Product purchase on Jan-2015 (order No. AB947802) Returned after 15 days of purchase (product faulty) Took my bank detail for refund on Feb-2015 Now still waiting for refund. Did several calls (around 20-25 times/ may be every week twice or once) to askme customer care about the update, they said you will get refund with in next 7 working days, what the [censored] that 7 working days didn’t turnup yet, this is end of May-2015, these guys challenging my patience or what. Pathetic service, useless customer care and people of askme bazzar. I asked them to provide email address of any Manager or Director or VP of askme bazaar for complain so that I can ask them about askme work environment, they said we don’t have Email address, what the [censored], you guys working in corporate and you don’t have official Email address.. You guys think Indians are Chutiya or what.. Now you guys tell me what is the next procedure, if you guys think that I should forget my money then you are wrong… Ratin Sharma [protected]

    This is for your information that I have bought one MI Power bank-10400 MAH from ask me bazar through online (order no.AB1542790 Dated 13/03/2015), but unfortunately i received one damaged material from their side, we had given the complaint (QRC216573) and they had taken back the material on 10/04/2015. I made three call to their customer care department (QRC423902, QRC500405) to get back my money, but they simply extend the date one by one and finally gave the last date for transfer the amount as 15/05/15. But still now(21/05/2015) it is not credited to my account. Please do the needful to transfer the amount immediately to my account.

      I ordered Sony Powerbank -10000mH from AskMeBazar site for Rs.679. (Order no. AB2839146). The Seller is My Limo Trading. I paid the amount online and then after waiting for 2 weeks the delivery guy called and said it is cash on delivery and asked for more money for the product. It was not even the delivery charge, he particularly told me that it is a cash on delivery. I never seen such a dumb service till now. I tried calling the seller on number provided in AskMeBazar, but nobody picked up. And neither the customer care of askMeBazar is picking up. Seems everybody is sleeping This AskMeBazar is not genuine and neither its sellers. Never even try this site. I want a quick response on this. If I won't get the product or my money back, I am going to complain in consumer court. I am sure there will be lot more people to go to consumer court against this because nobody likes this kind of service.

      It took a little time in getting the refund. But atlast I received the refund amount. I got a call from customer care of askmebazaar and they assured that I will receive the refund soon.

Never recieved a call back, three complaints number were lodged and now they have deleted my all details including Order Number and all complaints No.

          My order Nos. AB2584980, AB2585056. Till now I did not receive my orders though I made twice complaint calls to your customer care. It seems to be the most disgusting and worst online shopping company. Because I did not receive any type of call from your company till I gave my complaint, after a long time I just received a complaint message on 14th May, 2015. If you are unable to distribute the orders of the customers, it is better not to give any type of confirmation messages to the customers.

            I have order a power bank of Sony 10000mAh on 6th, May. But they delivered Xiaomi MI 10400mAh, and that too fake product. I have charged the power-bank fully, but it not even charged my mobile 10% instead the power-bank now shows as fully discharged. Order number: 22435987 Ordered on : May 6th, 2015.

              I booked and paid for the product oxygen 12" rechargeable fan with led light of Rs.1699 and it has not been delivered within the estimated date of delivery..and all the customer care representatives are giving me fraud and fake commitments that it will get delivered as soon as possible and are saying that i have forwarded this to my senior executive of Operations department and they will be calling you within 1 hour.They say this everytime when i Call, and even now also. My order id is AB2223661. It has been over 1 month 1 week that not a single confirmation has been received or they bothered to resolve this problem. Plz resolve this problem

                    I had ordered the Sony power bank but I shocked to see when i opened the packet that it was Mi power bank. I had placed the order on 8th May and they delivered on 18th May 2015. I opened the packet on 20th May. If I call customer care they are telling you should place complaint within 36 hours. Since i was not in town I couldn't open it same day. Now they are telling, "they are not responsible for it and do have any information regarding the further procedures". And if you see the packing and the condition of this power bank. It seems as if brought in Seconds, its fully dusty on the box and cables are dirty.. What service are they giving to Customers? This is in fact cheating and deficiency in service. I am filing a complaint on both the Companies regarding this and bring down the cheaters to court.

                          have purchased a MI 10400 MAH POWER BANK and My order Id was AB2553552, this power bank was not charging properly .They send me the duplicate product and the fraud product .The portable charger send by them is not original product . When i complaint to return this then they will not take any action. They didn't send a genuine product I am writing this complain again after 20 days till today my complain is not solved if you are unable to solve my problem then tell me I will do complain in consumer forum against you It's a last warning for you and giving a maximum time of 48 hours if you didn't solve in 48 hours then you have to pay fines in consumer forum

                                I have place an ORDER AB2568552 on 26th of April and have a received a notification that my order is confirmed and will be deliverd with in 10 days, so I expected my order to be received by 6th May but I have not received it. I have called the customer care on 7th May and raised a complaint(QRC490578) and the customer care said that wait for 3 to 4 days and if it still not received I can contact the customer care again. I have called the customer care again on 12th May and they said they are escalating the issue. I have contacted them again on 19th May and they said the compalint is closed by the back end team saying Customer is not contactable, but no one has tried to contact me either by Phone or via email.They siad they will raise another complaint and escalate the issue and the complaint they raised is QRC609281. Can you please help me either my product to get delivered or get the amount refunded.

UPON CALLING ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ON HELP LINE, ONLY THING THEY KNEW TO SPEAK ABOUT WAS "PLEASE GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS" AND WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT... Also you have taken 15 days in delivering a single small product, but it was showing next day delivery when I ordered this. I am very upset to say that services are not good for askme bazaar company and I would never suggest anyone to order something from your website. IT ALMOST 1 MONTH NOW AND THEY ARE STILL GIVING EXCUSE.till now they did not refund a single rupees.. I AM TAKING UP THE MATTER LEGALLY TO CONSUMER COURT

                                      Hi Team, I have ordered Sony 10000mah Power bank on 26th April and got the Delivery on 3rd May 2015. The Product was faulty and seemed to be Fake. I immediately lodged the complaint at your helpdesk on 3rd May 2015 itself. In spite of constant follow-ups till date I haven't got the satisfactory response from any of the call associate or the Floor supervisors with whom I interacted over the several calls. In today's competitive world such treatment and lax approach from the Organization representatives is un-acceptable. Need an immediate resolution of the issue so that I can get the refund back on ASAP Basis. Would like to urge all the online shoppers to go through these feedbacks first before going to Purchase anything from askmebazaar.com. The Order Id is : AB2559670 . Kindly get it resolved on immediate basis else I need to publish this trauma in to media. Since 3rd May 2015 following tickets have been opened for addressing the issue but were closed automatically without resolving the problem and the Refund is Pending till Date: QRC464637:-This was issued on 3rd May2015 and I spoke to Kavita - Call associate QRC506908:- This was issued on 8th May2015 and I spoke to Suraj - Call associate & Abhilasha(Floor Supervisor) QRC540542:- This was issued on 12th May2015 and I spoke to Kritika - Call associate & Puneet(Floor Supervisor) QRC617829:- This was issued on 20th May2015 and I spoke to Vinay - Call associate and Piyush (Floor Supervisor). Now after talking to all these call associates and Floor Supervisors till date there is no visible action from askmebazaar and it seems as if nobody in the organization is worried about the pain which their customers are facing due to their inefficiency.

                                      Even after assurance from askmebazaar team that resolution will be done in 48 hours but even after 8 days their 48 hours are still not completed as nobody has bothered to take further corrective action. If this is going to be the commitment of the team then I am afraid they are going to really earn a bad name in the online segment and their future business will also get impacted.

                                        I have purchased Samsung 9000 mah Power Bank through asmeBazar from Balaji Mobile, Ahmedabad, Gujarat the product is fault One & also Its not Charging its a duplicate of Samsung 9000 mah Power Bank not original one i have ordered on 15 May but i received the shipment on 20 th May my order number is AB3008095 .arrange replacement for this one or refund my amount ASAP.
