Bought 2 products from askme... Both turned out to be non functional (I.E. Defective)...

1. Defective xiaomi power bank (10400 mah) which is not able to charge a phone for more than 5 minutes. Reverse pick up was done around 15 days ago but still the money has not been refunded. [order id - am3392420]

2. Defective samsung power bank (9000 mah) recieved from seller - siya international which is not able to charge a phone for more than 5 minutes. Reverse pick up was requested in due course, reverse pick up is still not done. When i contacted askme, they denied of any such return request and also said it can no more be returned as 48 hours have elapsed. [order id - am3487709]

I request for a money refund as soon as possible...

      I ordered a Qubeplex Ipop Car Door Guard (Order No. AB3369809) on 4th Jun 2015. After two weeks around I got the order delivered. But when I opened it up, It was a Aviator Glass of extremely cheap quality. I called back to the customer care to ask for return/refund. They said, they do not have return process but they will return my money and they asked me to share my account details to them so that they can refund my money. What the hell, why should i share my account information with them as I am not comfortable with this. Instead I asked them to send me the correct item and take this garbage (glass) back, but they didn't agree. They are cheater, Please don't buy anything from here.

        Order number VI18248712. Askmebazaar people called and had taken all my details for refund but still not refunded. When i called them, they are telling like already they refunded but i did not get any amount. 3 months passed but no response. Fraud and worst online shopping company.

        Still no response from your end. I will never suggest anyone to buy through this online shopping. You people not bothering about your customer simply doing whatever you want. Please do refund or else next I am going to post this in whats app and facebook. No one should suffer like me. If you want to really solve this call me on saturday. Very slow in delivery, slow in response, poor in quality...

I spoke to customer executive, he askmed me to pay the amount and the amount paid online will be returned to me back. but i have not yet recevied my money. appreciate if you credit my money back ASAP.

              I have purchased a two New Ray Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh with order id AB2516442 on dated 23-April-2015. As these power bank are not working properly I raised a return request for them(qrc471846, qrc429217). On 28th April I have returned these product. From them I have called your customer care number so many times for my refund. but every time they say that you will get refund with 5-7 working days. even for this they have raised more than 3 ticktets.               I didn't get any call from them, Just a service. Instead of getting call ask me customer care, I got call from fake Ask me customer care. When i informed them they did nothing. Just a service provided to the customer. I will never recommend any one to purchase anything from this site. First they SOLD YOU DUPLICATE PRODUCT, THEN THEY WILL MADE EXCUSES FOR REFUNDING YOUR MONEY.

                  Dear Sir, I purchase samsung power bank (order AB2947314) on may 2015 from askme bazaar.com . when i got the product, its not working then i wrote a complain (QRC622723) then the person who wrote the complain ask my bank details i provide all details.after that i ask to him can i send you details by mail . he said i wrote down the details no issue. after that i call askme bazaar 3 /4 times the customer care executive they said your complain in process . but till today i did not receive my refund .                             My order id. Ab3638114 dated.18./06/2015. After i call this office how many day this prose's.
                            They told me in 7 days delivery product.
                            Today more than 11days complied. But my order not received.

                              I have placed an order for AB3641901, on 18.06.2015 then after i have three times raised query on line and also call on [protected] for my order details, the provide me Blue dart way bill number on call but no reply from email on which i had raised query on [protected]@askmebazaar.com ; while i inquired on tall free number of Blue dart courier[protected] and ask for details they told under this way bill number no booking made. I was shock and again ask on [protected] and told blue dart courier is denied to book under provided way bill number so, they registered complain under QRC32502233 and told me within 7 days it will solve, but yet i have not received my product. So, what ever Askmebazzar is selling it is fraud and no any manner to talk with buyers. they not maintain their TAT and even provide wrong waybill numbers.

But today when I have received and opened a parcel I can see a different one i.e., which is Orange colour that too with sealed open. The box shows white colur power bank but inside it is diferent.                                       i got item from homezaara.. its a laundry bag.. but this is not the item i orderd.design, size everything is diffrent from site view above all its in a bad condition...
                                      i want to return this product.. but you dont have a normal and easy way or prossess to return things. i thing i am not going to deal with you anymore..
