    I raviraj prabhu ordered one nova nv shaver and trimmer for men @ 26/03/2016 with order number ab11128946 and i also paid amount of rs 254.00 with my debit card in same date, but still 28/04/2016 i am not taking the orderd goods in any way,

    I was called your customer care number and pledge my complaint for undelivered goods in twice times.

    I finally declared i can't wait for the prepaid goods,
    I waiting up-to 30/04/2016 the i will complaint the consumer forum against you

        I purchased a room heater in Feb 2016 from Askmebazaar. But due to some settings problem I returned that to their concern after consulting with one of their customer care service. They have told me total refund amount plus the courier service charge will be refunded within 15 days. But i dint receive nothing. After so may mails and calls they have returned me Rs. 100/- only. And they have mailed me that "This is to inform you that refund has been done as per the company policy." I don know why these people are harassing us. Its almost 3 months this problem is going on. Solve this issue...kindly. I am exhausted by this kind of customer care service. This is the worst experience I have ever met.

          Dear sir

          Today i got an sms on my mobile from vm-askmeb stating that the order no.Ab11538198 from gumber enterprises will not be serviced. Amount of refund will be paid with in 5-7 working days. In this respect, i request you as under
          1-- previously i ordered on 12/3/16 bearing order no. Ab10468982 which was refused on 29/03/16 and amount was credited to my a/c on 30/03/16. Thus using my money for a period of 19 days and harassing me with wastage of my time in communication &waiting.
          2--looking to the one time aspect, i further ordered vide order no ab11538198 on 14/04/16 and continuously communicating with the company regarding despatch of the item but no fruitful reply was given to me. Company support desk simply wrote me that the supply of the product will be made with in 10 working days. After completion of 10 working days, i got the sms that the product is not in stock hence the order is cancelled. Thus again the amount was kept withheld for further period of 12 days till date.
          3-- in this puchase, i used my gift voucherof rs. 250/- in both the cases. Gift voucher is valid till 30/04/16.
          Now you are requested to intervene in the matter and ask the company
          1. Whether is it the practice of the company to keep the amount of the order for a certain period and refund it on a/c of shortage of product afterwards ?
          2- what will be the position of the gift voucher which was used at the time of order booking.
          I asked the company's helpdesk and it simply replied to me that the order cancelled and amount will be refunded in due time.
          It seems that the company is not competent to supply the product on line.

              I am complaining about ask me bazaar e retailer for not delivering my items purchased on 21 april and cancelling orders without any intimation. Reason I was told is stock shortage but I purchased the item with order number AB11708530 and got confirmation by email. now I need to buy same item with huge price change. I am loosing double money for same item. my point Is that if product is not in stock why company has taken my order by listing fake item with low price to attract me. I need the item I ordered or the price change difference as compensation.

              Not interested in raising ticket or anything else as i have tried all but this company is fraud and has been cheating people but let me tell them this will not happen with me, either send me my items of pay the price difference no other option i can offer

                      I made this order on march 15, they sent me a damaged, scrap product (Check attach image) i called them to arrange a return pickup, they messaged me stating i need to pay money to return and once they receive they wil refund the product amount and the courier charges, i paid rs 360 courier charges to ship the unit back and emailed them the receipt, on 13 april 2016 i got a refund of rs 474, where in i was suppose to get a total refund of rs 734 (Rs 374 - product cost and rs 360 courier charge) i have called their customer service many times, these guys are very good at disconnecting the call, they give call opening statement and hung up.. This has happened with me many times and for days.. Tired of calling them i decided to get this issue resolved by email.. I have sent them more than 15 emails and guess what? They keep replying the same thing... Same words same number of lines, same format as if they just copy & paste... I have still not received the refund of remaining amount... Askmebazaar is fraud and a cheater company.. Anybody/everybody (Online buyers) who is reading this comment my suggestion to them would be dont buy anything from askmebazaar.com... They are fraud, cheaters, big liers and customer service is more than worst (Hell on earth).

                      Tried to load 100 in askme pay app, 100 deducted from debit card but not 100 rs not added in askme pay app.. Such a fraudulent company, never trust on crap... Stolen 100 from me doesn't make your company big...

                          The problem is i did complaint for 2 products and got the refund for only one product. And when i called their customer support...they didn't even consider that i complained for 2 products...because the guy earlier who took the call took the complaint for only one product.
                          The problrm can be found out if the call for my particular complaint can be listened...i clearly mentioned the complaint for both of my products.

                                I am chandrasekaran from coimbatore. I have ordered one symphony on 5th apr 2016 on same time payment from credit card on getit stores pvt. Ltd. (Ask me bazaar). On site delivery time in next day. I have talk his customer care no in three to four time & he or she have take time 4 to 5 day for delivery. But still i have not receive the same. Now i have call to customer care he told me your order is cancel & you amount will be return on 5-7 days. I have most urgency for my product but this site confused me still. This is not fair so request you to please involve you and give me justice. Not only for me lot of customer complaint raise on your website, they are take our money and hold upto 1months for interest amount and refund only basic amount after that. They cheating customers and gain money, need to take action for that. I will also going to escalate this issue to all over india and overseas through all social website like youtube, facebook, whats app, twister and consumer court. Henceforth no one will buy on ask me bazaar after this message deliver.

                                    Hello
                                    My name is fareed khan, i have not received my refund from this fraud firm from last 3 months,
                                    I ordered the product online from ask me bazaar
                                    Order # ab9198269
                                    The product delivered was of low quality / different / totally fraud,
                                    So requested for cancellation on the same date 09/02/2016

                                    So i returned the product on 12/02/2016,
                                    Askmebazaar reverse pickup order # amb0071099

                                    I tried many time calling the customer care to know about my refund status but nothing happen every time these guys they just repeating the speech, "complaint registered and issue has been esclated",

                                    I think it just not happened with me there might be others waiting for refund from last 6 months,
                                    So i hope and wish if some strict action taken against such a fraud company.

                                      Recently i bought jeans pack of 3 but its too tight for me so please kindly take the product and refund my money..please look in to my issue n i hope my problem will be taken care as soon as possible
                                      The reason i want to return is because the jeans is too tight for me as i am not able wear it...

                                        Please stop sending me any kinds of messages i'm not at all interested in any of 'em thankyou. i want to immediately unsubscribe for this option of receiving sms on my number i.e [protected]. and also i would like unsubscribe the option also for email id which is [protected]@gmail.com .
