Respected sir/madam,

Sub: online fraud by askmebazaar order number ndd11303619

My wife ms. Salomi c. M. Had ordered for an intex aqua hd power android phone on 3rd april, 2016 via order number, ndd11303619. The payment was made through my debit card indian bank account pos prch atm wdl seq no 361427 atm id 70011569 tran date (Mmdd) 0403 tran time (Hhmmss) 203257.
On 5th april, 2016, the customer service called my wife and informed that that the product is out of stock and hence they are cancelling the order. They also informed that the amount of rs.6327/- will be credited back to my account within 5 to 7 working days.
Despite calling them on their customer care number[protected] and sending mail to their helpdesk [protected]@askmebazaar.com. They come up with lame excuses like that they are processing the complaint and issue will be resolved soon.
I would request your good offices to kindly do the needful and help me get back the money at the earliest.
Please find attached the bank statement showing the money that has been debited from my account.

    I ordered vide order AB11556384P1707587 for 4 t shirts in assorted colours in large size.
    Though goods were supplied on time but size is too small, it appears either small or medium. There is no mention of size on the tshirts.
    When I wanted to lodge the complaint with Askmebazaar.com I was not allowed even to login as my e-mail address/ password were not matching. I wanted to lodge the forgot the passwrod menu but even there I was told e-mail id is not matching. Then I wanted to register as a new contact but then my name and e-mail was not correct.I do not know what to make of all these hulla gulla.
    In the process I lost Rs 434.

    As informed earlier I attempted several times spending nearly 2 hours in raising the complaint ticket. But could not as my e-mail id is not recognised by the website. Moreover my password was rejected. When I wanted to raise forget password alarm, my e-mail id was rejected. And surprisingly on my e-mail id I have got the mail from Askmebasaar but what can I do. I rang up [protected] on 21st and I was told mycomplaint is more than 48 hours old we cant do anything.

        it showed different colors & quality, but on delivery that made today,
        it has different colors & quality.
        Its a fraud.

              I had placed the order in your site with order id: ndd11565309 and i was informed that i would be receiving the call back from the backend team with next few hours and my order will be delivered on april 16th before 11:59 pm. I don't have the proof of receipt noe i have received the call back from your backend team. Really disappointed with the service which was offere by you and your customer care.                 AskMe Bazaar is a fraud company that dupes people of money. The deals on their website are not linked with their merchants. I bought a deal from the company and paid online but the deal is not valid as the merchant outlet where it has to be redeemed denies having any deal with AskMe bazaar. I registered a complaint with the customer care but they did not solve my problem for more than a month and kept on delaying the concern. My ticket number is 75528. This fraud company is not refunding my money even after telling me that my coupon voucher of the deal cannot be redeemed. I hope some strict action is taken against this abominable company.

                You guys take ages to write back or take any effort to solve a customer's problem. Now that I have written to the mentioned mail as well, I still know that unscrupulous cheats like you will not solve my grievance. Good luck running your fraud company with standards like that.

                              I had ordered groceries at askmebazaar.com. 2 different orders and both the orders were incomplete. so on the bill they mentioned the refund amount. after the delivery I got a call from askmebazaar and they said i will get my refund or else remaining products in next 2 days. Its been 16 days now, I have not got any call also now. I had comlaint so many times but always i get one answer "Sir you will get your refund in 24 ours we have launched a complaint" 5 times I have complaint already and also I have emailed them. their email department does not understand english only. they are repeatedly replying that please provide us the compaint alphanumeric number. I have emails him 2 times already with the bill amount scanned copy. No one is helping me. I am worried about my refund.

                                I had placed order no. Ag[protected] for grocery on[protected] and paid rs: 1805.40 thru my mobikwik wallet. On 27-03-16, i recd. One sms from their portal vk-bstatl saying they have cancelled my order as they have no stock. Few days thereafter, i called them for refund and was told that it will take 7 to 10 days to process refund. Again on 10-04-16, i called them and was told that they will process my refund within 24 hours. On the very same day i got a callback from their rep. From mobile [protected] saying that it will take 3 to 4 days to process the refund. Today, i.E. On 14-04-16 i again called them and was told that they normally take 10 days to process refund so i will get my refund by 22-04-16. When they don't have product then why they are taking orders and money. They are running their business with customers money. Pl.See that they process my refund immediately. I have all the recordings of calls and sms which if needed can be sent to you for verification.

                                Askmebazaar is a fraud portal. This is my second or third worst experience with them. They just want to kill time and use your money. Earlier, I had ordered 3 bottles of Muscle Blaze-Fat burner MRP.Rs:549/- each for Rs: 1300 and some odd amt. They only sent one bottle and again the same procedure of telephones/ reverse pickup and refunds. So this is their modus operandi to use your money. Their registered office is in Delhi and support staff number is of Chennai.They offer great discounts to tempt you, so I would suggest everyone to refrain from using this portal. The discounts are unrealistic. I have uninstalled their app.since I recd.my refund and am also under the process of unsubscribing to their mails and portal. Thanks.

                                What the hack. After so much followups you now need written history of the event. Why none of your rep.gave me ticket no. while talking on phone. I may have spent more than Rs: 50 while calling you guys on phone. You really deserve a mouth publicity. I really repent having placed my order with you guys.
                                Let me know the procedure to raise ticket as you people have disabled my account. I am not being able to log in to your system. I have attached the screen shots of me being rejected by your system.

                                    I have got a phone call from dtdc. Is there any hard and fast rule to collect my order because they ask me to pick the parcel on there own conveince. I was at office and no body was at home i asked him to tell me the time you will reach at my home so that i can collect the parcel. He said first of all i will deliver it today only and i can't tell you the fix time. Then it means i have to take a leave of that day to wait them till they come what a bull???
                                    It means we have to order things then a long wait for response and after that we have to suffer like that no i don't want to deal with you
                                    My purpuse is to tell you the suffering your client get.

                                      I ordered a mobile phone in ask me bazaar... I cancelled that order in april 4. The customer car of the company said that the refund will be initiated in my bank account with in 7working days. When i enquired, they said the money has been initiated. But as per bank statement, i don't get any money from them. They said that to raise a ticket in ask me bazaar help desk. I do what they sais. But till now i didn't got any response from them

                                        I ordered vaseline body lotion - healthy white (Spf 24) & vaseline intensive care aloe soothe with 2 dove bathing bar 50gm each on 06/04/2016 vide their order no. Ag[protected]. I received all other goods in good condition but these both products were half in quantity & used and no bathing bar has been received which was offered by them on thier website at the time of purchasing & this offer was also showing on 7/04/2016. I lodge complaint to their call center & i received a call from them ([protected]), the agent said that this is technical issue & we can't provide the offered products (Bathing bars). Then i talked to supervisor mr. Gaurav & also refused to provide any product or refund.
