I am rahul bharti from bhagalpur. I have ordered one sansui sjx22fb 02caf hd led television on 17th march 2016 on same time payment from credit card . On site develery time in next day. I have talk his customer care no in three to four time & he or she have take time 4 to 5 day for delevery. But still i have not receive the same. Now i have call to customer care he told me your order is cancel & you amount will be return on 12th april. I have most urgency for tv but this site confuged me still. This is not fair so request you to please involbe you and give me justist.

      I have placed an order with order no NDD11267456 from askme bazaar but first for 4 days they make excuses and after that informed that we are cancelling your order as product is not available in the stock...but actually they are making fool as the product was on good discount they make the cheating and given the product to someone else and use my money in business for some days...But I will take this issue and will not let them to make people fool.

        1.The colour which was being ordered and which is being (blue and white )actually received is different.
        2. The back cover of battery do not fit properly.
        3. The clip sizer teeth are broken.
        4. I doubt the product received is already used one and it was in very pathetic condition after I opened the box

        1. The product colour is different compared from the ordered one.
        2. The size selector teeth are broken.
        3.Battery lid do not fix properly.
        4.The product box was already uncovered.
        5. Liquid Cleaner quantity is also half.

              as on 02/04/2015 delivery boy delivered to me cancel order.
              after check the order found this is cancel order material.
              i am continuous follow with askmebazar on help line no [protected] but not gating solution for refund this product.

                I have ordered this on 20th feb 2016 and got the product(3 pair of jeans) delivered after paying rs 1000, but the jeans were not good so called your customer care on 1st march 2016 and asked for return they opened one ticket - qrc83905612 and told that within 13 days it would be returned. I called after that then they told that as per courier update it has not been delivered .. This is first time i have ordered from their site and got such a bitter experience and today is march 18 2016 and nothing has happened till now, no return, no call from your customer care. I myself is calling everytime.

                Opened ticket #81152 at their buyers support site 17 days before and till then they are asking me to share first images of products then supply slip etc etc .. I shared all things but today their customer support guy posted in the ticket that "this is to inform you that shipping label and order id is different so please share the correct order id so that we can assist you accordingly." . Date, time, price everything is same in the two receipts . Seems some fraud supply is happening at their end and they are cheating customer like this by changing the order and supply slips and then fooling customers.

                            With respect to the above subject and order number ndd11237589 had been accepted by askmebazaar.com on 31/03/2016 and a payment of rs 598 was made to them by net banking through my hdfc bank account .

                            I was supposed to get the order delivered to my address by 1/04/2016, i made complaint calls to their call center number yesterday and was committed that the order will be delivered to me yesterday on time. Made repeated calls to their call center and was always committed delivery, today after 2 days on 2/04/2016, they have called me and told me they have cancelled the order without any genuine reason and are also not ready to furnish me with any cancellation email ?

                            I would like to bring to the notice of common man how these websites cheat common people by using their money for two days and then cancelling the order and trying to refund the money .

                            I would like the court to take light of the mental agony a common man like me is going through due to these online cheaters. I had ordered this blood glucose testing strips online and on urgent delivery basis for my aged parents who are diabetic and need to be tested for diabetes every day .

                            Would appeal for such cheaters to be punished . They should not be allowed to use common peoples money for two days like this .

                            I trust in the indian judicial system and am ready to furnish all proof against askmebazaar.com.

                                I have booked order from ask me bazaar on 19th mar-2016, but still have not received my order on my billing address.
                                After taking follow up with “ask me bazaar” consultant,
                                1st time communication – they have said your order is cancelled without any reason.
                                2nd time communication – they have said your order is cancelled due to stock unavailability
                                3rd time communication – they have said your order is cancelled due to wrong price.

                                I don’t know why, once the order is booked &acknowledgement received, then no.Of communication from ask me bazaar for order cancellation.

                                Please give me justice to give me order as soon as.
                                Requesting to give my order on billing address.

                                        I book order at askme bazar for zero gravity mini rc car on 17.3.16. And i follow many times by call. Every time i hear within 10 days goods will arrive at your address. Also i trust on askme bazar and wait for complete working 10 days. Yesterday i received message that askme bazar are unable to service because seller has run out stock. We regreat inconvenience caused.
                                        Then why seller has put the items on website without stock ?
                                        And what is the responsiblity of askmebazar company?
                                        Can you advise me what to do now . I forget my order or i go in legal action ?
