Hi, I received a faulty Mi power bank worth Rs 1449 in the month of March from AskMeBazar. The reverse pick up happened on March 29th and it has been well confirmed by the executives at AskMeBazar. However I am still waiting for my refund on May 28th. I have called nearly 10 times for the follow ups but every time they give a new excuse. Every time I call the call centre they give me a new complaint no. My current complaint no. is QRC 656645. Please help me with this. Thanks, Alok

    I go the product on 17 April 2015 and request a refund for the product But unless and until I did not get my refund yet. So Kindly refund my money to my SBI Bank. What a crap and Chor Company.

        Product not deliver & no body response

        I have given order to above mention company with on line payment on date 9/5/2015 till now product is not delivered, Order no AB 2872050 while i enquirer they have given Delhiverycourier AWB no[protected] which not generate by courier if you remove -1 then u get the information that was for AB2880761 ordder it show in courier web site than after i have called on their mobile no & aswell as web complain every time they says 7 days some...

        Sir, I have ordered Samsung 9000mAH Power Bank order ID :AB2717605 first time in ASKMEBAZAR.COM trusted as a good n reliable website but after receiving the product I felt like cheated power bank not working from starting. it's duplicate of Samsung brand, also they did not 30 pin data cable which mention at the box. I talked to customer care he talked me rudely and just replied that we can not do anything 48 hrs has been over. This type of Cheater website should be banned. As they just making fool to customers and looting their money. I request you to look into the matter and help me to return this defective product. Thank you. Regards, Abhishek Sahu

          Hi Team, I had purchased a MI power bank which was delivered to me on 9-May-2015. Since the time I have purchased the product is having issues. The charge in the power back does not last even for 30minutes even though its charged for the whole day. I want the product to be replaced. Please take necessary action. Unfortunately it is not working.and I am twice trying to send mail as well as searching for return form in website and I am not able to find and already delay with 5 days.               I have ordered Skybag (Order no. AB2568077) on askmebazaar. In beginning they told me that product will be delivered within 10 days. After 10 days I did not got product so I called customer care, their lady told me that product is in stock but they don't know why Its undelivered . They again ask me to wait 10 days. I waited 20 days so in total I waited 1 month and I did not received product after 1 month I got message that my order is cancelled automatically. Second time I ordered battery bank but same happens with battery bank also. Hence I came to know that its total fake site may be that's why they don't show any online tracking option . Hence I recommend not to use this site for online purchasing. Askmebazaar they only fool people my showing product at very low cost.

                I ordered sony 10000 mah Power Bank FROM askmebazaar.com but they delivered me a fake duplicate samsang power bank not genuine. I received no warranty card & bill along with it. Moreover, I went to the official website of Samsung which confirmed that the product that I have got is duplicate. I registered a complaint on phone many times but they are not serious about this. I am quite fed up of them. I want my refund asap from them and I had a very bad experience. Kindly look into this matter and solve my query asap. Order ID: AB2892372, the vendor is serving duplicate material, why should i suffer. Kindly make this material pick up. This is my 1st purchase from Askmybazaar. This power bank charges my mobile phone only for once after full charge, my phone is 2300 MAH it should charge atlest 4-5 times.

                    I ordered a Sony power Bank 10000 mah on 09/05/2015, received on 22/05/2015. But product is faulty & not original. As i contacts Sony service centre, this is not a original product. It takes 8 hrs for charging but discharged within 1/2 hrs. I also call at your care but no one is ready to take responsibility for this faulty product

                      After 4 months of waiting time customer care person is saying .Ticket is closed without resolution.
                      Hi Team,

                      This is really such a worst response which I never faced. Even I have given around 4 months of time to refund back my money for the canceled order. I am keeping on following up the ticket status but still not at resolved. Customer care executive always ask me to wait 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue.
                      Once raising complaint in this portal I received a call from the askmebazzar and disconnected in the middle of the call.

                      After these many calls finally the ticket is closed without resolution. I want immediate action on the issue.

                        Dear sir, I would like to inform you that my self Dr Anirban Chattopadhyay from Kolkatain reference to complain no QRC306443 ordered a samsung 9000mah power bank and paid rs 509 through internet banking transaction id IG00TMGIM9 on 20.03.2015. But I got a message from u that the order is cancelled cancelled and refund process will be initiated within 3 to 5 days. Since then I have made repeated calls (more than 10 times - all STD) to u. But no action has been taken so far. Each time I have been promised by the customer care people that I will get the refund within 7 to 10 days but invain. Now it is almost 2 and half month gone since I paid. I have all the documents that I have paid u though bank in printed form. I want a definite positive respons from u else I will post all those in social media within 48 hrs. Lastly this is last time I buy something from askme.

                            I ordered Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank in your AskMeBazaar and it is not working properly, even when i charge it fully and connect it in my phone, its geting off and the full charge on power bank is reducing fastly but mobile is not getting charged. so check properly than i found that the box of power bank is sony 10000mAh. but the product is 3500 mAh, i contect for it but no satisfied reply from their, so i request to all friend dont buy any product from Askme bazar because they are make totaly fool..

                              i ordered sony powerbank, , , , , , and after waitin g so long for 20 days i got it, but when i opened the packed i got a damaged powerbank and it was straight dublicate, , , , , , moreover it was not able to charge my phone, , , and it was not able to charge itself as well. so askmebazaar has made a fool of me and my money, by sending me a wrong and damaged and wrong information product, i will never switch to this site and will tell my friends as well, , , , i am a student in amity university and money means a lot to me in this stage, , , i am not here to waste it, , , , ,

                                  Incomplete delivery of 9 watt LED bulb product in 1 is broken.i order set of 5 bulbs but delivered 3 in which 1 is broken when i called on [protected] they told they refund money but not able to complete order...they pick incomplete order from home and give recipt of it and after refund in account but i am not beliving .they can take product and not refund the amount

Then I return back that received 1 qty and Send 12-15 times my bank details for refund. I am waiting for My refund from last 3 months. WHen ever i called them they only give answer for 2 days.
