I am Genevieve from Bangalore. I had placed order on 18th June 2015 - order no. AB3636530 for a Royal Canine Golden Retriever Jr - 3 Kg pack and done the payment online. I was told that it would be delivered in 10 days. Even after 10 days I have not received the product and when I called [protected] (askme bazaar), they say the product is not yet despatched . So I requested for a cancellation for which they say that they cannot cancel the product. I request the consumer court to help me to get it cancelled and refund my amount of Rs. 1563.7/-. Awaiting a response on menezes.[protected]@gmail.com.

    My brother recently purchased xiaomi mi powerbank 10400mah from this site, after receiving the delivery we got suspicious because the packaging was different we also received extra stuff along it for just 699/-. It didnt work in the way it supposed to, i contacted the customer care but the response was poor. I asked for refund policy but no response from them. They sell products at very cheap rates but they are fake. Waste website waste products. I have another powerbank which i purchased from flipkart its genuine and i confirmed it by validating its unique code. Dont buy anything from this site these people are just scammers.

      Hello, I have ordered from this website first time in my life and will never forget that moment. Got a confirmation SMS that the order is successfully placed. I have prepaid the order and hence called the CC for further status. I was shocked that they were unable to provide the order status, even after 2 weeks of the order, they just say to escalate the issue to senior team, But no action has been taken till date.I dont think the senior team ever exists. And the strange part is that they have started hanging the calls even. I am totally frustrated and thinking to put up some action against this fraud.       For the kind information of readers, as per the update from AMB they have shipped the order, But its been 10 days and order hasn't arrived. Maybe their warehouse is overseas.

            Hi Team, I have received a damaged product as per Order No - Order#AB[protected]. I ordered - Power Bank Mi 10400 mAh, but its USB port and Charging port appears to be damaged. It is not in working condition as I can't insert charging cable to it. Moreover, the product appears to be fake as body material is of degraded quality. I request it to be exchanged with original product which should be in working condition OR Return us FULL AMOUNT. I strongly condemn you sending such product to customers.               Hi Team, This is an official e-mail to your company .Your team is a group of scammers who are cheating people by providing duplicate products and not refunding the money back.I have spoken to your customer service rep times named Sourav & his supervisor i don't remember his name in-spite of asking them to process the refund yet I have got no confirmation on the same.We will be launching an complain from our office about your cheating strategies.The order was returned on 2nd of June 2015 and my bank info too was taken on the same day yet I have not received my money back.

                  I ordered puma bag from asmebazaar.com few days back. the product which they had show own there website was different and genuine but the bag which i received is fake and local made. it is not worth the price which i had paid for. they are cheating with there customers.they don't even have a login page by which we can keep track of our order.

                      i ordered mi 10400 mah power bank from askmebazzar.com but i received totally fake product and i fully charged the power bank but unfortunately it did not charged my phone and discharged in 2 min of time. i called customer care but customer care says we can return back till 48 hours after product received, you have 4 working days to recived and we cannot take back the product. my product id is AB3537339

                            I bought your item online by Order No DGA3145054 on 22.05.2015 I immediately had to pay, within 10 days, me my order had to meet me today, but it also has not received a complaint from the date 06.28.2015 I was registered on 06.03.2015 and 06.20.2015 to 06.11.2015 then I had also filed a complaint, to My each time being told that your order in one or two days But they'll get to do one or two days, but one month has passed so far have not received the item My curry then I call again today My got the reply My items with which occurred to me the next two days, he shall find Ashis name and my complain registered to complain number is QRC 32365845.                               It was my very bad experience to shopping with ASKMEBAZAR. Check the mentioned order of 20th June and MY bank transaction ID is (OS GETITSTORE[protected] [protected]) for this product. Yesterday the courier guy asked me for paid the money for this product as he confirmed he have no confirmation about the pre-payment of this product.I ask him to wait i can confirm the pre-payment details with ASKMEBAZAR customer care executive but he refused and told me that he is cancelling this order.i have already paid for this product and mentioned the bank transaction ID as well, the ASKMEBAZAR customer care executive is also confirmed that payment is already done by me but why this information is not shared with the courier company.

                                I ordered a Sony Power bank. They did deliver an unpacked & defective MI Power bank. I asked for a reverse pickup. I made several deliberate efforts to replace/return the product but in vain. Its now been 2 months but no response. I tried every possible way... Emails, phone calls but no response. Its indeed unfortunate. I even tried to contact the courier service providers again in vain. Moreover they said that I should never order from ask me bazaar. Many people have complaints against them. Neither will I make orders with ask me bazaar nor will i recommend it to anyone.

                                  I have bought Mi power bank from Askmebazaar 4 months back, it was a duplicate product which i return them back. As per there policy should be refunded in a weeks time. Its been 4 months they have not refunded me my money. I have called there call center multiple times all i get is Sorry for incontinence and they will pay the same in 2 days, or will chck with finance department . spoken to Team lead multiple who just promise but i have received no refund in my a/c. They dont even bother to follow up the case or call back or inform customer about the same. They have no responsibility towards customer. Consumer court should take strict action askmebazaar and such company who cheat consumers. Order number : AB888775
