Returned after 15 days of purchase (product faulty)
Took my bank detail for refund on Feb-2015
Now still waiting for refund.
Did several calls (around 20-25 times/ may be every week twice or once) to askme customer care about the update, they said you will get refund with in next 7 working days, what the [censored] that 7 working days didn’t turnup yet, this is end of May-2015, these guys challenging my patience or what. Pathetic service, useless customer care and people of askme bazzar. I asked them to provide email address of any Manager or Director or VP of askme bazaar for complain so that I can ask them about askme work environment, they said we don’t have Email address, what the [censored], you guys working in corporate and you don’t have official Email address.. You guys think Indians are Chutiya or what..
Now you guys tell me what is the next procedure, if you guys think that I should forget my money then you are wrong…
