I HAD ORDERED A SAMSUNG POWER BANK FROM THIS SITE ON 3 MAY 2015. ORDER NO. AB2724506. BUT AFTER THAT THERE WAS NO ACTION FROM THEIR PART. I HAD SENT TWO MESSAGES TO KNOW THE STATUS OF THE ORDER AT THEIR 'HELP MAIL'. STILL NO REPLY. STILL, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM, EVEN AFTER 16 DAYS. EVEN AFTER CONTACTING THEIR HELP MAIL TWICE, THERE WAS NO ACTION FROM THEIR PART. THIS FORCED ME TO SEND THEM A MESSAGE WHICH RESULTED IN A CALL, ASSURING ME OF IMMEDIATE DISPATCH. AFTER THAT, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS FOR THE DELIVERY AND HENCE TO WAIT. BUT NOW, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 14 WORKING DAYS AND I AM STILL NO CLOSER TO RECEIVING THE ITEM I PAID FOR. ALTHOUGH I DID SEE THE ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS BY VARIOUS CUSTOMERS REGARDING NON-DELIVERY AND HUGE DELAY, I DID NOT BELIEVE IT UNTIL NOW. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS MAKING A FOOL OF THE CUSTOMERS BY PROMISING TO SEND THE PACKAGE, BUT NO ACTION ENSUES. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION

        I have ordered the order id AB2557516 on April 25 2015 through net banking and payed the money too but still now i didnt receive any response from askmeBazaar :/ its really bad :/
        though i have called them for more than 20 times but still they are not giving me the solution ..
        If possible refund the money :/


        I have also filed a complaint at CyberCrime for fraud services :/

            I ordered MI power bank of 20800 mah on date 13 May 2015. My order no-DGA2983222 & Transaction Id- 4871457. I call back to customer care no[protected] of AskMeBazaar on 14 may 2015 at 10:46 pm to cancel my order. Hearing person told me, your order has been cancelled and refunded money credited in my account within 8 to 10 days but till date ie. 25/05/2015 we not received any amount. In between on 19/05/2015 we received one power bank of 10400 mah instead of 20800 mah and it is also fake (Not genuine). We again complaint to you on same day ie 19/05/2015. I want take the power bank and back my money. It is over

              I ordered Beats Tour with Control Talk Monster In-Ear Headphone order#AB2751923. Expected date was on 14th May 2015 but now it is more than 30 days I did not receive the product. When I call the call center they keep on telling that their system is not working/ slow and I should call up after sometime. I called up multiple times on multiple occasions but I get the same update all the time and when I wish to speak to supervisor or manager the agents put me on hold and after some time the call gets disconnected or might be they disconnect the call. Send my product or revert my money back to my account.

AFTER WAITING TILL MAY 11, I CALL BACK THE CUSTOMER CARE TO HEAR THAT MY PRODUCT WAS DISPATCHED AND TO WAIT TILL MAY16, I CALLED BACK ON MAY16 TO REGISTER COMPLAINT NO: QRC576695 TILL NOW NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. I HAVE CALLED THE CUST. CARE AROUND 10 TIMES NOW.NO SOLUTION TILL NOW. THEY CUDNT EVEN CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY CASH REFUND BACK. THEY ARE NOT GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOGISTIC PARTNERS, ON TALKING WITH THE CUSTOMERCARE GUY I KNEW THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A TRACKING FACILITY NOR AN OUTGOING CALL FACILITY TO CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK. So i was complaint on same date 23.04.15 & complaint no: QRC389337. But till date 25.05.2015, no any action taken. this is four weeks. So please replace product or refund amount of product.

                          Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Mi Xiomi 104000 mah powerbank from askme.com on 27th April and got a confirmation mail instantly after I placed my order. Order no. AB2586185. Trusting the big brand I even made the payment online using my debit card. I was told that the product would be delivered to me within 10 days. After the 10th day i called up to enquire about my product I was told that it was dispatched and would soon reach me. As the product still did not turn up, I called up again and was told that my query for forwarded as a complaint and they will respond me in another 7 days. The complaint department called me only to tell the same story. I have not received the product yet and when I want to cancel the product refund me the money the askme people are saying they cannot cancel the order as it has already been dispatched (which is what I am hearing from 15 days) Kindly look into the matter and let me know best can be done.                           Its a disgusting experience i am having with your site. It has been more than a month since i placed my order Mi xiomi 10400 powerbank order no. AB2586185. I have not got my product yet. If you guys dont belive in delivering the product just let me know and refund my money. I guess i should have never made the payement trusting such a site. Your call centre people are of no help at all. I don't know on basis do hier such people who dont even know how to resolve customer's complaints. Being such a big and reknowned company I expected some sense of proffesionalism from your end which I hardly got to see. Well I would definetly like to talk to the superior people of your firm about this matter. As i have already mailed and called you enough, this is probably my last try and after this i will definetly take my complaint against you to the consumer forum. Hoping to hear from you soon.

                              Worst service I ever seen. Actually I ordered 2 power bank 10400mAh prepaid order. But I received parcel in that only one item is there. Order No AB2555734. I Raised complaint immediately after opening the parcel. They told they will refund amount within week time. And what i received that one alo not working properly. finally I waited for 20days and called back becz not received the refund. then that time she told within 2mr u will receive and bla bla..and waited for four more days and called back..and they stated telling bla bla..totally not related to earlier conversations..and he is telling within 2-3 days our courier ppl will come and collect the single product and refund money after 10days.. my doubt is what the hell they are doing ..almost month..if i ask anything..he will tell concern department will call.. not received single notification from them..very bad and worst service..

It is astonishingly note that your online trading center mis-sent an ordinary product to my address. Accordingly I made a phone complaint to the[protected] bearing complaint ID No. QRC660339. Hence, I request your kind authority to refund my amount duly collecting the above said product in the interest of customer welfare and as well as to safe guard the image of your Online Trading Business reputation.
