    I ordered MI Xiaomi-10400 MAH Power Bank FROM askmebazaar.com but they delivered me a fake duplicate product which is not genuine and its was in broken condition when delivered. I have not received any warranty card along with it.I am quite fed up of you people who are waisting my precious time, as time is money. I want my refund ASAP and I had a very bad experience.       I had bought a power bank which was a fake one and the trouble I faced to get a return pick up is explained in detail few days back in this forum. Before I atleast had the product with me but now the product is returned but no refund provided. Tele executives told me I would get money refund in 7 working days but now it's almost a month after the return pick up is done. Last week when I called your executive cancelled my original complaint number and took new one, why are they closing old complaint and giving new complaint number when old is still open.         I have ordered two headphones from this site on 29th march 2015 and as per their instruction i would receive my order by 7th April 2015, but today(7/4/15) they are informing me that my order was cancelled due to product being out of stock and they didn't called, messaged or email me about my order being cancelled, when today i called to get update for my order then they coated me as the order has cancelled, before it they have not informed me about cancellation. But in their site the product is still available and shows that it is in stock, moreover when i called them 2-3 days back one of their executives also stated me that product is out for delivery and i would get it in couple of days.whenever i ask them to transfer my call to senior executive or manager who would have satisfying reason for my question they disconnect the call after putting it in hold. My order no. is- AB1903218 order date-29.03.2015 please see to this matter.

                    I have ordered a kitchen item from Askmebazaar.com few days back, The product is never delivered to me and few days later I got a message saying the product was not delivered as address was incomplete. However when I checked the order confirmation mail, the address was completely and correctly mentioned. Moreover when I called their helpline number, their executive behaved very rudely. Is this a way to deal with customers, I think this site should be banned in India and the entire world. I even dropped an email to their id but no one replied. Its my second experience with them and both the experiences are really pathetic. Not even this they double cheated as the coupon which was used for the transaction above is no more valid. So I lost heavily on this transaction.

                            Dear Team With reference to my online order, I apologies to say that I have faced the worst experience in all sense from this askmebazaar.com. I have done online purchase on 10th March 2015 and make the payment online through netbanking. But your backend staff/system has done some mess and made this order as COD (wheras I have paid through internet banking) . Now the courier agency is again asking for payment as Courier is marked as COD (Cash on Delivery) 1. Inspite of lot of complain in last 25 days neither I am getting product nor I am getting refund 2. The customer care number is premium number which has a high calling charges and I have been charged more than rs 100 on it. But the worst part is that the customer service agent are so rude and pathetic that I am frustrated on this. I am also not sure that I will get any revert from your side or not. If this is a genuine company then request you to kindly take the action as this site is giving pathetic services to their customer. If this a fraud, then under Indian Contract Act 1872, I will make sure that no other customer gets cheated from now onwards.
