Dear Team As, to my utter disappointment im forced to say that I've got the worst service ever by ask me bazar website.I'm a frequent purchaser with many other websites, hence picked up a power bank on their website on 29th April 2015-ORDER NO AB2624218, my payment option was through my credit card, but once i received the product i was asked to pay the cash as the order had been miscategorized as a cod product, after arguing to their CCE, and after their assurance that i will be refunded my amount i went ahead and paid the COD guy 499, so it was 499(credit card payment)+499(COD) that i paid, and like an icing on the cake the power bank was a damaged one that just doesn't work, and its been more than a month and even after my endless calls to their CCE i see no action happening from their end, each time i call their cal center every new person says we are working on it and will get back to you shortly. I just didn't expect such a kind of an gesture from such a company like them, just don't know whether I've wasted my money by purchasing at their website, Im forced to put this up on a public forum as i tried my best for a month but it didnt get results. Hope there is somebody responsible hear at least and would work on this and help me get back my hard earned money.
