sir/mam, i have ordered a mug set on 10th may 2015, and after 13 days i haven't got m y order. i have already paid an amount of Rs.199 at the time of order. my order number is DGA2911226. i have filed a complaint on their customer care on 23rd may 2015 with number qrc641848. and they said that they need 7 more days for getting my product. i tried to contact their higher authority for which they refused by saying that they were not available. please help me by either by getting my product or getting my money back..the name of the product i ordered is"meSleep My Mom The Best Mug - Mothers Day with free Set - EV-01-MUG-MD-02".. please help me..

    After previous comment i got a call from (NADEEM +91-[protected] UP EAST INDIA ) at 12 AM he told me he is from askme bazaar.com if required your refund there is only one way you have to provide the ATM card details with CCV number, i replied i have made the payment through net banking then why required this details

    I Think he is a fraudster cause if he want to refund seriously why they ask like that details

    Consumer Complaint website has created buy government or fraudster ?
    Askme bazaar still on 13/09/2015 didn't refund please take legal action against them

      hello sir/mam, my name is dhiren chotaliya and i ordered beat music hands-free specifically colored in black via online portal AskMeBazar.com but when i received my ordered its in color blue.. so I first call the customer care and the guy straightly rejected to file my complain without even listening ..the second time i called and make him confess about my product only then he filed complaint and i m yet to receive any message regarding complain no.

        i ordered heaphones from askmebazaar but they are not working and i complained them about this for 50 to 60 times but they are not giving my refund calling them cost 12 to 12 rs for 2 minutes this way they are looting us also fooling common people this is a serious issue and i am also complaining cyber police enough is enough.

          Dear sir/Madam, I have purchased the Samsung 9000 mAh power bank on askme bazaar.com on 13 which has been paid through net banking and the same has been delivered to me on 22.05.2015 in a packed condition after the courier boy has delivered it he has left out and when i have tested the charging condition it is of sub-standard, low quality and even a china item is 1000 times better than this which i have addressed the same to company through mail but till now there is no response from there side

I have ordered two battery banks from askmee bazaar both of them were damaged and I have returned it in February till now I didn't got any payment from them I have asked them around 50-70 times they are telling that we will call you in 7 working days and no call is received or sometimes they are calling early morning so I can't receive them I have requested them for calling in afternoon also but they are calling in same time.and I can't receive it and they didn't refunded my money also .so I request you to help me getting back my pocket money.

                  With reference to Order No : 23655402, Order ID : AB2903828, Order date : May 11th 2015 for Power bank 10400 mAh 301192, Amount Rs 699. I received the order on May 16th 2015 and noticed that it is a fake one, it would take hours to charge and within minutes it gets discharged.The actual fault came to know after 3 days. I tried reaching the customer care but in vain. I request you to please replace the product with an original Xiaomi Power bank 10400 mAh with an authorized re seller Regards Jubel Abraham

                      I had received the Mosquito killing machine ( a Gauba Trader product), vide Order # AB 2183905, on 14/04/2015 After opening it I checked and found out that it was defective. I immediately called the courier person who had delivered it and requested him to take it back as it was not working. But, he said that we do not have the permission t do so and to lodge on line complaint at Askme bazaar website, which I di within 1 hour. I requested them to either replace the product or re fund my money. However, in spite of repeated complaints, everyday since then, they have not bothered to even contact me or reply to my mails. I even wrote thrice to Gauba Traders, but got no response from them either. I want my money to be re funded IMMEDIATELY

                                    I have ordered a beat head set with mic with an order id Ab 2751919 on 4th may and i paid an amount of 299 through net banking, and i got all my confirmation message immediately to my contact no and even mail.but again on May 8th i got a message saying that your order got cancelled due to improper address, if so, they have my contact no they can call me and ask me for exact address location, which any other eCommerce site follows.But without my knowledge they cancelled it.And till today my amount is not refunded.again i ordered the same head set and power bank on May 12 and 13, But this time i made it as cash on delivery.i received power bank after filing a complaint to ask me bazaar customer care.complaints numbers are QRC611240 for power bank and beat head set, and QRC611244 For beat head set which was cancelled and amount was not refunded.But immediately after my complaint they asked me to wait till 22 May, for all three issues.the next day of my complaint i got my Power bank.And i paid an amount of 699 as cash to the delivery boy.i kept the power bank for charge for over 4 hours, later i tried to use it, but the power bank didn't even start for once at least the light indication is not getting on.then immediately i compared red mi power bank with original on one of the website, there i came to know that it was duplicate piece.all my three products which i have ordered were in issue to which i paid for two product.

                                      I have ordered Xiomi mi 10400 mAh power bank from Askmebazzar, but I received a fake product. I wasn't available when the product delivered to my home. So when I called customer care, they refused to take my complaint saying 48 hrs window is exceeded. Order date: 12-May-2015 Order # DGA2914339 Delivered Date: 18-May-2015 Complained Date: 23-May-2015
