I purchased a reebok wrist batch from as mebazaar.com with order number AB1595165. But they sent me used watch. So i gave it back to them on 1 april 2015. when I call to customer care every time they gave me new complaint number. The latest complaint number is QRC31481764. Tilll now I didnot receive payment in my account.

    I had ordered 1 power bank of 10000mAh of Sony Brand-black colour . When I opened the delivered packet, the brand was SAMSUNG (white colour) and not SONY. Further, the battery capacity was also 9000mAh and not 10000mAh. I immediately decided to return with vide order no- AB2828985, On 29 May 2015. Since the I am following up for refund with Ask me Bazar but it has not been credited to my account. Its a clear case of fraud. But they have provided the compliant no. QRC27653780 which is not yet closed and again the reply form there end is same that” we are arranging the call back to you within 48hr.” So plz try to solve the problem for me and provide me the refund as soon as possible.

            I had ordered 1 power bank of 10000mAh of Sony Brand-black colour, vide order no. AB3624784, on 18.06.2015. The delivery was made to me on 23.06.2015 . When I opened the packet, the brand was SAMSUNG (white colour) and not SONY. Further, the battery capacity was also 9000mAh and not 10000mAh. However, I compromised on this change in capacity and change in the brand sent by you, but when I used it, there was no charge in it. After charging the same, the power bank was used by me on my cell phone. The power bank got off within 5-7 minutes after gradually losing its charge, and it did not charge my cell phone. I again charged the power bank the next day, but same thing happened. As such, I want refund of my money or send a fresh piece, duly checked, with proper specifications as ordered.                 I have placed an order for a Headphone under Order No.AB3522844 by making advance payment thru Net Banking on 12th June 2015 and when I complained about of non-receipt of the item on 24th June 2014, it was replied that the item is on the way. Finally, when the item arrived today (i.e, on 26th June 2015), it was with a demand to make payment again, which amounts to Double payment for an item for which I had already made the payment thru Net Banking at the time of placing the Order. When contacted in the No. [protected] provided in the text msg received by me, I was bluntly told that if I want the item, I have to make payment and if I do not want the item, I can reject it. This is nothing but cheating by AskmeBazaar. I want my money back into my Account immediately. Moreover, this is a lesson for me NOT to buy any item from askmebazaar.                 Today, I received a call from askmebazaar asking me to share my Debit Card details. I convinced him that my Debit Card details cannot be shared with any one for security reasons. I made the payment thru Net Banking and I need my money back to the same account from which the money was paid to you.

                Already, you have befooled me by asking for payment again for the item for which I had already made the payment thru Net Banking at the time of placing the Order. Now, I have neither received my money back nor did I receive the product.

                If I am not getting my money back into my account within 48 hours, I will not hesitate initiate criminal proceedings against you for cheating me and I will be free to publish this in all the media to caution other prospective buyers from you.

                Do not think that you can continue to cheat customers like this. I will do everything to see that you people are given ample punishment for cheating the customer like this. I am also lodging a criminal complaint against you in the cyber cell for cheating and attempting to cheat further by asking for my Debit Card Details thru phone.
                I also have come across many such instances of complaints by other buyers also from your site. I will show you what kind of action can be taken against you. The action which I am going to initiate would prove to be a lesson for all such cheating companies like you.

                  i ordered mi power bank10400 mAh order no. AB2351029 on 20 April 2015. product received on 26 April 2015 but i god vary bad product quality wise, i request to ask me bazaar on his helpline no.[protected] about this problem they told me that "product will pick on 1 May 2015 and cash deposits on my bank a/c." and they ask me my bank details and i provide them. after this i didn't get any response. i called them 3-4 times in a month and paid std charges all time to call askmebazaar helpline no.[protected]. all time they give me one week time for this resolution but nobody call me for this resolution till 26 June 2015.                     We had ordered for 2 Power banks (Order No.AB 3114209 and AB 3119107) last month. But we have received 2 BRICKS instead of Power Bank. I had a discussion with ASKMEBAZAAR customer care they told me that it was by mistake put as COD, however you pay the amount and take the goods and the amount will be returned to you in 7 days.For the same they raised a complaint with number QRC32093389.                             I ordered a strontium usb pendrive on 15.06.2015. After waiting these 11 days they say it went out of stock and is been cancelled. If they hav to cancel it they shud hav not accepted the order and told me that moment itself it went out of stock. Letting mein wait for these days wasting my time is too irritating. It is too frustrating and so I'm left all to complain this here. I would not recommend anyone to but from askmebazaar.

                                  Hi my name is Manpreet from Tarn Taran, I ordered one Sony 10000mah power bank from askmebazar on May 13th 2015, order no. was "AB2947765", amount was Rs.629.00. I received the order and I found the product faulty. Then I ordered second Sony 10000mah power bank on May 15th 2015, order no. "AB2947831" amount Rs.555.00, they sent me again faulty product. Then I called on their Customer care number - [protected] their representative told me your order will picked up by us within 7 days & your money will be deposited in your bank account. He gave me complaint number QRC29172451. THEY ARE BIG FRAUD THEY SENT ME FAKE PRODUCTS TWO TIME I want my money back, they sent me scrap pieces.

But I received Samsung power bank 2600mah instead of 9000mah. when I called customer care they said they will arrange for reverse pick up.                                         I have ordered two products on 10 June 2015 with this AskMeBazaar website. I paid money using by credit card. Actualy deliver time in with in 10 days. Now 15 days completed, still I am waiting for the product. Still they processing. They told me one product was cancelled for out of stock, but still didn't get refund. They told me wait for 7 more days to get a refund. please help me.
