I had received the Mosquito killing machine ( a Gauba Trader product), vide Order # AB 2183905, on 14/04/2015 After opening it I checked and found out that it was defective. I immediately called the courier person who had delivered it and requested him to take it back as it was not working. But, he said that we do not have the permission t do so and to lodge on line complaint at Askme bazaar website, which I di within 1 hour.
I requested them to either replace the product or re fund my money. However, in spite of repeated complaints, everyday since then, they have not bothered to even contact me or reply to my mails.
I even wrote thrice to Gauba Traders, but got no response from them either.
I want my money to be re funded IMMEDIATELY
