With reference to the subject cited above it is submitted that i have ordered for rayban sunglasses (Id ab3915173) form askmebazaar.com. But unfortunately they have rejected the order after some days at their own wish, with making the commitment to serve us better next time. Looking forwarrd to their commitment and name i have again ordered rayban sunglasses (With order id ab4029334) on 11 july 2015 which was supposed to be delivered by 21 july2015 as per company policy. But unfortunately, i have not received the sunglasses till date. I have contacted to their customer care executives but they also didnt give any satisfactory reply. I have even intimated them about the issue through email, but unfortunately they didnt responded to it. This behavior of the company and executives is really irresponsible and it is mentally harassing me. I request you to plz take strict action against the company so that they should be atleast responsible from next time.

    I purchased power bank of 10400 mAH battery backup of MI from askmebazaar.COM my order no. is AB3756401 but after using it i found that neither it is getting recharged properly nor it is charging other devices, there was no instructions given for how to use it and usb cab is too short which is less than 6cm. Now when i called up to their customer care they are saying we dont have the facility of return the product of refund, as i know i do online shopping from shopclues, flipkart, snapdeal they all have this facility then why this site dont have, sack the site immediately they are befooling and looting the customer.

      I had order laptop bag from askmebazaar.com on 5the July order number AB3925384 even I had done the online payment of 249 rupees through Axis baaccountunt. I got the email of order confirmation on 5the July but I didn't got the product so I had call on helpline then they told me that the can't deliver the product at 444303 pin code so the canceled the order then they tell me today (25/7) that they refunded me on 17the July but still I didn't get the money in my Account.

        I have order to Askmebazar.com a Tupperware Lunch Box vide Order ID # AB3952130 and paid the amount of Rs 620/- threw credit card during placing the order on 07/07/2015. I am writing this complain on 25/07/2015 after 18 days. on 18/07/2015 a courier boy comes at my address and saying to me that your order is COD, means cash on delivery, and m was saying that the payment has been done during placing the order. but he deny the delivery and and go back. After this I call to customer care on[protected] but the boys in customer care was talking without seance and call to customer care many times and also write emails at [protected]@askmebazaar.com again and again. But till date I have not receive my order product delivery or not any single rupee refund from askmebazar.com They always repeat a line that they will get in touch with you within next 48 hours with an update on the status. Kindly help me to solve the issue at urgent basis. Regards

          I am receiving large no of sms from askmebazaar. About many types of offer so please please stop as soon the sms from like that number dz566045, dz56612 etc i don't want any offer information sms and also its irritating too much to me. My mobile is [protected] please stop it now thanks

          I have a got a powerbank from u, from the purchase date it was not working so please don't try to cheat customer. You had not reply for my mail about this issue. But still u r sending offer sms. Please try to stop this idiotic steps.

              सर मैंने 7 जुलाई 2015 को आर्डर नंबर AB3958858 प्लेस किया था और इसका आनलाइन पेयमेंट भी तुरंत कर दिया था 22 जुलाई 2015 को कूरियर वाले प्रोडक्ट लेकर मेरे घर पर आये उनका सिस्टम कैश आन डिलेवरी दिखा रहा है तो उन्होंने मुझे प्रोडक्ट नहीं दिया और प्रोडक्ट वापिस ले गये आज दिनांक 24 जुलाई को आस्क मी बाजार कस्टमर केयर से मुझे काल आया है और मुझे रीफंड वापिस दिये जाने की बात कही गई है मुझे रीफंड नहीं चाहिये क्योंकि इसमें मेरी कुछ गलती नहीं है जब मेरी कुछ गलती ही नहीं है तो मैं सजा क्यों भुगतूं मुझे प्रोडक्ट चाहिये कृपया मुझे प्रोडक्ट देने की कृपा करें, मैंने प्रोडक्ट दिये जाने संबंधी ई मेल आस्क मी बाजार कंपनी के सीईओ को भी किया है .

                Sir, My name is M.PAVAN KUMAR I had placed an order to Bangalore on[protected].My order ID No.AB4136962.I was told that there is no delivery service to Bangalore and hence my amount would be refunded within 10 Working Days by their Employee.Up of that I had told them to change the receiver name, but they are not ready to change and I got a message today i.e on[protected] that my had order is dispatched.I would like to know from the concerned authorities, that what is the use of giving the Helpline number, i.e [protected] where the real meaning of HELP itself is of no use.Kindly look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest.

                  please i advice every one, not to go near by this site.i just got in to buy one product and even for that i wan not satisfied.but the real problem came after many days, i am getting 5-10 sms/day.i was so frustrated that my phone is flooding with crap offers and promo sms.i called their customer care to unsubcribe but they said there is no option to unsubscribe and we have only choice to activate DND on our phone.But as per TRAI Rules We dont have provisions to activate DND for single number.
                  I am Really fed up of this Crap sms flooding on my phone.So i Advice everyone not even go near to this site.consider it as some spam site or something other wise you will get in trouble.

                  and if anyone have a solution for this pls help me

I want this to be stopped with immediate effect as this has become very much disturbing for me.                       pathtic and disgusting…never buy from this site…itz a complete fraud site...i made an order on 1st of July…but didnt recieve the product uptill now…everytime i call customer care they just keep on saying that complaint is registered…after 24 days they are saying that your order is cancelled..never do budiness with this site…itz a watse of money….and i am giving the minus 5 rating for the disgusting service and fraud...my order no was AB3852787...

                        The story goes like this, I have ordered one so called earphones "Beats Tour With Control Talk Monster in Ear Headphones-830981" ( order number - AB3555913DUP4) and (Complain ID-QRC[protected] which are very cheap in quality and instead of sending me two earphones, you guys have sent me only one for the price of two.

                        I have spoken to different different representatives from past two months for the refund of mere 500 rupees.

                        Sunil, Ekta, Sonia, Simran, . Ashwini, Rahul Rawal (Team leader ), Savita, and Sonali (Team Leader) - These all AskMeBazaar reps told me the same thing that someone will call you from back end team to collect the product in 2-3 days and refund will come in 7 days. now i dont understand that do we have 2-3 days in 2 months that I have spent or not. This entire thing is going to be everywhere.

                        And lastly if I am not getting refund in the bank account provided as soon as possible, then I am going to file a complain of fraudery and cheating with the customers. plus grahaksuraksha complain also.

                          Hi Sir, I purchased a Roti maker & paid the amount via online credit card from askmebazaar.com while delivering the product the delivery boy started asking for money I told them I already paid the amount and also confirmed them by calling Bank People but this nonsense ridiculous askmebazaar was saying you pay the amount they will return the credit card amount This delivery people started creating nuisance in front of my Office atlast I returned the product. Now I want my money back askmebazar now ecery day I receiving calls stating it’s a order confirmation its been more that 15days I did not received my amount.

                            Fromast 10 to 15 days ask me bazar is sending me irritating sms daily and they send many sms per day which is very disturbing during my job. I called their customer care and the oromised to resolve ka complaint but nothing has been done so far. Please help me get rid of irritating messages.

                                askmebazaar is a cheater i have orderd product on 9th july order id is AB3990620 they canceled the order as stock not available till now i have not got refund i called several times but their response was same you will get refund in next 7 to 10 working days. i have ordered some product earlier and faced same issue please take strict action against them Pramod [protected]

                                    I have ordered a shirt (Order Id: AB2323302)from askme bazar and they placed the reverse pickup on 13 may 2015 and till yet i didn't got my refund. i called time around 20 times and even talked to their supervisors but till yet they haven't refunded the money.So i request you to please look into this matter and take strict action against them.
