I have ordered two WHITE Samsung power bank by order no AB1760842. I recd this two items on date 10 April 2015, but both power banks are BLACK and both are USED one. I.E. Second SALE. (Seller Name : Balaji Mobile-From Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujrat... Aa gaye Acche Din...) ) After payment of parcel on the spot I opened the packet found USED products. I catch the delivery man. But he said that you complaint to customer care and the item will be changed. I contacted the customer care.but they asked for Bank name, Branch and A/c No. Why it is necesscity of bank details. Askmebazaar online shoppie may be fake. so I request to all customers don't purchase any products from ASKMEBAZAR.

    It is unpleasing and disrespect to say that i have received wrong product of order id VI2016262- REEBOK BLUE CASUAL SHOE. I have received white nike shoe. what the hell is going on? When i called to your caller, instead of replacing the product they are talking of refund. Thats fine, what they are asking to refund within 5 days only after reverse pick of product..rubbish. It is request either to refund asap and take your product or replace within 5-7 days as my brother marriage ceremony is near. I have never faced this situation ever before. Please do it asap or i have to take serious action. Another way of refund my money is delivery man . i am having his phone no. you call him to return my money and take his product.

        Hello, This is Sahil. I have ordered a product "Redmi 10400mah power bank" from Askmebazaar which I received on 30th jan. And from next three days I raise a complaint for reverse pick up because the product they have delivered is not genuine and not worked according to specification of product and also have a lot of scratches on it plus packed not in company's box. It is more than 2 month. I did weekly call on customer care and tell them about the complaint i have registered but no response they give. Every time they told that "We have forward your complaint to higher authorities on priority bases and they will respond you within 2-3 days But no call and message I received. I, even sent email to them and told them to refund my money but still they behave same generate a complaint number every time and tell me, you will get a Call or message. But nothing is happened and I still don't get any solution. Even on 25th march they call me and said you reverse pick is generated and will be taken up in next 2-3 days and take my bank account details for refunding process.. But still same they just complete their formality..No person still come and no other call. Worst Company and its worst customer support. it is showing that it is fake company and make people fool. But now, i want my money back as soon as possible. Please provide me my money back. Please help me. Thanks!

          as per the request i have given by order ID but also i not able to see that there solution provided for this complaint.i hope this will be resolved if not i have to take this to higher level.

                    I Had ordered the some product on askmebazar.com on 31st Mar 15 as per them and there confirmation over the phone regarding the delivery of the product within 10 days now 10 days are over and my order by the www.askmebazzar.com has canceled and inform through the SMS which are complitly making fraud with the customer as showing the product on lowest cost on website and not delivering to the customer. my order nos are AB1961405 AB1932984 AB1932757 AB1932519 AB1932430 AB1932373 AB1932187 AB1932013 AB1931768 AB1931403 which are not being processed by the askmebazzar.com, against the said order i had already commited to my family and freinds for the giving as gift now if they will not deliver my product i will be needed to purchase the same from market and need to give them there for i will face the cost of approx[protected]. i need my all the product ordered by me in any case. as the same is considering as fraud with the customer and giving the false commitment to the customers my contact details are hereunder. But he said you complaint the item will be changed. I contacted the customer care so many times & my telephone bills more than Rs. 200/- spend. Finally the damaged item collected from my address. Again two weeks gone the item not yet delivered. I sent so many mails & calls not no response. Now check the date 10th April 2015 My order date 31st Jan. 2015. What is going on in the Askme Bazar???????????? It is very painful & my last request to look in to this matter if any body responsible in the Company as soon as possible.                               Hi, i have purchased MI Powerbank 10400 MAh with reference to order number : AB2287630. But unfortunately i have received the product which is in bad condition and it does not have the powerbackup not more than 10 mins. I already have an MI 10400 mAh powerbank which is having good battery back. And this product which i ordered through askmebazaar is not the one which i expected. only 5% of my phone is charged. then powerbank got emptied. again i charged for another 4-5 hours and once again my phone is charged 5%only.
                              Kindly arrange to collect the product and replace / refund me arranged at the earliest please.

                                I had purchased one earphone of Apple from ask Me bazaar for which I paid 240 but they provided me one local earphone not worth more than Rs20-40.I had complained of it and called them 3-4 times but they still have not refunded the amount and keep the phone on hold for more than 20 minutes so that I will get irritated and not call them.They are just cheating the poor consumers and this kind of sites should be punished severely.                                 I have returned the said product and it has been more than a week but still they have not paid my money back.Ask me bazaar keeps on extending the date by which they have to pay money so that they can fund their projects.It is against the interests of consumers and these kind of companies should be strictly banned and proper audit should be done for them.

                                    I have ordered a kitchen item from Askmebazaar.com few days back, The product is never delivered to me and few days later I got a message saying the product was not delivered as address was incomplete. However when I checked the order confirmation mail, the address was completely and correctly mentioned. Moreover when I called their helpline number, their executive behaved very rudely. Is this a way to deal with customers, I think this site should be banned in India and the entire world. I even dropped an email to their id but no one replied. Its my second experience with them and both the experiences are really pathetic. Not even this they double cheated as the coupon which was used for the transaction above is no more valid. So I lost heavily on this transaction. My contact number is [protected]. The company should respond on an urgent basis.
