      i had ordered samsung power bank from askmebazaar.com on 16th april worth rs 599, i received the product on 29th april, they called me on 30th april and said they will refund the money, , they took my bank account number n ifsc code but still they didnt refund my money, , they said it will take 7 to 10 working days, , but today is 20 may but still i didnt get my money, , please resolve my problem as soon as possible

      The product i ordered and the product i received are completely different. And the product i received was a unboxed ( no seal, no product information, nothing) fake product. It said its a original beats product and they delivered a fake beats earphone which is usually sold in the platforms.
      You can actually look at the picture i have attached. It does not even have a beats logo on it except the fake logo on d earpiece.

          I am one of the most disappointed customer of your online selling site ask me bazaar. because i have placed a order on 04th of may 2015 and the order id is AB2756311 which includes a power bank of sony company of 10000 mh and i am hardly disappointed in informing that i havent received my product yet and more over after calling in your helpdesk number [protected] after 20 times also and after a complain also i have not been given any results so far. the complain was raised on 14th may 2015 . if this is the thing i have to deal with then i will be referring to my advocate for the same. because every single time i call in ur helpdesk they say our senior executive will call within 1 hour but i have not received anything yet.

            i have purchase a mi5200 mah power bank from ask me bazaar of order no AB909335 .I have make 249 payment for this order but when this item is come in my home it is fond that there is mention that it is ordered by cash on delivery. so i immediately call to customer care and they told me to make payment and receive item and will refund my prepaid money in my account. after receive my product i found that the product was defective so i take a return request and the product is also returned from me one month before. still now i have norecive any money from ask me bazzar even after i have register 5 to 6 complain agent is order no. my al complain nos are QRC106155 QRC129537 QRC106181 QRC174789 PLS REFUND MY MONEY

              Hi. its regarding the service I have received from askmebazaar customer care executive section. I had paid online for the order (AB[protected]ordered date -25/04/15) but I received a message when the product was being delivered to me saying its cash on delivery order. I called askmebazaar customer care to as for the same. I told them that I cant pay again as I have already paid. I failed to get the product as it was on cash on delivery. so even after paying in advance I couldn't received it. so there was a final conclusion drawn where I have been told that the refund will be provided for the amount I paid online. I tried to contact them through mail. but I didnt receive any reply for that mail. so I had called to ask for the refund. I interacted with Mr. Bhushan (customer care executive) last week where he assured me that I will get the refund till monday (18/05/15). which didnt happen. so I called again yesterday (19/05/15) to ask for the same. I have talked to the same person Mr. Bhushan. he said he checked the status and that happened due to some technical problem. and you will get your refund in 3-4 days. when i asked for the confirmation through mail or sms for whatever he is assuring, he didn't give me any. instead he said you will receive a call from back hand team who is handling this complaint and they will confirm this. I had not been provided any complaint number too. again today (20/05/2015) I called to customer care executive section and talked to Mr. Amit (customer care executive) and gave him a brief about the problem I have faced and also I asked him to refer to the complaint registered for my order as i had already talked to Mr.Bhushan last week and on 19/05/15. (it was obvious that he must have registered a complaint as he was so confident in giving me assurance for the refund.) Mr. Amit said there cannot see any complaint registered till now for that order number. it means I had been given false hopes till now from Mr. Bhushan (customer care executive). It means neither my complaint had been registered before nor there was any efforts taken to solve my problem. if the complaint isn't been registered how can someone says that he has checked and back hand team is working towards it. when Mr. Amit gave me this information, I was shocked and very much disappointed. if a customer is being treated this way, anyone will lose a faith in the service one is receiving. my complaint has been finally registered by Mr. Amit and he gave me reference complaint number which is QRC612291. looking at the behavior from one of the customer care executive, Its really hard to believe again that my problem will solve soon. we call customer care hoping that our problems will be considered. it feels bad when this happens where customer is being given false hopes and their problems are not being considered. if I would not have called askmebazaar customer care today (20/05/2015) and asked for the status for my complaint, I would not have known that my problem was not even being considered. I asked Mr. Amit to get Mr. Bhushan on the call, he said He is not available. I felt disrespected as my calls to them were considered and handled this way, if they would have considered my problem when I called them for the first time, I wouldn’t have needed to call them for the second time. I just have lost faith in them so I am asking you to help me to get me my money back soon. Thank you

              It wasnt about seller or the product as I didnt get the product because of your fault of payment method. it was about how you have behaved with your customer. how can you ignore those who behave such way with your customers? please read whatever I have written and try to understand the problem. also refund me the amount asap. I have wasted enough time where your customer care executive gave false hopes even without registering any complaint. please solve the problem asap and refund me the amount back to my card.

                                    Problem In Strap Of Reebok Watch. I purchased a reebok and a lotto watch combo of Rs.250 . From askmebazaar.com The material of reebok watch strap has got weared in just 3 days of delivery. I want my replacement of my watch or refund.                                       I bought Samsung power bank on 27 April 2015. But they are not delivering the product and not refunding my money also. I have called them several times but they speaking rude and my telephone bill is wasted around 75 INR. Mr Siva (Floor Supervisor) spoke very rude and disconnected my telephonic call as well. I want my money of 500 and my telephone bill of 75 INR. Also, I request government to take necessary action over that fake company (You can find lots of complains over them). They cheating people badly and crabbing their monies.

                                      Yes it's a fraud company. Even i lost my 610 Rs. i don't know why this site itself advertising thier products here. very sad.:(

                                        I was purchase 2 sunglass's from ask me by order No. VI1265284 & VI1265290 order by COD As well as a received the parcel at a time i pay the bill amount second day I was Retune the same both parcel pick at Dt: 25/03/2015 but refund amount not received yet When I was call to customer care no. [protected] every time give me a 48 Hrs. Time but not refunded the money.
