This Complaint is Old but after chasing for almost two months there is no solution provided. I have written numorous mails to Askmebazaar but no response from there side there are evidence then also they are not responding. Finally I thought to share the details in Consumer Complain Fourm.

I have received these two orders from Askme both the orders are have two packets so total 04 packets.

The courier company "BLUE Dart " has charged 729X4 = 2916 whereas they should charge 729X2= 1458 only.

I have called up the blue dart executive and he told that they have received four parcel with different AWB no : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] with COD amount of one parcel is Rs 729/-

My parents have received the order please check back with the courier and to the seller and also Askmebazaar why this stupid thing has happened.

Then and there they have still not solved the problem. The incident have occurred on 25th of August, 2015.

Please see if you could support. Or let me know how to proceed further.

I was ordered a sony 10000power bank...when i got dis...it was not working ...so raise return n call for revrse pickup...it had been done 28 march 2015...n...i called to the executive custmer care...it was bearly 100calls...bt they didnt give me ny refund...i completed all the formality...send you a reverse pickup receipg...bt still didnt refund my money...solve it...

I bough 3 combo pants from askmebazaar.com order Id as[protected] order date 18-03-16.in item caption they wrote combo of 3 wrab denim jeans today I got my order and I opened that seems pants are damaged and unknown brand . I got poor quality damaged 3 pants..what I do now with these damaged clothes please help me to take this product returned back and gave my Money back

I had ordered helmet in askmebazaar
And i had got a confirmation call from company they confirmed the order afterwards they cancelled the order without giving any information to me and i had called to customer care they told sir this product is out of stock so we cancelled the order without giving any information to me so silly they are i dont have faith on askme bazaar they r failing in fulfill customer requirements without having sufficient stock why they has to take the order

Hi, I had ordered a combo pack of bag which contained wallet, watch, belt and goggle with Bag of Rs. 549/-.
The order has been delivered at my address. After receiving the order I am not satisfy with the product in any manner.

We have ordered a product called washing machine from askme bazaar.com on sunday 20.03.2016.
Product name: ifb senorita aqua vx fully automatic front loading 6.5 kg washing machine
Product confirmation no. Ndd11001879

They have cheated us with the product. We had called the customer care about the poduct before booking the said product, they had confirmed us that the product is geniune and it can be bought at a price of rs.9751/-
Which we had booked on sunday by confirming from them. The option was next day delivery. The product didnt get delivered on monday 21.01.2016. Next day after frequent followup and phone calls to them they said it will surely get delivered on[protected] morning. But today 23.03.2016 we got an sms stating that the product is cancelled without our confirmation and knowledge.

Very very disgusting and a worst company i have seen. I request not to encourage such company to be traded on like this fraud case and do online marketing with with cheating and fraud and fake products.

I had ordered for an eureka forbes aquasure shakti 15 l water purifier on 17th march 2016, with askmee bazaar, the same was delivered on 21st march 2016 @ 3pm.

When we opened the box it was it was shock for us, we had ordered an new water purifier, but askmee bazaar has dispatched an old used water purifer which was so dirty in its filter. When i reported the same to askmee bazaar they are tying to escape from the situation by saying (You send us back the purifier, we will refund the amount). I told them to replace the same with a new water purifier same brand they are not accepting it and saying the same thing to send it back to us.

It is been report to their ceo also but he is also talking in a careless attitude by saying they will refund the money. They dont even corresponding through email, just they are sending sms stating that i should courier the product and claim the refund in 10 days.

This company is cheating in the name of online shopping, they collect the prepayment for all orders and playing with the emotions of customers.

I have been reaching to all their customer care centers, supervisors, marketing team, and finally reached there ceo. But not one is bother to accept their mistake.

1. It was horrifying when i saw the product.
2. In followup i have wasted my time, energy & money on phone calls atleast i have spent rs.250 (As all there contact no's are std no's)

Request your intervention in collecting the replacement of a same product in new condition.

Also i request you to teach a lesson this fraud company (Askmee bazaar) as they are playing with all customers in india.

I just had a issue with my delivery on buying carrier 1.5 ton air conditioner Novello plus. As per ask me bazaar it was priced at 6082. Before placing order I confirmed twice on this and after the approval of the executive I placed my order and I was told it will be delivered in 2 days since next day was Sunday. I spoke to the executive continuously and finally on the day of delivery when I rang up the customer care they told the product was out of stock and the order was cancelled. It is a matter of prestige for me as I told all my relatives. They said they will refund the cash. But I want the product to be delivered and am ready to go to any extent.
