I ordered for Sony 10000mah Power bank with two usb slots. But I received a product which has only one usb slot but the product box showing it has two usb slots. And the product not seems to be genuine. Same problem I got to my friends from AskMeBazaar. They ordered for one product but they delivered another product which atleast didn't work properly. When they raised complaint to AskMeBazaar then they didn't respond properly.

      I has ordered an electronic product from AskMeBazaar on 18th of March, 2015 which was damaged and so I called back and returned the product on 20th of March i.e. within 48 hours of receiving the product. I have called them more than 46 times and I m yet to receive my money till date i.e 25th of May, 2015. They don't provide me with a valid reason and they keep postponing the payment everytime I call them and put the blame on the back end team and their finance department. Also, they don't tell me the reason for the delay also. They claim to have initiated the NEFT transaction for my bank ICICI on 4th of May after numerous times of calling them and literally begging for my money. Each time one person picks up and gives an apology and even after escalating the issue so many times from my side, till now no action is taken and I haven't received my money of Rs.599 till date. Please do the needful immediately. I would be grateful for this.

        i ordered power bank from ask me bazzar and the product wasnt in Good {Physical condition they send me faluty piece one can easily identify that by its look and when i logged complained about that they havent given me satisfactory answer. i email them and still the same rersult . Ask me bazzar is the fake website and they deal with the fake products and making customer fool

          product is yet to be delivered even after 22days completed from the day the order was placed. when contacted the tele caller team & they gave one AWB number of Delhivery courier which says invalid when i try to track it.. even after logging the complaint 1week back, action is yet to be taken & no response whatsoever from the team but the commonly heard sentence from the representative "OUR TEAM WILL CALL YOU BACK" but its like waiting for ever n ever to receive call from their team

            I booked one power back on May 6th, When i contacted to your customer care, they told me it may take 10 days for transits but 18 days oven, sorry to tell you, too bad service you are doing and this is my first and last purchase from you.Tell me when i get the product.

            I have order a power bank at dtd 15th june against order no. AB3589420 but still not deliver at site, now after call to customer care your TAT time is 10-12 days, also no body provide shipment detail, even after so many chain mail no any person revert

              i purchase a product from your web site and i pay the money through debit card.next day i recieve a mail from your website the product is not in stock so we refund your money in 7 working days.
              i send 100 mails to [protected]@askmebazaar.com for my refund nd i dont get any reply from askmebaazar.com.i buy a product on 23rd april 2015.order id - AB1975544.after two months still i dint get any imformation for my refund.when i call to customer helpline no.[protected] they say your order id - is not valid nd not showing any knid of entry or transaction in our system.

                  I bought a 10000 MhA Samsung power bank. The item USB socket is jammed. One can easily make out it is a fake product. It is suppossed to be a 10000 Mha powerbank but it charges my mobile by 30-35%. To complaint when I called the customer care asking the bill, the executive replied saying the Courier receipt (order form - AB2617487) is the bill. There is no TIN, bill no. or VAT details on the courier receipt. When I asked him to take a complaint I always got the answer "our systems are under maintenance". After some rounds of calling, one executive finally took my complain and promised a refund (complaint number is : QRC512415). But I never got any confirmation call till date. I called again many a times but never succeeded in reaching their call centre. I have got similar feedback about Askmebazaar products. More than loosing money, my main concern is about how such company can manage to give huge adds and manage to cheat professionals and government and regulatory agencies doesnt take action against Askmebazaar. For a small 600 bucks I have to take so much of pain to follow up with such unscrupulous companies. Please advise if there is any way to punish these type of Fraud companies. Dhiraj [protected]

                      Hi, I ordered(order number - AB2541172) Samsung power bank 9000mah. It's FAKE. How can you use samsung's name and sell fake products? So this fake product was sent to me by some fake seller whose mobile number as per invoice is [protected] which is again fake. I requested the refund on the very next day. Called customer care after a week and they had no clue, then 4 more days later the took their product back. And now it's more than a week, I am waiting for my refund. Now two things, I need my money back and second what action are you going to take on yourself and seller for selling fake product. Your intentions are also bad. Look at seller's fake mobile number. Can we send this information to Samsung also? to let them know that askmebazaar is misusing their name.

                        Dear askmebazaar team, my order no AB3014029 is reached the destination but till today your executive not delivered and they called me said me to collect the parcel inthe office only. But why we have to give shipping charges. You people just putting fake facility. Hence forth I will order any product from ASKMEBAZAAR and cancelling order. Note: online purchisibg friends don't book in this website, they will not deliver the product and billing shipping charges to customer and service response also very poor.

                              myself ashutosh I ordered a iPod of rs 300 which I got as a damaged so revert that damaged product but 2day 1 month has been crossed but still I have not got money back I called up in customer care and launched a complain against this but till now I won't get any of the feedback from your side I want my money back and I never purchase any of the product from you and also educate the people so they does not get problems which I faced from your end and your customer care executive also are dump they don't know the way of talking with the customers such a poor services you have and you are bad, rubbish services whatever I need my money back otherwise I bound to take legal action against you...

                                        I HAD PURCHASED BED SHEETS ON 2ND APRIL AND RETURNED REQUEST DONE ON SAME DAY. BUT REVERSE PICK UP DONE ON 16TH APRIL, 2015.
                                        TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND AMOUNT OF RS.669/-.
