Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased three Mosquito killer machines from Askmebazar.com but revived all defected pieces which i returned immediately. still after two months i have not received my 400 RS back.i have complaint many time time regarding same in customer care but i have not revived any satisfactory answer from them. I request to do the needful to get back my money, i am very poor guy and now i don't have money to call them even please help me. Please punish them if there is any law to ditch innocent people and for 420 with customers. My other friends also stopped purchasing from them but i want my 400 rs back. Please do something.     I had ordered Mi 10, 4000 mAH power bank from Ask me Bazaar as it was not available in Flipkart. I received this product today and I realized the product is not at all genuine and is a fake product. The color of the product is entirely different and even the packaging is worst (looks like a cassette box) which was broken. Then I tried matching all the contents of the original Mi Powerbank with this fake one that there were lot of dissimiliarities. When I contact the Askmebazaar customer care, they told me there is some problem in their system and it is difficult to track the order. I want to escalate this and I need amount to be refunded.

      i bought the product via flipkat, Amazon, snapdeal etc.online shopping sites but this problem only ocker on ask me bazar. may be some time that not able to see all the product. bt i hope that they ll work on my complain as soon as possible

          As i have ordered Set of 2 Rock Light Emergency Light Rs.299 but the guy taken cash from me Rs.300, I receivced Set of 1 Rock light, called customer care they taken the reverse pick and have to refund the money, but still not refunded more than 30 days happen complaint given before 25 days, this is how the online shop works keeping our money and make interest on that, so company grows and showing there Anual income this much that much making there reoputatuoin in the higher way, making the public money into the trading market and earn for the same.                 Dear sir/ madam I have booked 2 Xiaomi 10400mAh Power Bank-Mi on 19/05/2015. Last conversion on your customer care executive on 21/05/15 with Miss preety (customer care executive) told me your one order DGA 3095811 has cancelled due to product was out of stock.and your payment will be refund next 7 days.but another order AB3097009 is accepted and next 10 days product deliver on your billing address. but after 10 days no any response, then i call again customer care executive on 01/06/15. Miss Shakshi she told me your order AB3097009 is cancelled on 26/05/15 due to produced out of stock. i am asking some question in your customer care executive Miss Shakshi:- 1. If produced out of stock how can online displayed and how can order and payment excepted. 2. If your customer care executive told on 21/05/15 one order accepted and deliver next 10 days, so why cancelled my order no. AB3097009 on 26/05/15 3. If your product out of stock than order cancelled on next day or other next day why are cancelled on 26/05/15. 4. My payment amt. block in some days/ week, who are responsible. - Miss Shakshi not properly give the answer then i sequestered to call transfer your seniors person. After 25 mints waiting final call conected to seniors person Mr. Shadab ( supervisor) Mr.shadab told say sorry but your order is cancelled due to seller side informed product out of stock. i am again some asking question to mr shadab:- 1. I have order booked / dealing in askmebazaar not a sheller. askmebazaar commitment to me and my order and payment accepted. so i am not toking other person that is your problem. Mr. shadab one answer repited many time but didn't give properly answer then i sequestered to call transfer your seniors person. then Mr. shadab very rudely toking to me "mai hi yaha (askmebazaar) ka seniors aur superiority hu aur aapka order cancelled hogaya hai.aapka paisa aapke account me wapash refunds ho jayega" I am recorded all conversion your customer care executive/Supervisor on dated 19/05/15 and 21/05/15 if needed i sending, showing to you and other place.                                     Sir, My Name is Ranganatha Prabhu and my no. is [protected]. I have ordered a SanDisk 32GB UHS-I 30MB/s Class 10 Ultra Micro SDHC Card - Qty 1 No by paying Rs. 649.00 on 13.05.2015 at askme bazaar.com. Immediately i received order confirmation Mail form them by mentioning the order no AB2979140. and an ETD of 10 days. When I called their 24*7 care no. [protected] on 20th May they said i will be receiving the item latest by 23rd May. But I have not received product till date. (01.06.2015, time 5 PM). From 25 th on wards i have started calling their above care number, after making so many calls they give me one DTDC docket number AWB no.[protected] dispatched on 16th may. After so may calls to the care no. I received a call on 29th May from [protected] and they said the product will be delivered with in 24 Hrs (working Hrs.). That 24 hrs also completed today till now i have not received the product. Their customer care number is useless they will give the same answer that "Sir your product is dispatched on ... and pls wait for 1 week surely we will deliver the item. we have registered your complaint and our backend team will contact with in 7 days. Requesting you to help me in this regards

                                      Inspite of repeated mail from my side there is no response.

                                      This is totally ridiculous.

                                      All the three products supplied by are not in working condition. Secondly, you phone representative is no attending fair. Thirdly, as per the attached return, refund and cancellation policy, you are bound to refund me the amount for the same since I had intimated (both through Phone as well as through email) to you within 24 hrs of reaching the product (product reached on 22nd May, 2015).

                                        i had ordered Nike shoes from askme. But after few days I received reebok shoes that also of less size, when I complained them they said they don’t have that model with them, I told him if it is out of stock then I am ready to wait, their reply is this product is not available with them and will never come, so they will take reebok back and refund money in next 15 days. If they don’t have that product then why they put it on the website, I think atleast 10 out of 100 people will keep the wrong product with them and they will get money of 90 people to use for 1 month. Poor business stratergy…. Now I have been requesting to take that order back and refund my money but no one is coming to collect it every time I call customer care their standard line is our executing will get back to you in next 2 days, Now its been more than 15 days I waiting for their executive to call me. My money will be refunded 15 days after he take reebok back.
