    I placed an order for The Official Cambridge Guide To IELTS: Student's Book With Answers With DVD-ROM on 18th May, with the order ID - DGA3073483. There was a confirmation mail and a message, but after that there was no update on the same. I put up in Bangalore, thus the lame reason of remote location cannot be entertained here. I don't know what happened or what is the current status of the order as I called the customer care around 3 - 4 times, everytime to be either given a new random date or being hung up on me. Really have lost all the hopes on the site and the organization.

      My order no. AB2987447 for LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset . I got confirmation SMS immediately on[protected]. But even after 14 days I ve not got any SMS nor my product and even after contacting their help mail twic, there was no action from their part .they are cheated with me .so i want to complaint against Askmebajar.

        I bought mi power bank from askmebazaar.com my oder no. Is DGA2668675 order date was 4.5.2015 and expected delv. Time was 10 days .and I recived parcel on 20.05.2015 and found broken power bank in side the parcel when I had given complain on custmor care no.[protected] i found one answer sorry we can't help you coz once goods sold n delv. We are not responsible after 48 hours . it seems this askmebazaar.com is cheating buyers and its froud company .this is the 1st time when I got this kind of answer from online store, 's reply . they are simply cheating sailing scrap only and making money.if any postive response then please mail me on my email I'd [protected]@rediffmail, com

I requested for a return and refund for the same on 28-April, 2015 and although they confirmed that they have received the product, they are not refunding my amount. It has been almost a month but they are not providing me actual status of refund and only saying its in progress. I would request to you, please take some action.

              I HAD ORDERED FOR AN MI3 POWER BANK. THEY DELIVERED IT AFTER 20 DAYS AND GAVE ME A DUPLICATE POWER BANK. NOW THEY ARE NOT READY TO REFUND OR REPLACE. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME PINK USB CABLES?????????? AND A PURPLE POWER BANK????? THIS IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I PAID 1000. I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON A CONSUMER FORUM.

I requested for a return and refund for the same on 24th April and although they confirmed that they have received the product, they are not refunding my amount which i made through credit card.                     I have purchased a Samsung 2600 mAh Power Bank from ask me bazar on 27/03/2015. The product was fake and subsequently i have returned the same. They have collected the product from me on 14.04.2015 and i am still waiting for the refund. I have called so many times to customer care and every time the have made false rely that refund is under process. I think 45 days is enough to make refund but i think they have cheated me.                       I ordered Samsung 2600 mAh Power, and it is not working properly, even when i charge it fully and connect it in my phone, its geting so much heat and getting melted and now itz not working the full charge on power bank is reducing fastly but mobile is not getting charged.                                 I have ordered for 5 nos of LED bulbs through askemebazaar.com and paid the amount through internet banking on 10 May 2015. Even after 16 days neither the item was delivered nor anything could be heard from the supplier. My repeated phone calls to the telephone helpline resulted in vague and irresponsible answers and the registering of a complaint through their email address too did not yield any result so far.                                   Hiii my name is Mridul Bajpai i orderd a MI power bank of 10400MAH it was not working properly so i returned it back and still i am waiting for my refund from last two months. Whenever i ask them about refund they always tell me sir seven days and iaaue me a qrc number but nothing happens. Ask me bazaar i[censored] are seeing this i will never do any business with u guys again or suggest about u guys to any of my friend, family member or relative. Very bad service.                                   This is to inform you that i brought a Power Bank from Askmebazaar Order number AB1225713, I receive a damage product i logged a complaint against that product & revere pick was done in February but still now refund is not proceed so many times i send my accounts details but there was no response from there side then i receive a call from askmebazaar they took my account details but no further action was taken. Today i made a call to your customer care Mr Ravi pick the call i told him entire complaint he told me that your account details are not update thats why refund is not proceed i gave him old QRC NO (QRC574135) which was given by one of you executive he said this QRC no is not traceable i told him to transfer my call to your senior he said senior are not available he took my account details and gave me a new QRC No (qrc[protected] i force him to to transfer my call to senior why my account details is not update i have already given my account details rather listing me he disconnected the call This kind of service are provided by Askmebazaar.

                                      i had booked a power bank of nokia but they delivered me some duplicate and cheap made power bank and now its been 40 days they are not refunding me back and even not responding to my calls and last 2 times when they responded they are saying me that they will refund my money in another 2 days..

                                        I ordered for 2 MI power banks of 10400 MAH. The issue started right after placing the order. It took askmebazzar to deliver product after more than 15 days in city like mumbai. Soon after receiving the powerbank I put it on charge overnight to use it next days. To my surprise, even after charging it for one full night (approx 9 hrs) the powerbank discharged in 15 minutes. I repeated the same thing once again thinking it wasnt charged properly but result was the same. Bigger problem started: I went to the website of askmebazzar and raised a refund request withhin 24 hrs of receiving of the product. I received an acknowledgement of the same on my mail id. I sent reminder after couple of days due to no actioning by askmebazaar. NO REVERT. I sent reminders time and again but NO REVERT to emails. Biggest problem: I called the helpline numeber. spoke to customer care executive after waiting for more than 5 mins. I told her the problem and you will be surprised to note what she replied. she said I SHOULD HAVE RAISED THE REFUND REQUEST THOUGH HELPLINE NUMBER AND NOT ON WEBSITE. I SAID THERE IS AN OPTION ON THE WEBSITE TO RAISE REFUND REQUEST. SHE SAID WE DONT ENTERTAIN IT AND ASKED ME WHEN DID I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT I REPLIED: AROUND 5 DAYS BACK SHE: ITS MORE THAN 48 HOURS WE CANNOT TAKE YOUR REFUND REQUEST AND I SHOULD FOLLOW UP ON EMAIL FOR THE REFUND. THE HELPLINE NUMBER AND EMAIL UNIT DO NOT WORK TOGETHER. from that, till now i have been sending reminders to askmebazaar but there is no revert from them for a nongenuine product sold by one of the merchant and its the ultimate customer who is suffering and askmebazaar has turned deaf ears to customers complaints. to add, one of my friend placed an order on askmebazaar by making payment through net banking and when the guy came to deliver the product at his door demanded full value of the product stating its a cash on delivery. he returned the product and chased askme for months for refund of the amount paid by him. One of the worst customer friendly website known to me. Please do not buy any products from askmebazaar. Order no AB2307098.
