I ordered for a Sony power bank, but they delivered an MI power bank. I have following up since a month now, but the reverse pick up is not arranged. Every time I call they say reverse pick up will be done within 2 days, but nothing happens. My complaint ID is QRC508592.I have been told by one of their call Centre executive that the company belongs to someone named Rajesh Gupta in Delhi, though I am not sure how correct that is. Can someone confirm this? The call Centre is in Pune. I am ready to file and fight a legal battle against this company and the owner. I have recordings of my conversations with their call Centre executives and they also say that they recieve lot of complaints of incorrect products been delivered and no reverse pick up been organized. Please send me you complaint number, small description of the complaint and refund amount claimed. I will collate and send a mail to them and also follow up with their call Centre. We will give them another 7 days time to refund our money. If that doesn't happen, we'll collectively file a legal case and share the legal expense amongst ourselves. I also request everyone else reading this to not order from the website, no matter how much tempting offer they may advertise. Trust me, they will never deliver what they promise
