Sorry to put up a message here, couldn't get any other source to reach you.

This was my very first experience with AskMeBazaar. I was looking out to buy Pampers (need those in bulk normally) for my twin daughters as the stock was getting over at my end. As a normal buyer will do, I check all the options available for the best price. This time, after looking at your so hyped ads, I surfed through AskMeBazaar as well (though Google doesn't show up your site if searched for pampers). Surprised, i got the best price with one of your seller (sai venkat medicals). I ordered five large pant style diapers (Pampers brand) worth around 3k. I was more surprised, when at the checkout got even more discount...this is where two things came to my mind, either you guys are really trying to compete with the market or its just gonna be a duped sale.
Anyways, i placed the order (ID - AB[protected] and was happy that I got a good deal, I also suggested many of my contacts about your site. For some reason I got two order confirmation SMS but I ignored. After 5 days, when I didn't receive any further confirmation i called up your customer support No and they confirmed that two orders were placed, one with COD option and one prepaid. I asked them to cancel the COD order and reconfirmed thrice that the prepaid order should be delivered. Now yesterday I received two messages (one at midnight) that both the orders have been cancelled on my request. I called up the customer support again to let them know that I didn't ask them to cancel the prepaid one, but they said they cant do anything now. When I started to argue, they then said the product was out of stock. WOW! here i lost it big time...Fraudsters...used my money for no reason...Pampers are out of stock?? That too after six days???
Never...again will I shop with your company. No intimation, false statements, No help...you think you can compete with others in market? Sad, I will post my experience everywhere possible.

    I had ordered a helmet from their website on March 3 2016 and they promised to deliver it in 7 working days but it hasnt been delivered yet. I have tried atleast 20 times calling them but no proper response from them.

    Order no: AB10244184. I tried cancelling the order through their website but they canceled the ticket stating that it is dispatched. I had raised a complaint earlier but it is being worked upon still but a ticket raised after has been closed already. Askmebazaar is nothing but set of cheaters looting public money

            Hi,

            Order no- ab11013049 and ab11012897

            I had booked two led sony bravia, one was cod and for one the payment was done online. I received a phone call regarding my order and than just aftegr the opening the call was disconnected and right after that received a text from ask me bazar that the order has been cancelled due to some error and amount will be refunded. I'm looking for my order which i made and not the refund- which i have not received either.

            Please look into this, hence it will escalated to the next level.

As per telephonic conversation with Mr.Hemanth Kumar, i returned ReclinerChair thru ICL Courier.with my own courier charges 800Rs. As u said you will return courier charges along with ReclinerChair charges.                 As per herewith I am going to do complaint against my order which is yet not delivered.
                I had ordered one Sony Bravia KD-49X8500B 49 Inch (124 Cms) 3D 4K Ultra HD TV on 21st Mar16 from askmebazaar.com. I just checked status on website and I surprise to see that status is cancelled. I did not cancel the same and not authorized any one to cancel on my behalf.

                  I ordered some product from askme bazaar online on 25 march, 2016 at 11:46am and it has not been delivered yet. Even they didnt give any confirmation mail or message on my phone number later i confirmed my order by calling customer care and they told me order id as ndd11088518. These people are worst in consumer care and they promise for next day delivery and today 72 hrs has been passed and no information is provided to me for delivery. Even their site cant track my product and customer care people are so helpless that they doesnt know where my package is or when it is going to deliver. Today when i called to one customer care executive and asked her to transfer my call to their top officials then she made it hold quite long and then hung up the phone. I want you to please raise my complaints to top officials of ask me bazaar.

                  Yesterday on 28 march 2016, i again called ask me bazaar customer care to confirm whether the stock is available with them or not as i read many reviews with stock issues of ask me bazaar and some executive named shubendu told me that it is available and it will be delivered today i.e., 28 march 2016 and today when i called i.e., 29 marh 2016 they ( sumit and hariom) told me that your order has been cancelled due stock unavailability. I was shocked that i have waited so many days for my product and they they are saying that it is not available and they are not giving any mail or message in written and they are just saying we cant mail you regarding your cancellation. Two times i asked them to transfer the call their senior officials but both time they disconnected the call. These people are having no sense of how to deal their customer and how to do business .i want some action should be taken against those who are involved in this wgole process

                    Hello, From last MANY days, I'm receiving SMSs from AskMeBazaar with different offers. It is around 10to 15 times a day many a time more than it. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help.

                            I have Purchase Vorosky office accessories Fashionable Combo With Latop Leatherite Bag - Ld2 from Askme Bazar online website, but i have got wrong product, and already i have complaint with customer care for return the product and refund my purchase amount and complain was admit and i share all my banking details to customer care executive of Askmebazar, but till date i have not received my money.

                            So please lodge the complaint against Askmebazar, because most online seller is making fool of customer.

                              Hi guys my order number is ab10067334 i had ordered a helmet from this fraud website askmebazaar.com they are total scammers they delivered a cheap quality completely different helmet then what was shown in the image after notifying them that it is a wrong product they say my area is non serviceable. How can a area be serviceable while delivering and non serviceable while reverse pick up ? Doesnt even makes sense. After doing double escalation spoke to higher management named umesh mendigiri he said to send the product and they will refund me 100 rupees for the courier now told them to send the product from mumbai to new delhi a kilo n half weighted product doesnt takes 100 rs. He said he will look into it but as per his words it was just name sake i could literally feel it ! He told to send the product first only then they can look into it ! Now i have sent the product with government courier(India post) which costed me 229 rs these guys are refunding me only 100 rs. Please look into this matter as it wasnt my fault that they delivered a wrong product as well as no where in india a 1.5kg product can be couriered in 100 rs this is not even logical! Companies like dtdc and blue dart charge over 350rs for this, and also while delivering the product as per them the weight on it is mentioned as 450gms i mean which helmet is of 450gms. Such loosers these guys are. Please help me to get charge of this company and warning for other users as well ! Dont buy anything from this website they are a pure scam! I have attached the file of courier slip so u guys can review it! Thanks

                                I am shabir naikoo fromjammu and kashmir.Complaining against the unnecessary delay of refund of wrong product on the part of ask me bazar .com right from nov, 2015 against order id .Dga 7873581 dt 25/11/2015. After completing all the requisite formalities including my bank details, dtdc corrier receipt * z 72784023* dt.5/1/2016 ask me bazar bio support towice, but all invain .In place of nokia universal ac charger i got the wrong product after paying rs600/ plus corrier charges rs100/ & spend more than rs1000/ for time & again lauding two dozen complaints to ask me bazar.com.Sir, for gods sake pl.Refund my amount?

                                    They showed a picture of folding chairs and sent stools.

                                    On complaining, they took 2 weeks to even understand! Multiple tickets got generated! 71908, 77036, 72694, 82767.

                                    To cut a long story short, here is my last conversation with them.

                                    3. Within 100 minutes i got an sms telling, "(1/5) dear buyer, in regards to your complaint logged for prepaid, dga8476287, we made multiple failed attempts to pick up your order. Kindly send the…"
                                    4. Do you tolerate lying and irresponsible vendors? झूठे, स्साले!
                                    4. There was no call on my secondary number, i would like to point out.
                                    5. Your number being out-going only, probably, was unavailable for my return call.
                                    ***6. I feel that you take your customers for a liability. It is the customer's mistake to trouble you by contacting you and "she must be made to suffer! Slow, painful torture."
                                    7. Attached are the relevant screenshots with time stamps.
                                    8. I will deliver the mis-sold stools at kapashera. But, i am very disappointed by your company and am never buying again, even my mother's life saving medicine, if needed, from your lousy and bad company.

                                    9. One of the worst customer support.

                                    10. Worse than government office in uttar pradesh!

                                    Tell the powers of your company to go to hell and screw themselves. You may also help yourselves to it, while the screw-fest is going on.

                                    Called and lodged another complaint QRC 8792259.

                                    I was shocked to know that the last one was also closed on also false information. The reason mentioned was that no one was available at the pickup address! There were 3 people staying at my place and at least one was present 24X7. Also, no one card to call me to confirm the pickup timing, if at all someone came.

                                    Let's see! The harassment is legendary!

                                      I had order htc desire 526g+ 16GB Black Order No. AB10483418 on 13TH March 2016 i recieved message your order is confirmed and you will recieve it it 7 daysi took follow up after 6 days they told me your order is confirmed and u will get in in 10 working days
                                      i called them almost everyday to know the status of my order they u used to say u will get itby 25th Friday I called them in the morning they said u will get it by monday and u can track ur order from our website. I checked it and foung order is still being processed again in the evening i tracked my order and found to be cancelled
                                      i called for the customer care he said i'll check will u hold on the line i said ok after waiting for 10 minuted he answered yes sir can also see your order is cancelled we r back end guys we can't do anything
                                      My question is
                                      1). Why do u need back end guys who don't know the status of order they just check on from website they are not known to anything being hired ??
                                      2). Ask me Bazaar is so fake just fooling people by posting low prices to attract customer then what u do just cancel low priced items and send items in which u see profits only.
                                      You made me wait for 16 days and just said ur order is cancelled eveyday your CSE used to say u will get it 10 days
                                      This is cheap way of fooling customers

                                        I placed online prepaid order for battery on 11th march, order id - ab10442641. I ahev been chasing for tracking/ dispatch information but they kept on saying it will be delivered within 10 working days. It was after constant follow-up, on 22nd i get sms that order is cancelled as they are unable to service. No they are saying 5-7 working days to refund the paid amount.

                                        So altogther they are enjoying interest free money for almost 3 weeks. These online sites are fooling customers by showing attractive prices and then they don't service it, while enjoying interest income on prepaid orders.

                                        Also they gave me a coupon worth rs.500 for next transaction of single item purchased worth rs.2000. Even that coupon code is incorrect. I have raised ticket # 80893 on 17th march but that is still unresolved.

                                        So, none of the commitments are being kept, whether it's servicing the order or giving away benefits. I really request you to compensate me for all the trouble and if not more interest for the period my amount is with them. Also, some strong measure to protect other customers getting be-fooled by such online sites.
