I have ordered a kitchen item from Askmebazaar.com few days back, The product is never delivered to me and few days later I got a message saying the product was not delivered as address was incomplete. However when I checked the order confirmation mail, the address was completely and correctly mentioned. Moreover when I called their helpline number, their executive behaved very rudely. Is this a way to deal with customers, I think this site should be banned in India and the entire world. I even dropped an email to their id but no one replied. Its my second experience with them and both the experiences are really pathetic. Not even this they double cheated as the coupon which was used for the transaction above is no more valid. So I lost heavily on this transaction. My contact number is [protected]. The company should respond on an urgent basis.
