Order # AB3511229 - placed on 11th June. As per the help line number - order shipped on 15th June. Order not recd till date - 01 July. AirWayBill number shows incorrect on Go Javas website. Absolutely no feedback given when called. The only answer received is that the backend team will call. Very poor after sales support. No refunds. Practical THUGS.

    i have ordered a samsung white portable charger around 4months before... than due to not getting the exact product which i have ordered for as it was a second hand black colour charger, i book a complain and 1 person came and took the product and gave me a pickup receipt... till now i didn't got my cash back as well as i didn't got my product back... i request you to refund my cash or give me the exact product wich i have ordered for...       This is Purchase Order No DGA 3153769 for purchase of one no. of aviator sun glass black through askmebazaar. On receipt of the said item at the very moment, i opened the package and the lense was fell down from the package and the frame size was indifferent for both eyes. I above item was returned on 8th June, 2015 to the collection boy represented from askme bazaar. I requested many times on phone No.[protected] to refund the amount of Rs 890/-. Despite of requests were made no refund was made till date. I again request you to refund and credit the amount to my bank as all the details had already been furnished to you on or before 5th July, 2015, else the matter will be taken to the CONSUMER COURT shorty without any notice to you.           Dear All, If you are not able to provide the service please close the company, i have ordered bag ( Order no:- AB[protected] complaint number - Qrc[protected] at 26th may 2015 i got a mail same day for booking my request. after a couple a day i called on your service desk they told i will get it within 4-5 days, but still i have not receive it. i have called 10-12 times in a month but no single mail or message you have not send to me. it is very unacceptable. your colleges are not capable to provide the service.Now they told ordered has been canceled. if ordered got canceled then you should sent a mail for the same, but still i have not received any mail or message. i am always deal with many sites for online shopping but i experienced askmebazar is one of the worst company which i found. No one bother to check if the customer is satisfy or not, if you unable to satisfy the customer please do not deal. Regards, Mahesh.

            Cheaters and unethical frauds I purchased Puma combo from askemenazar which contains 3 items, a puma bag, a puma watch and pair of puma socks. Order was COD...on paying cash as soon as I opened the item, Alas! very cheap quality road side small 3rd class bag which if I give to my maid she will also refuse. very cheap quality watch which will not last even for a week and socks looks like roadside vendor packed secondhand used pair. I wonder how such cheater will survive the business. Now when I contacted their customer care they are saying they will take about 20 working day to get return pickup. What the heck...I know I'm going to have hard time to get my money back form these cheaters. Warning every one please be careful. -Yogesh

                Ask Me Bazaar is a fraud website. Please Ban this website as soon as possible else this site will eat everybody's money selling fake products. this showed Branded Laptop bag pack of PUMA with watch and socks. and sent me a local bag which is not worth keeping. And also bag had a sign of Local Fastrack logo. i Have proof of everything with bills and the product. These people are selling absolutely nonsense product and showing ths name of Brand and selling fake product (which is cheap copy of the brand). i want full refund of my products as the company did not refunded my money from last 1 month.

                  I am in same situation. I am calling to customer care executive since last 3 months. Every time they are fooling me to wait 7-10 days for refund. I dont think that they will return our money now.

                    My name is Kalpen Vaghela. I have ordered xiomi's powerbank. I received a damaged product, so I return the product. The reverse pickup was done on 20th March 2015. But till today I haven't receive any amount in my bank account. Many times I talked regarding this on customer care but every time they ask me to wait for 7-10 working days. Now they are saying that my refund was processed on 22nd June 2015, but i didn't receive any amount. Customer care executive ask me to send my bank statement on [protected]@askmebazaar.com email. I send my bank statement too but still no response from their side. Now the issue is that whenever I talk to customer care they just cut my call in between. my email address is kalpen.[protected]@yahoo.com

                                Recently I have placed an order on AskmeBazaar for which I received its delivery on Friday. "Order No:AB3478604, Product Name : Duffle Bag Computer Mouse and Mi 10400 Power Bank 1027708, Price : Rs 649" The courier was received by my family memeber on Friday evening, and they did not open it till I reach home on Monday morning (I was out of town). When I opened the courier, I was shocked to see that only Mouse was exist in the box and neither Powerbank nor Duffle bag. When I called up your helpdesk, they bluntly told me that they can not entertain my request as its more than 48 hrs (and given me clause 9.1 from your website). This is utter case if cheating and I'm been fooled by your service. Kindly look into this matter at the priority before I further publish this incident in legal terms and social media. Hope to get your urgent revert on this.

                                  its regarding ORDER#AB3582521...ordered one samsung 9000Mah powerbank...after 12 days received courier..after opening, we can easily makeout that the box seal was open...another joke was samsung powerbank box has MI data cable...powerbank doesnt charge mobile for even 5 mins...no vat paid bill supplied (its a clear offense in india)...no signed warranty card...n by the make of product, we can easily make out that the product is duplicate...duplicate do works but this is a cheap fraud product which people sell on roadside...askmebazaar is nothing but suitbootwale roadside seller...i have requested for replacement of product with original product as mentioned on website...but customer care not giving proper response...they are telling u wont get a replacement only refund is possible...why should i take refund when i already paid for a original stuff...its ur problem, provide me with original product with original bill n warranty card...also have gone through your refund complaints, people are not receiving refunds for 3 to 6 months...have already complaint QRC32383252...but i think its of no use...either give me original product, else i m taking this case to consumer court, also with vat department and also with samsung company...

                                  sir, askmebazaar.com customer care called me today and told me to hand over the product back...and they will refund the amount...when i denied for refund, and ask them to send original product, they told me they dont have replacement policy...then i asked them to provide me with warranty card..they are telling they wont give warranty card too...finally i told them to send me invoice for that sent product...they told me they cant send bill...i dont understand how can such a big company deny bill to customer for what they have charged him...its an offense...please give me bill for the product or else the original product which you promised otherwise you people will force me to take this case in consumer court...u cant deny customers right...vat paid invoice is customers right...

                                      they send me a wrong product for Pwerbank and also wrong product not in a working condition. ahter i call them and tell abt product .they rivert back that product before 2 months and thay tell yr money refund in yr given account number in wosing 7 days but since after 2 mnths my money not credit in my account i call them again and again but they give me every time wait for 7 days more and more ..i wait for that time period but still no any specific answer from them team. they told me your complain forward to our backhand department and out back hand department call you in working 7 days. but till date no any single call from them team.i relay hrustrate abt them.my pateince is out of control now. please i need a result about this problem

                                        i have order a Puma black sneaker, on 2nd May 2015 after so many reminder received fake Puma shoes on 29th may after over TAT that is 10 to 12 working days. i ask to pick the product on same day, pickup boy pick product on 3rd June but still refund is not credit to my account till yet...Once again TAT 10 to 12 days is over. complaint No:- QRC27488207
