Hello to whomsoever,

I have complained 2 times for the refund and pick up if the wrong product you have sent. I have asked for 34 size jeans and you and your bloody team has dent me one 32 size jeans and one of 36 suze jeans.

Do you ever realize some one is buying to gift someone and you are doing such a unprofeesional work.

I knew i need to complain in 48 hours and i did the same. I called on 25th march as i received the product on 23rd march in evening. One of your illiterate caller took my bank details and told me that i'll get the pick up on the next day. But i didn't get.

Again on 30th i have complained they told me that i haven't complained you yet. He took my complain again with bank details.
And same taperecording for pickup.

Today your team again played the same recording of not having my complain. And they told me that now its not possible for me to get refund for the same.

Though its your mistake, and you all know about it.
You think you can make fool of your customers but i would like to inform you that customers are more smart they can make you fool.

I am sending you my call records for my todays call and last call. Good news for you is that i don't have call records for 25th march but that won't make my command weak i know i have called your illiterate team for complain and they told me that they don't provide any complain no.

As informed you prior i have provided my bank details before and address you already have for pick up.

Do let me know what all drama you still wanna carry.

And one advise close your company.

It was my first and last purchase on your website.

Thanks for such an adventureous experience with your foolish services.

    I requested them to arrange a return pickup for a damaged item and this is how they response to my email

    I called your support team, they said they will arrange a return pickup within 10-13 days, i even got a msg from askmebazaar stating the same.
    I will not pay to return the item, arrange a return pickup ASAP or i'll complaint about your service to consumer court, have you seen the images i attached with the ticket?
    Is that the way you do business by selling such crap, damaged scarp product. i am very upset with your service and will never do business with you.
    I WILL NOT PAY TO RETURN, ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP.

        I had ordered a leather jacket from askmebazaa.com ( order id : ab[protected] and its been more than a week since i have officially returned the product. I was promised to get back my money within 5-6 days of the pick up! Still haven't got my money back. When i re opened my ticket with them ( #82246 ) they said that the transfer has been re initiated and it will take another 7 - 10 days!! That is completely wrong from their end.

          I have ordered online for the sun glass and 27th feb 2016 and waiting for the shipment to come, waited more than an month and called the customer care [protected] and the guy ask my all the details and told that the order is cancelled, but i haven't got any sms or email regarding this. This company seems to be fraud. Please be aware of this kind of companies, please authorities take appropriate action against these kind of companies,
          My advise to other not to fall in trap this kind o[censored]nprofessional companies.

            I ordered bosch home amp car washer aqt 35 amp 45 12 from this site on 23rd of march, the order was prepaid.
            After 10 days of my order they cancelled my order without any prior notification to me,

            Now they tell me they don't have this item in stock, they wasted my time, they used my payment for 10 days now they tell me i will get my payment after 7 days. So they gonna use the payment interest free for more than half a month. Great ask me bazaar. And i would say very intelligent.

            How irresponsible and unethical business they do, they keep items on there website which they don't have in stock.
            If the item wasn't in stock they should have never placed my order and should have wasted my precious time waiting up for this item i would have ordered the same from some reliable source.

            I think they are just using interest free money of customers like me.

            Unprofessionals.
            I hope if they have any professionalism left rather than wasting more of my time, instead of refund they should deliver my order asap, as yesterday(after 9 days) i confirmed with them they sadi the item is in stock it would be delivered in 10 working days and now of sudden they dont have the item in stock.
            Shopping from snapdeal, flipkart and amazon much reliable they are not cheater like ask me bazaar.

                    I ordered a combo pack from the site but when i received the order, a product was missing and when i called the customer support service, first of all they denied the product was actually included in the combo and when i asked for refund they told me that processing of refund takes 13 working days whereas the policies on the site clearly reads that the refund is processes within 7 working days of filing the complaint.

                    The site clearly misguides and cheats the consumers.

                        My order number is ab10606164, which was a combo pack of wardrobe and shoe rack.
                        The item was received by me on 26.03.2016 through namoshivai apparels, unfortunately the shoe rack was broken and the stacking rods were even of shorter and hence is of no use.
                        I have already send a mail to [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 18 mar 2016 14:21 and called costumer care for a complain, from where i was suggested to put a complain at this site.

                            I had ordered a product which contains 3 wayferer in one package. The amount for that was 99+35 i had ordered 5. But when i received and opened that dere was only one pc in one package. I talked to dere executive then they said that return there product they refund me. I send all the package to them. But today on 31st march they called me and said that they only refund for one pc and niether my 4 package return to me nor there money refund. I have ticket id which was given by them #74590. Please help me.

                              Finally they unable to delivery the mobile phone. after compalin to consumer forum they call me on morning5.30am and they say we cant delivery the phone i[censored] pay the money first then we will give the phone. i say that that is selected on cash on delivery so why we pay first? they don't response and i say them that i will complain to consumer forum they say are u in advocate profession they misbehave with me the customer service representative is roughly talk with me that if you have no many to give us then why u ordered the phone? like this types of language they used on me. our details are given below:

                                I'am very much disappointed with askmebazaar.com regarding a refund issue.I have called more than 15 times regarding this refund issue and there is no response from your customer care executives.Do you think we customers are jobless?The product was delivered on 12th of february.First of all you delivered me a wrong product and now its been almost 2 months, no refund also.Recently only i came to know about askmebazaar.com thought it will be nice.But in my life i wont suggest anyone this site.Since all these happened i started shopping from other sites.Hereby iam attaching my ministatement passbook screenshots you can see i have chosen snapdeal.com and all as my shopping site.Your executive told that the amount has been refunded on 24th of february and you can clearly see that on the attached files that from 24th of february no amount has been credited from askmebazaar or get it stores.Im fed up with shopping with askmebazaar.com and if now also you wont take action means i will have to send a complaint to consumer court.

                                Take it seriously.Dont think we customers are jobless or fools.The amount is 465 INR.

                                  We mrs, & mrs arka das ordered a mobile phone lenovo a6000 on 27th march 2016 in option of next day delivery in askmebazar.Com. But they unable to delivery we call thousand times they said it will be arrived to you after two days they said that the phone was out of stock. & they advised to reorder in next day delivery option. We did that on 29th much 2016 same item, order id:ndd11208115 registered mobile numbers are [protected] & [protected] but now they said to us they the mobile will deliver to you on 30th march2016 at 11:59pm at any cost but the did not do that. We want justice to fraud that we suffering during 4 days with this behavior of this company .

                                    Askmebazaar is a horrible marketplace to buy products. I tried it for the first time and it's been 18 days and my order is still not been delivered. Customer care and website provides fake awb details which doesn't exist. Also upon calling customer care couldn't give any specific answer as to where is my order and when I will receive goods. Beware of this website as I will never shop with them again. My order no is DGA10465219 placed on 12th March.

                                      My Complaint number QRC86872806 and Order no: DGA9893172.

                                      I had ordered a bamboo 2 layer lucky plant from their website on Feb 21 2016 but it hasn't been delivered yet but I got message that it has been delivered. I raised complain against it and tried at least 20 times calling them but no proper response from them.Not yet they have refunded my money back to my account.

                                      Its almost 1 month from which I am following up and no resolution received yet.
                                      Askmebazaar is nothing but set of cheaters looting public money.

                                        I am purchased above given product from askmebazzaar order no.Ab10430394 and received it on 16 march, 2016 but product received is damaged so i return the product on next day by reverse pickup order no. Amb0084801 on 17 march and requested for refund as per conversation with askmebazzaar they are refunded the amount within 5 to 10 days but till i have not received any refunds and tickets generated for complaint is closed by giving information that your refund proceeds within 10 days so give me suggestions what to do for this problem. So guys don't trust on askmebazzaar it giving u discount for damaged products and then u return and waiting for refunds.

                                        I have received msg but not received any refund
                                        Product ordered was return due to damaged product and not for only timepass and your policy is only return and to replace the product means it's a planning cheat with customers and. Retain their money as far as possible. That's not a good business strategy. So beware before use the askmebazzaar.com.
