AskMeBazaar is fraudulent company selling fake products. I got cheated on with sony power bank 10000 duplicate product and I would like to warn all innocent customers like me who fall prey to such fraudsters. Stay as far as possible from these modern day web based muggers which are much worst than roadside duplicate product sellers (they at-least sweat under hot sun) PS: along with being duplicate, also the product I received is not new but second hand. No user manual in box and the box has no model number on it.

        Iam very sorry to inform you that askmebazaar is the worst online shopping sites i have ever seen. The reason behind this is that today (03 june 2015) morning they delivered my order for qubeplex rayban classic sunglasses after about 1 month of waiting and again for my surprise I found the delivered item to be a duplicate, pathetic, local sunglass which was BROKEN and was full of SCRATCHES. I cant even call it a sunglass. My order id is DGA3111291 and delhivery awb[protected]. Is this the way you treat a customer..? I either want an original replacement of the item or refund my money as soon as possible. The company is cheating the customers by showing a quality product as a display item in their site and delivering low quality duplicate products.

              Hi, I am Santanu Pai. I reside in Kolkata West Bengal. One this I have realized in a hard way that Askmebazaar is probably the worst online shopping site in India. They sell all fake products and has the most pathetic customer support in the system. had purchased a Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglass from Askmebazaar.com in beginning of April 2015. However the product which was sent was "DUPLICATE" and I had raised a complain for pick up on 6th April 2015 vide complain no. QRC 283919 which was one day after the deliver (within 24 hours). The product was picked up by their courier service on 14th April 2015 at 2 pm vide receipt no.[protected]/ Askmebazaar (AB1783075). I had called their help desk at least 15 times but still have not received the refund of my money (Rs.650/-). Every time I call up the customer support staff says the same thing like a puppet that "someone from their concerned department will call back within 48 hours. The irony is it's been more than a month and a half that 48 hours NEVER arrived. I am highly disappointed the way this matter has been handled and I seek help from others to get this type o[censored]nscrupulous companies the taste of their own medicine.                   Its been 13 days i have registered a complaint here. neither the complaint has been solved nor I have got my refund. i think they are taking this forum very lightly. and they did nothing bur called me after I registered my complaint here and gave false hopes again. I registered a complaint here on 20th may 2015. my complaint number is QRC612291 with them on 20th may 2015. when they called after the complaint I registered with you, I had been told by them that I will get my money back withing 7 to 10 days. but its been more than 10 days and still I have not yet received any refund from them.                     I had placed an order on May 9th 2015 and the order no is DGA2870052.I haven't received the order yet.When I call them at customer care, they are not able to provide me any details.They just have a common statement that backend team will contact me in 48 hours.But I haven't got a single call from them.They don't have any escalation point.I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@askmebazaar.com and there isn't a single reply from them. It seems that they have cheated me as I have already paid the amount.When I went through this site, I came to know that there are thousands of customers having same related issue. Either they deliver duplicate products or they don't deliver at all

                                Order for Qubeplex Rayban Classic Sunglasses, order id AB3149994. When i had received the glass and opend it was bended and the glass were broken, no sun glass case or box were here. So i want to return the sunglass and send me another one.

                                    Today I received Mi 10, 400 mAH powerbank from AskMeBazaar.com Order# DGA3270380 Once I opened the package and saw the product I realized the product is all fake and not at all genuine. The product is really of a bad quality and did not even matched the color, branding information with original peice as shown in their website. Also, the case of the product was broken because of the bad and poor packaging. I immediately reported this case to AskMeBazaar customer care number and they have agreed to refund the amount in 10-12 days after product is handed over to their return team withing 7 days of complaint registration. Complaint # QRC27929761 Hence, I expect the refund to be around 20-Jun without fail. I want to bring this case to consumer forum so that this feedback is tracked and such level of disappointment is addressed. Thanks & Regards, Harshdeep Singh
