      I have ordered HAIER LE43B7500 43 inches (109.22 cm) Full HD LED TV on ask me bazaar.com yesterday i.e. 18th March 2016. Also confirmation E-mail, Message, is received, also when confirmed by call they have informed that order will delivered within 24 hrs of ordered.
      Now they are refusing to delver and saying that it was technical mistake, out of stock and various reason.
      But my concern is that i need my TV as my order is confirmed. order ID is NDD10990512

        Dear Concern,
        As per askmebazaar.com online offer on 43 inches LED TV of Haier Company of just Rs.5778 only. My order no.NDD10990955 but company reject to deliver the TV. The company said the item out of stock. Please take the case on critical basis why the company offer this type online and unable to deliver at last. This is fraud and cheat the customer please explain and appropriate action asap.

                          As a B2C ecommerce site, Askmebazaar should be in a position to cater the orders being booked online. As in most of the other ecommerce sites, once the product is out of stock, automatically, online GUI - BUY NOW option would be de-activated, stating that the product is not available.

                          Am little apprehensive with reference to the authenticity of orders booked online on Askmebazaar. On[protected], booked an item vide order no. NDD 10962819, that is next day delivery. Till yesterday, I was told that the order is under process and today, sweetly, I hear that the order is cancelled due to non-availability of stock. Am not in a position to understand, without holding enough stock, how can Askmebazaar go ahead with the bookings. Similarly on[protected], booked another item vide order no. NDD 10973840, which was to be delivered yesterday, on calling the customer care, same old reason, order cancelled due to out of stock.

                          For both the orders, there is no seller name, but only name available is NDD Hyderabad, i.e., Next Day Delivery. The same thing happened to all my colleagues, who have ordered the televisions. I am sure, no one is worried about the return of money, the only worry is whether the order would be fulfilled or not after booking.

                          Am not sure, whether the pricing provided is correct or not and also doubt whether any other customer received the product at the said price. Or is it another way to enhance the turnover due to financial year ending to show gross profit on the billing. Am not in a positon to understand.

                          As a customer we always look for best price and on availability book for it and await in anticipation for the delivery of the product but not to hear about cancellation of product.

                          I would still love to get my products at the price provided and request the Askmebazaar team to see that, the products are delivered.

                          Again would try to book another product, and let me see, whether would be delivered or get cancelled.

                          As already updated yesterday, again my order for Samsung 43" LED TV was cancelled today. Order ID 10994859.

                          On checking the askmebazaar.com under NDD Hyderabad on[protected], the prices mentioned earlier have not changed. 48" Sony 22K and 43" Samsung 12K. There are only two things being updated on calling the customer care for delivery. 1. No Stock 2. Technical Mistake. On talking to customer care on the order mentioned above; the answer is No Stock, hence got cancelled.

                          If the management feel, that there is a technical glitch which is happening since last 10-15 days, how come they are posting the availability of the same on their website live. What should a customer like me should think about. I request the concerned authorities to confirm me, whether I can book again to regain the confidence under NDD.

                          Dear Sir (s):

                          Please refer to my mail dated on[protected] and[protected], with reference to the same, received calls from your customer service regretting the cancellation of orders due to wrong pricing by the seller. And also was appraised that the prices would be updated accordingly.

                          Based on your updated pricing, my order No. NDD 10994859, NDD 10989997 were cancelled stating out of stock and wrong pricing by the seller. After cancellation, the prices were updated.

                          Again there was one product 42" Micromax LED TV for which, again I have ordered on[protected] at 10:30 hrs with order ID NDD 11006519. On calling your customer care, I was updated that the order would be delivered on[protected] before 21:00 Hrs and was asked to wait for the delivery until then. But in vain, again on[protected] morning on calling your customer care, I was appraised that the product would be delivered within 24 hrs as[protected] was holiday. Thought everything is going well.

                          In the evening, got an SMS from askmebazaar, stating that the order was cancelled due to non-availability of stock. It seems askmebazaar is just taking the customers on ride without any valid reasons. Even today on checking your website the product was available at the price mentioned. Now, after 5-6 order cancellations, I feel better to go to law in making you understand the agony of a common man.

                          These are orders being cancelled due to stock non-availability.

                          Now its high time for me to just listen to the pre-recorded versions of all the customer care executives and I have to move forward in looking for a solution. For all my earlier orders, the funds are yet to be credited in my account.

                            I have ordered the Daikin FT35MV16 1 Ton 5 Star AC on 16th March (Order Number NDD[protected] in NDD Askme bazar next day delivery.
                            now its been 3 days and today i got a call and they says stock is not available and money will refund after 7 working days.
                            ITS JUST FRAUD SITE PLEASE DON'T CHEAT PEOPLE.
                            If you can't believe you just search above item and you will be able to place the order then after three days you will get call and they says stock is not available, with this they are making money.

                                This is to inform that Askmebazaar has lots of false price listing on their website. Till date I have order approx. 10 items, and not got a single one. Every time I get the message that it is out of stock and when we call customer care they say that due to technical fault the price listing is wrong.

                                My Order ID is NDD10967552, where I was suppose to get Samsung 43 inch full HD LED TV in just Rs 11, 199. After order I confirmed 3-4 times from Askmebazaar about the order and also I got the confirmation message and call that it will be delivered by tomorrow. However did not got the product instead got a call that the product is out of stock would you like to wait, instead saying yes they cancel the product.

                                Today when I was going through the website I again found the same product at Rs 11, 199. I have again placed the order NDD10988732.

                                This is just to fool the people.

                                  I am Pramod madhekar and my order ID is 84870681 and another order detail mentioned on the delivery challan is DGA 10313306.:I have ordered 1 weighing scale on 5th March and delivered on 12th March at that time I was out of station and product received by my family memebers. On 16th I came back and surprised to see the defective product. I called customer care no [protected] they have refused to listen the complaint as 48 hours are over. It's electronic item and no service center are available nearby. I want to return the product and want to get my money back. I suggest not to purchase any thing on this site if you don't want to suffer like me

                                    Recently i ordered a brown jacket from askmebazaar.com order id AB10348379 but i was sent a black jacket with very poor quality not even comparable to one they are advertising on their website. I raised a ticket on their support website ticket no #78939 just after recieving the wrong product but was not contacted by any means by them and after two days my ticket was closed saying we havent recieved your response. I wasted much call balance after calling their customer care no. but still nothing was resolved i was told there to raise another ticket that i raised ticket no #80771 and that they will contact you within 3 hours back but still there is no reply. I need my money refunded and product taken back please help me here.

                                        I want cancel and return my order number AB10401574 and replacing it with new philips trimmer or refund money because the items delivered to me is jeans pants of different sizes and different colours and did not deliver me the prescribed product mentioned.the pants are very fit and tight and are of different sizes which i cant even wear them.i am not even 1% satisfied with the product..so please do me the favour with immediate effect.
