This is to inform you that i have place a order on 16-July-2015 Order Id: AB4107897 via ASKME but they send me wrongly package as i ordered of 9W bullb but they send me 5W & more over out of 10 LED's bulb, 7 are faulty.SO why i have to pay 898 rupees for only 3 LED buld .Kindly repay my money back as i have chose it from Askme bazaar.com, even i don't know who are the dealer as i chose only brande name of ASKME not any local distributor, so its all responsibility of ASKMEbazaar.com & even the customer care guys as not supporting they not even ready to listen anything nor they ready to pay back . Today also i got call from ASKMEBAZAAR executive but he is not ready to help me out regarding my issue as he repeatedly not ready to understand, more over they don't give any delivery or final bill copy to me at the time of delivery, they also not ready to replaced or pay my money back . So team kindly help ASAP.

    I just want to share my experience about a product which i brought from Askme bazaar so called emerging shopping portal but you won't believe my first product was fake. I placed an order for Mi Power bank 10400 mah on Askme bazaar on 22nd Jan'2015. I got my order with in 20 days from the date of placing the order. I was out for some official work so didn't use this product much. After coming back when i started using this product i realized the Power Bank is not fully charging my mobile even for once. I tried to use few chargers to ensure the power bank is fully charged but still i didn't notice any improvement and i couldn't charge my mobile completely even for once. I started searching out on web and found the following link to compare whether the Power bank is Genuine or Fake. https://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/ After reading out this post i realized i was cheated by India's emerging shopping portal. I am not sure how many other customers have been cheated but thought of sharing my experience with you all. I have also attached the copy of my order.       Dear CC, I purchased a casio watch of Rs 3990 & paid the amount via online credit card from askmebazaar.com while delivering the watch on 21 july 2015 the delivery boy started asking for money I told them I already paid the amount rs 3990 and also confirmed them by calling Bank People This delivery people started creating nuisance in front of my home atlast I returned the product Casio Watch. Now I want my money back askmebazar now not picking phone and disconnecting the call inbetween or not picking can you please help me I really looking for grand support for refund of my amount Rs 3990/-These askmebazaar not refunding my amount Rs 3990 I hope you best to consider my case since the money I taken from credit card and they have started taking interest on this With Thanks Amitabh [protected]

        i have booked a power bank. i found it is a used one which was taped with transperent plaster soon as i opened the cover i found it damaged and lodged a complaint and i was given a complaint number "QRC32224989" . They said that they will call back in few hours . but there is no response from them .even i was charged lots of rupees when i was waiting to connect with helpline number [protected] please resolve my complaint . all this process took place on june 27 th 2015. it came without a company seal but wrapped in a paper and plasterd

          Please don't by any product from ASK ME BAZAAR website so called India's emerging online shopping portal. They are selling FAKE products and cheating with their customers. I am victim of this company. They delivered me FAKE Mi Power Bank.

Delivered 12th July-Immediate detection of ONE damaged Bulb-reported to Courier-reported to Askmebazar 20 times by mail and 3 times by phone. No response.                 My order ID : AB3901561 Order date : 4/07/2015 Over one month gone yet I have not received the product... I have cancelled the product... And then I demanded for refund... They are refusing to give the refund also... I am calling several times into their customer service and send them many mails...they did'nt respond to any mails nor they gave the correct information about the product details etc... So I am suggesting my friends and respected elders not to buy any Product from their website... They are just a "CHEATING COMPANY"

                  Ordered a Rs43, 000 hard drive. They took the payment. Never delivered. Called a month later to be told (after being cut off three times) that the product is out of stock. But they did not refund the money. Company is bad news. Cannot even track orders or log in on their website to see status. Avoid!

                          I have ordered a reebok casual stylish shoe and received the products on 2nd june, 2015. The moment i opened the package i was shocked. The product was neither from reebok nor the similar style product. Immediately i called the customer care and requested for returning product and refund. Since that day, i am struggling to get my money refunded. Always i am receiving the assurance only. At least 20 times, i got the nice assurance only. When ever i am calling, they are saying with in next 7 - 10 working days your money will be refundi

                            For Fathers day, I ordered a gift from Askmebazar.com. My order number is AB3587982 which was registered on 15th June 2015. As per the policy, they did not deliver the order within 10 days, however it is STILL NOT delivered. Despite my calling them twice every week and writing complaints on social media, I received a call from them finally and I had cancel my order and they said I will receive my refund within 7 days of time frame. Till date, I havent received my refund. Moreover, when I called at their customer care at [protected], I just got a reply from their Executive named Aarti that my order is showing DISPATCHED. Its a fraudulent company that fools the customer. I want all my money inclusive of compensation BACK in my account.

                                Hello, from last 6 days (19th to 24th july 15) , i'm receiving plenty of smss from askmebazaar with different offers. It is around 25 - 30 times a day. My request, can you please inform them to stop sending any smss in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from askmebazaar? If i have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe sms. Most of the sms getting from dm - 520402 & dm - 620402. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help.

                                      I had ordered a powerbank on 8th July for which they debited the amount from my credit card even though the order was for COD. They never confirmed the debit until 3 days. On 18th(10 days as promised for delivery) July I complained regarding non delivery of the product and they raised a request for the same. Finally today after I called them, they reverted back saying that the order is cancelled from the seller. I never got a confirmation on my payment, no call back on the order confirmation, and nor on the cancellation of the product. This is the first online site I have seen which is so carefree and careless in terms of meeting the customer's standards. Now they need another 7-10 working days to return the money back to my account.
