Hi everyone,
I think you all know about the askmebazaar company. This company is using fake cod order to sale their products. They use the people number and email id to create a fake cod order and after that they call to the related order to people and ask their home address for cod order.
I just want to ask to you if i place an cod order then will i not use my home address for cod(Cash on delivery).

I have received calls many times from their costumer support teams. First time i had neglected but when they had call me again then i decided to make an complaint against them. I have also not created any account on askmebazaar website then its how possible that i place an cod order without giving home address.

So i want to say they are very big fraud company and playing with feelings of common and poor people.

    Its been more than 6 months now I dont know how much time I have requested them to stop sending me promotional messages on my phone . They always promise saying "it will be stop in next 24 hours or next 7 days."
    I have called them Email them but no action has been taken yet.
    I am still recieving the messages.

    they dont even personally reply to emails .
    they just send the copy paste mail after and after I have their more than 10 same ditto mails.

    please take a serious action against that website.

      When I am ordered the product in online, the picture of the product is good, but when the bag is delivered it so bad ...So i donot like the product .which is gives by the delivery boy .so, please accept my complaint and take the order return and send the money in my account...             Hi,

            I bought a deal from your company with regards to a salon called Celeb 1 in Gurgaon and paid online but the deal is not valid as the merchant outlet where it has to be redeemed denies having any deal with AskMe bazaar. I had to pay money at the merchant outlet to get the service in spite of buying a deal from your fraudulent company. I registered a complaint with the support.[protected]@askme.com as well as [protected]@askmebazaar.com but they did not solve my problem for more than a month and kept on delaying the concern. My ticket number is 75528. You guys are not refunding my money even after telling me that my coupon voucher of the deal cannot be redeemed. I am tired of writing to you guys for more than a month. You guys are worse than the definition of red tapsim itself. If you have any sort of respect, integrity and dignity then refund my money.

              I was ordered a parcel (order no- AB8384480) of laptop bag (laptop bag, googles, LED Watch). But i got wrong item from the company and when i was complaint in office (complaint no-QRC[protected] they does not gave me complete information and told me to send your parcel through india post (EF[protected] IN). I send my parcel on that address from where i got that parcel (shanpra trading, 1625 moti nagar Delhi India 110015, TIN No. [protected]). But now they respond me that you have send your parcel at wrong address and at the time of complaint they does not told me where i have to that send parcel and now they do not want to return my money which is Rs 599. I recieved that parcel through BLUE DART courier service at Lovely Professional University Jalandhar Punjab and i had paid Rs. 599 by cash on delivery process.

                Do not trust askmebazaar. They are thieves.
                I ordered gold coins and they did not deliver.
                Their modus operandi is: They deduct money for a product that is ordered and do not deliver the product.
                Executes in their call center are bunch of fools who have no clue of what is going on and are not equipped to provide any update. Emails marked to them bounce as their email box is full
                They make you run around from one executive to another with all claiming ignorance

                        I ordered pack of three multicolored cotton chinos of size 34, order number ab11613494 on[protected], and i got three
                        black coloured pent of size 28. Not 1% of the shown quality.
                        Very very cheap quality product. Available in market in 150 rs. it was very very bad experience to deal with ask me bazzar. i am regular buyer from flipcart, snapdeal, ebay etc. but never faced such fraud with me. it is an complete fraud by the ask me bazaar or the supplier of them. kindly take the suitable action against both of them. ask me bazaar is supplying spurious and substandard products with checking the quality of products and totally different from offered or shown products. kindly help me to resolve the issue. and to refund my money as earlier as possible. and also command the site to avoid such frauds in future with other customers

                          On your cheap website, please show and sell those items/products which you actually have stock. - 1st

                          You can sell only cheap brand shirts and t-shirts not more than that. You cant afford the cashflow and payment cycle if you start selling TVs, fridge, ACs etc etc. That is why you show fake items on your website and after that apologize to customer.

                            I ordered a product “ultimate shoe combo pack” order no.- 4811730 on 2/4/2016. I received the product on 12/4/2016 before 12.00 noon. I request replacement “i ordered a product order no.- 4811730, ultimate shoe combo pack total rs.- 758.00. I select size- 9. But your have no size chart. I select for my last ordered size. But this size is bigger for me. I want to replace this as size - 8. Pl. Arrange this processes as soon as possible. Think you.” through askmebazaar’s email [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 13/4/2016 at 5.30 am. Again 16/4/2016 at 9.17 am. But no reply. After that i call to this no.[protected] on 18/4/2016 at 7.36 am. They said you request placed is not proper way or after 48 hrs. Which is not satisfied askmebazaar’s terms and conditions. So we not forwarded your request. Sorry.

                            I said if it is not proper way then you must inform me how i request. They said sorry.
                            Secondly i also sent a mail that
                            There web page is not friendly. I can't find tracking order, complain tag. So i mail askmebazaar’s email [protected]@askmebazaar.com,

                            1st time for tracking my order- they reply
                            2nd time for replacement order- they not reply.
                            Now they are not entertaining me.

                                On 14th march 2016, i ordered a haier le43b7500 43 inches (109.22 cm) full hd led tv from askmebazaar.com for rs.5778. But have not received the product till now .

                                I marked the mail to them on 8th aprill and received the revert on 13th april(That too after too much follow up) saying that my order was cancelled.I never requested for the cancellation and didn't receive any information on this.

                                As per them my order has been cancelled as price mentioned on the website was wrong.

                                Request you to please check as its not my fault. I ordered the product as per the price mentioned on the website

                                  I placed an Order on 24th march 2016 to ask me bazzar.com for the purchase of iphone 5s with order Order ID: AB11074872.
                                  But there was no information of shipment, once i lodged complaint they replied, seller has been changed, same as expected after wasting 10 more days they canceled my order citing lack of item in stock.
                                  asmy order was prepaid & i opted for EMI on this transaction from my bank,
                                  Bank is levying EMI in this months statement but as my order is canceled, i am not supposed to pay EMI
                                  Despite the regular reminders my money (16K) is not being refunded by askme bazaar neither any confirmation has been sent to bank . Its been close to month.

                                    I have ordered a bosch washer dryer from askmebazaar.com on next day delivery basis and entire payment of Rs 48, 641=00 was paid by me. The order id was AB11584435P5460958.However after continuous followup from my end I was informed that my order is cancelled due to non-availability of stock.The same product is available on various online as well as offline stores/websites. Even today the same product is available for buying on askmebazaar website also. Then how can they claim non-availablity of stock. The motive of askmebazaar seem to be to collect the money and then refund it subsequently after using it for few days. They have unilaterally cancelled the order thereby causing me lots of inconvenience and hardship.
