my order no-AB-3406972 & AB-3406413 booked on 6th june, i was told that both the items will be deliverd within 10 days .even they had taken delivery charges for the same.now it is 18th day going on, they said items still in transit.how could anyone trust over their commitment.santosh singh [protected]
I also have not received my order from Askmebazzar even after more than a month. They are highly unreliable service. We should move to consumer court against them.

      I have bought Vox Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car in Ask me Bazzar.
      It worked only for 2 days then it is completely dead.
      When i made complain regarding this issue to Ask me bazzar they said they will give guarantee only for 48 hours and later we have to contact only the Vox company .
      ( irresponsible reply)
      While enquire about the company contact number she could not give the contact number asked me to find it by myself
      Then later i found and tried that number which the ring is going on but no response on other side?????
      Is it my fate i purchased this item in Ask me bazzar.
      Normally i used to do it in Flipkart where the service was very perfect. it was my fate i went for Ask me Bazaar

      I want the money to be refund to my account else Portable Mini Refrigerator For Home & Car the Fridge and give me the new one ( working condition)

        Horrible experience with Askmebazar. to below my complaint product returned to Askmebazar, at that time i was told i will get refund in 3-4 working days.But till refund not deposited when i ask for it then i was told that it will take 10-12 days. This is first time i ever purchased from askmebazar & have horrible experience. please be careful while buying any product from Askmebazar. Complaint I have received order no. AB3514134 today & i was shock to see that i have received the wrong product. When i check on site of askmebazar i got another shock, i have paid for Product id: 404626 RS 749/- & actually the product i received with Product id: 1270132 of RS 395/- the difference is Rs 354/-. This is first time ever i have purchased any product from askmebazar ; have shock twice. I call customer care twice & registered complaint ( complaint no.QRC[protected] & the executive told me that it will take 20 days to complete reversal formality & was another shock to me ( count no 3 shocks).

          I purchased power bank in the month of February and I found that product was not suitable to my handset and also checked with the seller for the compatibility. I requested for the refund my money back for the product in a week time.But they are not responding and I called more than 10 times and they will say same thing "YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY IN 2 DAYS IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT" and I spoke to there team leader as well and he use to give same statement.             I purchased a samsung power bank, it was not working on receive, i complained on may 30.05.15 and informed ur custmer care, it was reversed picked on 04.06.15 pickup receipt no[protected]AB3177867), today 24.06.15 .12 working days complete till money not yet transfered in my account, so many time inform to ur custmer care speak with supervisour but no action till taken HENCE i go through this case to consumer court for necessary action and further other will not suffer by this product

              Hi Team, I ordered a MI Powerbank 10400 MAH, And I received it, but it was faulty. I sent the product back 3 weeks ago, And called ask me bazaar call centre. They said they are logging a complaint and gave me the complaint no : QRC26961236. First I spoke to Rahul Rawal 3 weeks agaon & he said the money will be credited in a weeks time. Second time I spoke to Prince Kumar and he said the same thing. Today Date : 23/6/2015, I spoke to Mohammed Danish and he said that request is under process and it will take more time. I need my money credited to my account asap. Please call me on[protected] if you need any further details.

                Defective Samsung Power bank (9000 mah) recieved from Seller - Siya international which is not able to charge a phone for more than 10 minutes. On & off key is not working. Product has a Poor finishing and with defective quality. Product is waste of money and cannot be used for the purpose it is manufactured. I request for the replacement of product or money return.

                Bought 2 products from Askme... Both turned out to be non functional
                (i.e. defective)...

                1. Defective Xiaomi Power bank (10400 mah) which is not able to charge a
                phone for more than 5 minutes. Reverse pick up was done around 15 days
                ago but still the money has not been refunded. [Order ID - AM3392420]

                2. Defective Samsung Power bank (9000 mah) recieved from Seller - Siya
                international which is not able to charge a phone for more than 5
                minutes. Reverse pick up was requested in due course, reverse pick up is
                still not done. When I contacted Askme, they denied of any such return
                request and also said it can no more be returned as 48 hours have
                elapsed. [Order ID - AM3487709]

                I request for a money refund as soon as possible...

                    I have ordered the 5W LED Light on 10th June 2015, but till date it is nt received. I have been calling your Customer Care person, where the response is it is already delivered, and it is with Blue Dart Courier. And when i ask these person who has attened the call to transfer my call to the logistic dept, for which they refused to transfer the call. then they tranfered to their manager, where there was a very poor response. I just want to know what has happen to the product or i need my money back. It is nt fair that whenever i call the customer care, they are asking me to wait till the next day. Which is nt good.

                                I really wonder what kind of services are you people providing us Firstly i haven't got the product as per my order i ordered 2 curtains and i got 1 then its being long back i have requested for a return but no body came in to take the product back even. I called up customer care many a times and there response is- it will be picked up soon. My product haven't been picked up yet i really doubt whether i will get the money back or not its already being a month im following up with these people. Is this the professionalism you work with.                                   on 16th june, i order 4 products AB3609948 (Samsung Power bank), AB3610256 (Everyday Recharge Battery), AB3610410 (USB Car Charger) And AB3610850 (Gym Bag) but i received two of orders separately. And today when i enquired with the customer care they are saying that two of my orders AB3609948 & AB3610410 got cancelled due to unavailability of the stock and it will take 2 to 3 weeks time to get my refund. The unavailable stocks detail should have been removed temporarily from the website to avoid such refund hassles. Sad to say, I really had pathetic eshop experience with this website. Regards

                                    Dear Team, I have a very bad experience with Askme bazaar.com product. My order ID was AB3467934, order for HTC Charger. It was very embarrassing that you people are also doing fraud with your products. You have mention the htc charger on your website and the product was the worst than local charger. I have paid the amount of 299.00 however, this is very simple for your customer care executive Mr. Rajeev to say that you will refund the amount after 20 days. It means I need to wait more than 20 days for my own amount. The pathetic services by you guys. 1.) Order delivered on 13th day (Out of your TAT Time) 2.) you are doing fraud by the name of big companies like HTC 3.) Refund procedure is also very pathetic. VERY BAD AND PATHETIC PERFORMANCE BY YOU ALL

                                      Hi, we placed order of RICO SORDI Men's Stainless Steel Watch combo of 3 on 13.06.2015- order no : AB3545668 & that we made the payment thorugh credit card Rs.549/- still we not receive the product, while checking to customer care person told me in your mobile no :[protected] you placed 2 orders one is COD & one is already we receive the payment & they only told me to return back COD order & balance order we destpatch by today - 20.06.2015, but still we not receive the order till date 23.06.2015 and now we check with customer care for product despatch details and they are simply telling order as been cancelled and you just make another order for this product and the money given back for 5 working days, more than 15days your are using my money with free of interest kindly lookup & this close this issue A.Dhandapani

                                        meina samsung ka 2 powerbank order kiye tha jismein sa 1 damage tha jab meina courier khol ka dekha to usmein 1 sahi tha aur dusra karab nikala meina ussi din uski complaint registered krva di email ka jariye sa us complaint ko registered krva aaj 1 mahine 23 din ho gye h lekin aaj tak koi solution nhi nikala yeh company sabsa jyada fake h
