punesh but his number is not reachable, hence reaching you through online. I need your support in addressing the following. 1. Why did we recieve non branded filters, they need to be replaced with branded one, 2. I need a bill, 3. The black substance should be looked into and see what is it & how it can be serviced....

                  We purchased an AO Smith Z8 model a year ago and they mentioned warranty is 1 year from the data of purchase. We missed to call the executives when the product was under warranty to change the filters. When we called, they asked us to make the payment and we agreed for the same and placed the request to change the filters on 4th May. A technician came to my home and changed the filters and i did the payment for 5500 by taking AMC package. I asked him to check the TDS level after he replace the filters, but he told no time everything will be fine. Once he left, the next day we observed the water tank is not filling and water not purifying. We called Praveen who is the area franchise manager [protected] and asked him to send a senior technician this time. Praveen sent the same person again after 2 days and he did something and left. Next day again same problem, the tanker is not filing and water not purifying. Again, I called Mr. Praveen on Saturday morning he told will send a senior technician this time. After waiting 2 days, I called today (05/20) Monday evening around 4 pm, he answered my call after listening my problem he disconnected the call up front.

                  This is really annoying, Not sure how come an area franchise manage behaves like this and doesn’t how to deal with the customers. As a common man, again I called the AO Smith customer care and created a service request to resolve my issue. This time they have given Telangana Regional head number – Ravinder Rapolu [protected], he was so polite and understood my concern and told he will resolve the issue by tomorrow (05/21).

                  My only worry is, when you system won’t allow at least a day when the product goes out of warranty, why should I wait so long to resolve my problem. It clearly says that you can play with the customers even after paying the money. This is not the right thing. Our family is facing lot of water problems and getting water cans from outside even though we have world class product in our home like AO SMITH
                  Will you compensate the amount I paid to the cans from past 3 weeks?

                    I have bought AO Smith Purifier on Jan 2019 and started facing issue since installation. Every time during service, technician is replacing internal parts and it seems to be old product. I have faced 8times issue with this AO product. Earlier they said they will replace it but now I am not able to any update on this. Sent couple of mail, called thousand time to customer care but no result.

                    Either change the product or give my moneyback.

                      This is to bring in your notice that i am facing issue with ao smith water filterz8 model which i have purchased in april 2018.
                      Last month i’ve noticed few particles in purified water and registered the complain for the same. Customer care responded quickly and technician came within no time. I requested him to check the filter, he said there is no need to check filters as it will be automatically appear on indicator if required. Then he checked tds which is ok (As i use municipal supply water which already has normal tds). Then he left and query has been mentioned as resolved from customer care end.
                      Next month, just after 3 days of warranty expire ro/ scpa indicators got on. Again i called customer care, they told me that your warranty has expired 3 days ago and now i have to pay rs[protected]+1350+400) to change the filter.
                      My question is, if i have registered a complain and showed live proof that there were water particles coming in filtered water, why filter not got changed that time only
                      There are 3 free services ao smith provide, and there were no filter has been changed in whole 1 year. Now 3 days after warranty expire i am getting the indicators on and need to pay for the service issue which was supposed to resolve last month within warranty period. Why should i wait for indicators if i am showing the physical proof of particles in purified water.

                      Team ao smith - i have invested my hard earned money not in the water filter but on the name and trust this company carries.

                      I am requesting to review this case and expecting a genuine solution from the team ao smith.

                      Dear Customer,

                      As mentioned by yourself that last month when you had raiaed a complaint, the technician visited and resolved the issue. Also, as correctly mentioned by the technician that filters are not required to be changed for the above mentioned problem.

                      Filters are changed when the filter life is over and the custom gets an indication. The filter life depends upon factors like usage, inlet water condition etc.

                      As explained to you yesterday by our team, that the filters needs to be changed now (not last month as the issue in the last month was different) as the life of filter is over. In the current scenario you can either go for an annual maintenance contract or buy individual filters. You can contact back our team for any assistance.

                        To hell with your customer service and commitment. What happened to my sr? I have never requested a reappointment. Why am i being informed as "customer requested reappointment" on the text sms received? Below is a gist.

                        First - your technician ranjith m calls me (On 25th apr) and says that the request has been incorrectly assigned to him and will be reassigned to the correct technician. On the same day (Evening) i received an sms saying that the sr is on hold due to customer requested reappointment (Which is absolutely false). Where did things go wrong here? Nobody since then called me and all of a sudden i received the same message on saturday evening (27th apr). How can the reappointments happen without my concern?

                        Second - your technician named maruti called me on a sunday (28th apr) to check if i'm available. I didn't dream of this call earlier and was out of the station. I also did inform him that i will be available for his visit on tuesday (30th april) for which he agreed. I had no single person visiting to check the product on 30th april, which showed the intensity of commitment that your technician had.

                        Third - understanding the third class commitment levels of your technicians, i had to call your customer service again and guess what happened?? To my surprise, there was already a cancellation request in place (Which i've never requested) as per the executive (Lavanya) who spoke to me. Can you help me understand where did you get all the pieces of information on the rescheduling and cancellations? She also conveyed that someone will get in touch with me which still is yet to happen after 24 hours of my call.

                        What do i need - want a committed technician to visit, check the product and do the needful. I do not want any visits from your technicians (With low standards of courteousness) to whom this request was already assigned. It is a week's time now without using your product due to a lack of commitment. Looking forward to your quick response.

                          My question is, if i have registered a complain and showed live proof that there were water particles coming in filtered water, why filter not got changed that time only
                          There are 3 free services ao smith provide, and there were no filter has been changed in whole 1 year. Now 3 days after warranty expire i am getting the indicators on and need to pay for the service issue which was supposed to resolve last month within warranty period. Why should i wait for indicators if i am showing the physical proof of particles in purified water.

                          Team ao smith - i have invested my hard earned money not in the water filter but on the name and trust this company carries.

                          I am requesting to review this case and expecting a genuine solution from the team ao smith.

                          As mentioned by yourself that last month when you had raiaed a complaint, the technician visited and resolved the issue. Also, as correctly mentioned by the technician that filters are not required to be changed for the above mentioned problem.

                          Filters are changed when the filter life is over and the custom gets an indication. The filter life depends upon factors like usage, inlet water condition etc.

                          As explained to you yesterday by our team, that the filters needs to be changed now (not last month as the issue in the last month was different) as the life of filter is over. In the current scenario you can either go for an annual maintenance contract or buy individual filters. You can contact back our team for any assistance.

                            Complaint: alarms and low pressure water output in z2 under cabinet ro unit (In vidyaranyapura bangalore north)
                            Action: came in about 2hrs and replaced primary and ro filters, along with service ratings assuring that once tank gets filled the pressure will improve. He took service charges 2350 and carried old filters.
                            Feedback:
                            The unit started displaying green lights but water was trickling entire day with intermittent stop start. By eve, it was almost nil n dead.
                            But entire day water was going through drain.
                            We had guests at home on weekend and with lots of embarrassment, had to collect water from our neighborhood n serve.

                            Issues:
                            1. Poor analysis
                            2. Poor demonstration process for results
                            3. Negligence for details
                            4. Lack of seriousness and urgency for rectification of a high priority utility like drinking water
                            5. Unethical practice of carrying back old filters
                            6. High cost of service for poor quality

                              No action taken even after many days
                              I have the same issue. Purchased on 2019. The technician says we need to clean the tank once in 6 months which would cost Rs. 1000 per year. The other brand heater which I use in my house works perfectly fine for more than 10 years now. Please do not go for AO Smith water heater.

                                I have raised complaint for some issue with water purifier. Your engineer (Susnil reddy) visited and he informed filter (Pfa pic) and some other 2 filter inside the panel need to changed. I allowed him to do.
                                When he was removing old filter and i compared with recent one, i saw difference in company and latter on when i googled about old product it looks like product is not from ao smith. Which mean your engineer has installed bogus or duplicate products.
                                For more information, you can check with sunil reddy because i asked him for justification but he said he cannot help and this issue can be addressed by other team ([protected]@aosmithindia.com).

                                I have attached the pictures of both the filter and you can see icloud is not comes from ao smith and that was installed by your engineer (Sherpa) don't remember his name correctly but he visited my flat 2 times and last visit was in september 2017.

                                How can you or your engineer installed duplicate product when i called authorized service center and i paid for original product. It is completely cheating and what the use of calling authorize service.

                                Its been almost more than a 10 day, i have complained over the email but i am keep on getting same response that regional team is working. Not sure are they really working???

                                  I had bought a ao smith water purifier (X8) with 4 year amc from reliance digital at chennai - 600073 on 22/10/2018. I had paid around 32k in total.in the past six months i have had many issues and have raised many service requests. I have been facing one or other issue with this purifier, like taking more time to fill the tank, water leaking in outlet pipe even after switching it off, etc. Water being a necessity, i do not feel confident to trust ao smith purifier with it. Ao smith does not have a proper escalation mechanism, and when i sent a mail to their support there was nothing more than reply that they are looking into this issue even after a week.

                                    Hi opened the following service request on feb[protected] with ao simith support and also taken a extended warranty - its been almost a month and there no service engineer visited my place - when i call the customer care every time they say the call is been escalated and i will get an engineer by end of the day - which nave happened - and today when i called you customer care - mar 13th 2019 - agen named shivam picked the call and was telling this issue was never been escalated and he want me to explain all the issue again - and when i git angry this fellow started telling the script like its a professional call and he will disconnect the call - so you guys don't maintain case notes and want customer to explain the entire issue every time he calls in - i have paid 23k and 5.4 k total allmost 30k for a useless product which sitting ideal in place for last 30 days - i need a compensation for the warranty is last one month and for stress provided by you customer care and service staff.

                                      M/s raj hardwares, chromepet, chennai-600044. On 9 feb 2019,

                                      Sales person canvasing me by saying many features and details, installation guy did his as usual job. But nothing happened in your product.

                                      It pushed me on worst condition.

                                      1. Heater : hse-sas : after 1 hour water getting normal, no heat maintaining
                                      2. Purifier : a. O. Smith x4 : still am using my tap water, there is no difference in purify and taste. Am worried that its a purifier or water storage tank. It seems local can water is better than this ao smith x4

                                        This is regarding the "dissatisfaction of a. O smith water heater" availed from your company.

                                        I bought "a. O smith" water heater of your company on 2 nd december' 2018 from amazon india.com. It got fitted in my bathroom on 15 jan since my electrician was not available in between that time.

                                        Now, it is painful to inform you that the same water heater is not working properly and hot water is not availed for more than 100 ml, which is quite dissatisfied results.
                                        I have already registered two complaints in your customer care and mr. Imran (A technician) visited my house on 21 jan but returned with "no results". Later, i again registered complaints on 24 jan and same guy ie mr. Imran visited my house and returned by replying that he will get back to us with his boss mr. Smit soni.

                                        I would like to inform you that i had a concoll with mr. Soni on 31 jan but till now neither he visited my house nor i got any call from him. It has taken 12 days that i got to hear from him about visiting my house.

                                        I must say that this is my third water heater availed from your company. And i am most dissatisfied with your services at this time.

                                        I am now expecting you to close matter as soon as possible else i would consider that you don't bother about your brand name.

                                        Now, this is my 3rd complaint.
