I have purchased a Samsung 40 inch HD LED 40J5100 for Rs 21600 which was offered 55% discount. I received the product on 08/05 and when I opened it was 100% fake Samsung TV fully assembled. When I called customer care they are not returning the product. But their websites says 100% original product and how can they sell fake products. I m fully depressed as I am the ultimate loser.

I have called to customer care executive from today morning to till evening but I didn't get any satisfactory answer about delivery status.it's a very bad experience with ask me bazaar.com and I advice to other people don't buy any product online there.

    I have purchased orient company cooler model cp3001h online by askmebaazar on 12.05.2016 Invoice no is KS-231/16-17, order no-AB12054110P5667447, cooler serial no is[protected]. Now I am facing cooling problem and cooler body Sound by touching its fan with front moving blade in a low and medium mode and sometimes throwout water from tank outside on moving blade from last night on 20.05.2016. I am feared about fan rubbing to blade because its moves from actual place . I have already attached Invoice copy for purchased details.

    Its a my first experience with electric items with orient company cooler. Arrange a good and experience technician for repairing on priority before misshaping with my family.

    Fake commitment with me by orient company about repairing on dated 24.05.2016. No one technician has come at my home for repairing cooler as commited by company executive. My daughter is effected with loose motion by hot temperature in my house because cooler is out of service.how long I have to be wait for repairing cooler. If company is not attained complained on commitment dated then must be penalised according to consumer law. I have already harassed with company fake commitment.

      I was placed prepaid order vide order No AB11602754 dated 17 Apr 2016 for the following items :-
      (a) Roti Maker
      (b) Dough maker
      (c) Casserole
      I received wrong product on 22 Apr 2016, the name of items is Computer multi Media Speaker. I was info the customer care centre for received wrong product. Complaint were lodged vide No QRC92749471 dated 22 Apr 2016, again on 28 Apr 16 QRC93709448 and QRC 94505024 dt 04 May 16. Customer care that the refund to be made after 13 working days to your account. After that sms was received on 04 May 2016, that your refund is only be processed when returned the wrong product you received. It is not possible to returned this product by me.
      I was paid Rs. 999/- for the articles on 17 Apr 16.
      You are requested to follow up action against the company as to how send the wrong product and refund to be made as early as possible.

        I have booked the wrong product and want to cancel it. I have asked for cancellation three times to the company but they are not listening my words from the moment I have booked it. They are mentioning many words like easy cancellation/return but all are false information. After booking i have called the customer care but the representative told me that it is not updated and to call after 4 hours. Again i have called them after 4hours and one lady repesentative told me that " you tell the courier person to take back". But there are many messages are coming to my mobile and also it is mentioned that your cancellation is not done. Then i have called the customer care again, the representative told me the same as earlier. Please guide me how to fight against these companies.

          Hello.

          I purchased a set of jeans which were both sent in the wrong size. I
          had specified size 34 but received both size 28.

          To add to that, I haven't been able to sign into my askmebazaar
          account and I cannot even reset the password for some reason.

          The jeans cost 800 rupees and I will incur a major loss if I can't
          have them exchanged or returned. I placed the order on 29th April,
          2006.

          I haven't been able to sign in ever since I received the product.
          Hence I haven't been able to apply for an exchange/return.

          The email I sent to customer care wasn't received by them because their inbox is full.

          Please look into the matter.

I hve received the parcel from the courior ebiz international but inside the pack only one round neck T with the mobile box but i didn't receive the mobile.               Today i bought a product but this earphone sound is very low in full volume and one wire is damaging cobdition so i would return a products so step should be taken abd refund the amount

                      After a long 2 months complains n ur qrc no 88075710 & a week later qrc no. 86812705 & a week later qrc no. 90996110 n also again qr complaint no. 94779932 a faulty air lounge money have not been not been returned to my account after a several complaints mentioned above. Since, the faulty product have been returned by me more then 2 week ago.

                                        Today when i was not at home, somebody delivered one courier from askmebazaar.com and also collected 830/- rupees as cash on delivery. My grand father paid the money as the thought i might have placed the order.
                                        After reaching home when i discovered i have received a product which i have never ordered, i called the customer care number(+[protected] asked for refund. But they have said, as it has been already paid, it can not be returned.

                                        The address mentioned in the package is same as mine, but it has wrong mobile number.

                                        The order details are mentioned in the attached picture.
