    One Race Mii Fan was delivered on 26.05.2015 against Order Ref No AB3023844 dt 15.05.2015. The plastic bracket on the base of the fan is having a crack and unable to hold the weight of the fan. The fan is inclining backwards and shaking while operating. I shall be thanful if this problem is looked into and sorted out Thanks PVRao

        You have charged me double of your advertised price to give me a product which does not work. This smacks of criminal intent and unless my money is returned today, i will approach the consumer court and explore other legal angles. 1. With reference to order no dga3197930, my credit card was charged. I did not receive a confirmation from you about this. So i called you; you confirmed you have not received the amount; while my bank confirmed (Over phone and sms) that they have charged my card. See attached sms from my bank. You said i have registered the product as a ‘cash on deliver’, which i had not. All lies! Over phone you asked me to send an email and that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours. It was never resolved and i didn’t receive an email or phone call. 2. Then you began sending me sms messages saying that my address in the order is incomplete, and that i should update the address or else the order will be cancelled within 24 hours. I did not update the address as i did not want the product before you confirmed that you have received the money from my credit card. 3. Yesterday, someone quietly delivered the item at my house, while i was at work, and took the money (Again) from my unsuspecting mother. 4. The item (10000 mha sony powerbank) does not work. I think its got saw dust or something inside with a led bulb. Please make sure you return the money which you have taken twice from me today and take back your junk item.           i received a power bank xiaomi 10400 mah through askmebazaar on 28/05/2015, i charged the product whole day, but it was not able charge my mobile not even 20%, i called the customer care number so many times but no answer, my order no AB3161589 i beg the people not to purchase any item through AskMeBazaar & one more thing when i received the product it was without box' it shows how fake these people are

            i have purchased a 9000mah Samsung power bank from ask me bazar and it's a fake one. Though it is 9000mah but it got discharged after 30min when charging my smart phone once and charging is not 100% Yet. As per the Delivery logistic it's been delivered to my office address on 26 th of May 2015 but as I am working in govt organisation so it got delayed due to processing, I got it on 29 th of May 2015 when I called ask me bazar on 30th morning they told me that 48 hr is over so complain could not be logged. I have called both the logistic company "Dehlivery" yesterday as the product is been delayed though the online status is showing delivered. Now in that cerci stances ask me bazar is denying to acknowledge yesterday's call now.The item even does not have serial no so that I can contact Samsung directly. It's a clear cut case of cheating. I want proper justice, either original product or refund. I think you people know the delay in delivery from reception to official in govt organisation.

                hi, first i received a defective power bank. i called customer service for replacement, they denied for it and advised me for refund.when i agreed on that they want me to share my debit card details. i agreed to that as well, but now they are saying we can process refund only in govt. banks.. i have accounts in private banks. i told them send me a check for that also they denied. right now i am here with a defective product with no money in it. please look into this.                       This is in my reference to order # AB2662841, which i placed on May 1st. Very sad to say that No shipping information has been provided to me, and it took 15 days to deliver the item from Delhi to Noida...Worst Shipping service ever i have experienced. When i received the product, at the first look i was shocked to see faulty product delivered, and it is Duplicate product, not from the Sony Brand. And Then i raised complaint on 16th May first. That ticket had been closed without any update to me. And again i raised complaint on 19th May, and everytime when i call CC, same story i get to know that we have raised complaint with higher authority and they will give me call back. Today is 12th day in row, and still i have asked to wait for next 7 days. is it joke or what? Such a Pathetic service, i have ever seen in this era!

                          Dear Team As, to my utter disappointment im forced to say that I've got the worst service ever by ask me bazar website.I'm a frequent purchaser with many other websites, hence picked up a power bank on their website on 29th April 2015-ORDER NO AB2624218, my payment option was through my credit card, but once i received the product i was asked to pay the cash as the order had been miscategorized as a cod product, after arguing to their CCE, and after their assurance that i will be refunded my amount i went ahead and paid the COD guy 499, so it was 499(credit card payment)+499(COD) that i paid, and like an icing on the cake the power bank was a damaged one that just doesn't work, and its been more than a month and even after my endless calls to their CCE i see no action happening from their end, each time i call their cal center every new person says we are working on it and will get back to you shortly. I just didn't expect such a kind of an gesture from such a company like them, just don't know whether I've wasted my money by purchasing at their website, Im forced to put this up on a public forum as i tried my best for a month but it didnt get results. Hope there is somebody responsible hear at least and would work on this and help me get back my hard earned money. Looking forward to get justice, Mohnish - [protected]
