    Hi i had purchased a helmet from askmebazaar, they delivered the wrong product, they said to return by my own as they couldnt send any person to reverse pick up and they will refund the amount of courier charges i spent 240 rs from india post (governmental company being the cheapest) to send a 1.5 kg product (helmet) from mumbai to delhi, they have only refunded me 100rs, well it wasnt my fault that they have delivered the wrong product and i had to return it as my area wasnt serviceable, and logically speaking if my area wasnt serviceable then how did they delivered the product.please be aware of such frauds are happening with other customers also as they have posted the same queries over internet, this is kind of fraud that they are doing with many people which isnt right, Order no.         My compliant reg no.QRC20462; Purchased Micromax mobile through NDD(Next day delivery option at chennai). Received phone with a delay of 2 days (Doesn't matter). Immediately opened and connected charger. After 5 minutes, I tried switching it on, but I could not. Then left for another 5 minutes. Tried switching it on again, I couldn't succeed. Understood it is a defective product. Called the customer care and raised complaint in a matter of 15 minutes of material receipt. I received complaint req no and I thought I will have answer to it, but after chasing for next 2 days, understand that this ASKMEBAZAAR doesn't have any replacement policy and they asked me to get in touch with Micromax service centre. Customers purchase mobiles through online because they dont find time to visit nearby shops and chose the right one. But New mushrooms like "Askmebazaar" spoils the spirit of "Online shopping" and inturn it makes me to salute "FLIPKART" & "AMAZON" in this sense as customers are protected by replacement policy.

          Respected Sir,
          This is the second time iam registering a complaint here.Askmebazaar.com has not been refunded my money yet for the order number AB9528397.They claim that they have already refunded the amount already.I have showed them all the evidences of my transactions for the months of February and March.Still they are pranking around.They simply gave some bank reference number and told to enquire with the bank.When i contacted the bank they told they are not getting any details while entering this reference number.
          My humble request is that you dont need take necessary actions to refund my money but just initiate steps to suspend or ban this money looting fraud site from the Indian Market .

                  I oerder mens jeans combo pack for which i paid 899 COD. Bieng damaged product i returned it to askme bazar via first flight courier from Akola (m.s) to delhi for which i paid rs. 400 as corier charges. But ask me bazar given me only rs. 100 refund agains rs. 400. On raising complent several times they emailed me that they have given me refund as per company policy. But no courier service in india provide courier service for just rs. 100 for about 1.5 kg of package from Akola(maharashtra) to Delhi. Plz help me

                    This is regarding order ID AB10238244, Transaction ID 1060642 placed in Askmebazaar.com

                    The above order was been placed by me on March 3rd, 11:45AM
                    It was delivered to my address on March 8th 7PM, But When I opened it I found the product was used, and a damaged one,
                    and also not the order which I placed, It was completely a different one than what was displayed in your website.
                    I immediately dialed your customer care and requested for the cancellation of product, Also received a confirmation number QRC85261984,
                    Also the customer care executive told me that the product will be reverse picked within 5 days, and the amount will be refunded within 12 days,
                    Hence I waited till March 20th, but no one came to receive the product, also no updates from Askmebazaar.com
                    So I was forced to call the customer care again for the update, When I spoke to executives, they told me that the place I live in heart of bengaluru, RTNagar is not under your reverse pick up area. Hence a message has been triggered for me from your system on March 9th stating the same, which I have not received till today. Also I was advised to send the product through courier on my own risk, also advised the courier charges will be refundable, But later when I asked to transfer the call to the Higher authority and spoke to him, they confirmed that courier charges will not be given, and also with many more other concerns as well.

                    I just Wonder to know which area will they provide reverse pick up, if they cant do that in the main part of bengaluru.?
                    Please do not fool people by selling used and damaged goods, You display something and deliver something.

                        I am chandrasekaran from coimbatore. I have ordered one symphony on 5th apr 2016 on same time payment from credit card . On site delivery time in next day. I have talk his customer care no in three to four time & he or she have take time 4 to 5 day for delivery. But still i have not receive the same. Now i have call to customer care he told me your order is cancel & you amount will be return on 5-7 days. I have most urgency for my product but this site confused me still. This is not fair so request you to please involve you and give me Justice. Not only for me lot of customer complaint raise on your website, they are take our money and hold upto 1months for interest amount and refund after that.they cheating customers and gain money, need to take action for that.

                              On 12/03/16, i purchased the under garments after using the gift voucher for rs.250/- handed over to me in a function. Goods were booked vide order no.Ab10468982 for lux cozy white vest and trunks. Goods were not delivered to me till 29/03/16. On 29/03/16, i got the message that the seller had refused to supply the goods so order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded with in 5-7 working days. Now on seeing my a/c today, the amount which was paid after use of gift voucher, has been credited to my a/c on 30/3/16. So to use my gift voucher, i tried to purchase the good on today but the voucher was shown as expired. Since it was delay on the part of the company for communicating and effect of the refund of the amount of initial purchase, the validity of the voucher should be enhanced for a sufficient time to use it.

                                    I am sorry to state that my initial experience at ask me bazaar was full of harrasment. I have ordered two apparels against one order number ab11256598... An gift voucher was available with me of rs 1000. (Db1k6mzh7d)... With total order of rs 1198, i was to pay rs 198 deducting the discount but in vain rs 1198 was entirely deducted as payment amount from my debit card the same day.
                                    When contacted at call centre, great diossatisfaction on interaction with call centre exceutives with no sense of professionalism... (Naming all aarti, rahul, preeti simran) i will recerive resolution within 24 hrs but not received a ny resolution without even a gesture of sorry for the inconvenience..

                                    I am struggling hard to get my money back, i hope this complaint will help me resolve my concern at the earliest but not will be reacjhing consumer addressal forum...
