    I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED SUNGLASS ON 7/4/2015 FROM P&P ENTERPRISES. THIS ORDER HAS BEEN BOOKED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AFTER THAT I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE OF ASK ME BAZAR.COM AND RAISED A COMPLAIN AGAINST IT AND THE TICKET NO IS (QRC 291992) .THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DAMAGE PRODUCT WILL BE PICKED UP FROM MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. THE 1ST PART MEANS THEY HAVE PICKED UP THE SUNGLASS FROM MY HOME BUT IT IS ALREADY 16 DAYS OVER I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND MONEY YET. AGAIN ON 6/5/2015 I HAVE GOT A CALL FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE OF ASK ME BAZAR.COM AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL THE BANK DETAILS FOR MONEY REFUND INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 8 TO 10 WORKING DAYS BUT TODAY IS 22/5/2015 MEANS 16 DAYS HAS ALREADY OVER BUT I STILL TO GET MY MONEY, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.       first of all askme bazaar site is fraud site. i ordered sony power bank worth rs 680, instead of that they deliever xiomi power bank, same day i complaint for that and they suggest me to return and refund of money i returned xiomi power bank, but after 30 days they are not refunding my money. many times i called customer care[protected] but always they said that it will be sort out soon. this askme bazaar site harrase me mentally as well as economically.

        I have ordered Power Bank at a price of Rs. 680 of Sony Power Bank for 10000 MAH. Instead of Sony, My Limo Trading (supplier) has supplied MI\'s power bank. Moreover, power bank is not working properly. It gets discharged in just 10 minutes. I have applied for replacement. However, the company is noy responding properly. I want to return the same and get back my money.

            the above order number was returned to ASK ME BAZAR on 3/4/15 and still now i have not received my reversal amount ( i am continuously calling you people but there is no response from your end) i request you people to refund my amount immediate. i called them several times and i have mailed them several times but there is no response from them.. pls friends do no go for this kind of worst sites.

            My old complaint number QRC484037 was closed with out any intimation to the customer and they are providing me some new reference number today QRC27377199.


            every time when i call them they are putting our calls on hold and they are not giving fast response, they are wasting our money.

            I think now it's time to put this complaint in consumer court. This will be better idea.

            Getting some fake calls and they are asking my account balance, debit card number and password... Though i have already submitted my account details with them.

              I ordered a Nokia Bluetooth headset with Askmebazaar. First they could not update even that i placed an order for 6 hrs. then later i had been waiting for 10 days now. Yet they ask me to wait further so that item will be delivered. How where why ?? no answer from any executive. all they ask you to do is wait. Then today i got an executive who was to arrange a call with any concerned senior. No response. No senior comes on the call to discuss the issue, no body calls back despite several attempts. All i came to know that askme dispatched the item yet it did not reach the courier partner. As the item is dispatched it cant be cancelled. Worst ever service experienced by any online seller.

                    Three days ago i have received call from AskMeBazzar customer care. They have called me to provide solution for my complaint on Order Number AB2625582. They have given me call after i registered my complaint on Customercomplaints.in. They promised me that reverse pickup of order will be done in three days and after that they will proceed with the refund in my account. No action taken till now. No pickup done yet. No refund provided yet. Complaint registered with police. I don't care about yours pickup. You can do it whenever you want. Three days are over. Please provide me my refund. Shame on you AskMeBazzar. You are biggest fake people i have ever experienced in my life. Fake Size. AskMeBazzar is Scam. Don't buy any thing from them. I am attaching copy of police complaint as a proof with my complaint.

                      To Whomesoever it may concern I have ordered Mi 10400 mAh OEM Power Bank With 3 in 1 usb charger online from askmebazaar.com, however I got the delivery after 15 days yesterday. After receiving, I have fully charged the power bank, after charging when tried to charge my mobile phone, it suddenly discharged after 10 minutes. Again I charged it fully, but again I got the same result. Its the matter the product, either it is original or duplicate or any manufacturing defect. I strongly wish to take it back and returned the money as soon as possible. i am totally disappointed regarding product. I am waiting for your quick response by your side.                           Hello, I am Shantanu Jain, a student from Indore MP. I got a MI power bank 10400 mAh from askmebazaar.com, last week and when I charged it, it got fully charged in 15 mis which should be around 6-8 hours. It got discharged in harldy 10 mins when it charged my battery from 41% to 58%. I again charged my power bank for 5-6 hours and then the same thing happened. I contacted askmebazaar for this. They agreed on refund and said it would take 12 days to get your money back. I paid cash on delivery and told them that 2-3 days are maximum required for and transaction to take place. I ask them to whom am i supposed to surrender the product. They told a delivery boy will collect it from you, I asked when they didn't had any idea or which concerned company is responsible for delivery they didn't had any clue. I told then I am currently 500 km away from the delivery address so I'll have to come back but t\they were least concerned. I ask the customer care guy to transfer the call to any of their senior so that he can help me. Every time my call is on hold for 10 min then they say our senior is busy. I have called them around 20 times regarding this but not for even once I was able to talk to their senior. I mailed then several times and told I m going to file a case in consumer forum they didn't replied. When I wrote this thing it the comment box of askmebazaar's page instead of replying they just deleted my comments and blocked me to that I can't comment further. When i inquired more I came to know that the product is fake and there are many other victims of askmebazaar's fakeness. There is even a page on fb 'askmebazaar is fake' where many of them have the same story and even some of them didn't got their money back for 4 months after returning the product. I fell helpless at this point of time. Being a student 500 bucks is of a great value and they will continue to fool others if this story is not being told to everyone.

                                  I had ordered online Sony Power Bank 10000MH (Order No. DGA2571612) on 26th April through online payment. As per your terms and conditions within 10 days product was expected at home. But today is 22nd May that is almost a month placing order. But I am not getting proper feedback. I am tired now by calling on your customer care number and getting systematized answers. Now I have lodged a complaint in Consumer court regarding such fraud by your organisation.

                                    Hi I have placed order in 18th April. My order id was AB2318449. I have done online payment, but due to your system fault I have to pay cash on delivery. I have done complain on 25th may for refund. Then I have done complain on 4th, 5th may and my complain was registered for refund. And when I call on 11th may for refund status I was given new complain number, such a pathetic system you have. my new complain id:QRC531586

                                        Ask me Bazaar order #AB2838665 Sony 10000mAh power bank dated 05.07.2015. Will be delivered before 5.17.2015. But till date I have not received the product, also thrice I reached to customer care at[protected] and spoke with three different reps each time and they said it will be delivered by end of the day. These people do not have order cancel option. Cheating people. Even after so many complaints how this company is still running and continue to cheat the customers.
