    This is to inform you that i had given a request regarding the refund of an amount against the product which i had returned a long time back.I have been calling since long time for the refund but again n again i am been given new complaint no only.The customer care executives are also very negligible.Every time i call them they give me stupid reason n they also disconnect my phone.I m really very pissed of with such a poor service from your side.I will never ever buy anything from this site n also will not suggest any one to shop from your site.Such a poor service i have never seen in my entire...

      I have purchased two set of samsung power bank vide order no AB 1603117 from ask me bazar.com.. The material was deliverd to me on 28.3.15. On its using, i found power bank supplied by the co was difective and not working atall. I tried to contact on 30.3.15 on toll free no but it could not be picked up by the reps. I constantly tried to contact several time. Later on i was told to lodged complaint within 48 hrs only. I immediately wrote to care centre but till now I have not received any reply against my complaint. It appears that i have been cheated by the company. In all fairness, the material supplied should be replaced immediately. In case it has not been done, I will seek legal remedy. regards ashok gupta

        I had ordered a samsung power bank which was delivered to me in a broken condition. On complaining it was reverse picked up with pickup receipt no[protected] on 14.3.2015. I was told that the money will be refunded. But till date nothing has been done. My registered mobile no through which my order was placed is [protected]. On contacting customer care no proper reply is been received. It has been more than a month. I request you to give a proper and prompt reply and initiate the refund other wise I have to approach some competant authority like the Consumer court to initiate the same. Thanks

        I have ordered two belts from askmebazaar.com through order no DGA1401919 on[protected] ordered from my mobile no [protected] registered with askmrbazaar.Due to quality issue I had to return the order.
        I had fulfilled all the condition of askmebazaar.com regarding return of prouduct and demanded my money in my bank account after furnishing bank account details.
        The representative on the helpline of askmebazar assured me that my money will be credited in my bank account within 7-10 working days, but even after 40 days i didn't got my money despite of complaining various times.
        Ever time i call the helpline i got a date from the customer executive again and again, but I didn't get my money back yet.
        I will never suggest to
        anybody to purchase anything from askmebazaar

        its totally fake.
        dont go for shopping with this site.

        they dont deliver the ordered item.
        and dont give the branded item.
        the item which are deliver all are dehli made- copy of branded item.

        I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON 03 MARCH 2015 SAMSUNG POWER BANK 2600 AMH WHICH IS DAMAGE FROM ASKMEBAZZAR WHERE AS ORDER ID IS AB1323509. PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WAS DONE ON 10 MAY 2015 BUT STILL NO PROGRESS FOUND. THE COMPLAINT NO WAS QRC417315 IN ASKMEBAZAAR AND IT IS CLOSED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AND ACTION TAKEN SO FAR.

        I have returned the 3 pieces of MI power bank via reverse pickup on[protected].But the amount is not yet credited in my account.When I called, they told me wait for 2 to 3 days.Now more than 1 month passed.The complaint number (QRC379934 ) is closed without any solution.Then I again registered another complaint on[protected] and complaint number is QRC455434.Please look into the matter.
        i have ordered power bank on ask me bazaar, my order number is AB990547 AND I GOT power bank which is duplicate and not working. and reverse pickup done on 13.3.2015 and call received from ur executive on 24.4.2015 but so far my amount not received. bank details also given.
        but no response from customer care and email. when my amount returned.
        i had ordered the product on 4/10/2015 but at the time of delivery i found the product was not up to the mark so i immediately filled a refund complaint.the reverse pick up was done on 23/4/2015(receipt no[protected] and i was told i will get my money back within 7-10 days.but it has been around 30 days after reverse pickup that i have not got my money back.A number of phn calls have been made by me and every time they say you will get your money back in 7 days but still i hvnt got my money back.
        I purchased xiomi power bank last month it does not working so i given complaint on 21st May 2015, Compliant number is QRC621591, that time they told we will collect in 7 working days but they collected on June 3rd 2015 i have given all the bank details please transfer my money to bank..

        I called more than 6 to 7 times for customer care there is no good response i lost more than 50Rs by calling customer care

        Really you people are selling not original geunine products only product brand name is there all the products are fake..

        I purchased different products from your company all are fake only, ,
        2 months back i purchased samsung power bank but it not original it is also fake..

        So please stop selling of fake products with brand name..
        I received a defected xiomi power bank which was not at all working...
        I returned it as told to me by your executive..but I have not yet received my refund...
        Plz kindly return my money...else I wikk have to take strict moves...

              Respected Authority I have purchased an MI power bank from askmebazar 11000 mah on 5th march 2015 (order no. AB1383054) for rs.699, But on 17th may I received the fake micromax power bank that too in broken condition so I returned the product on 21st march. That time they said that you will get your refund within 11 days but till date they have not refunded me any amount. Whenever I call at their customer care no.                 I had ordered a mp3 player from askmebazaar.com worth rs 299 through cash on delivery on april 12 2015.product name-Digital MP3 Player With LCD Display & LED Torch, Price-rs299, delivery date-16 april 2015.when i got the product it was already open from side and it appeared to be a used product, the keys of the mp3 were not functioning properly and it was continuously hanging.My order number is AB2217919.Kindly send your delivery man for return and please refund my money.I have already spoken to your consumer care and from there i got this complain number-qrc340716.This message is to tell the company to give me my refund as soon as possible, if they expect us to continue shopping through askmebazaar.com.

                    Hi all, I have ordered MI powerbank 10000mah on 23 March 2015. I have been trying to track my order since then, but every time I call them I get a same reply saying the order has been dispatched. I have raised the complaint to the customer care multiple times, but in vain. If you can't handle timely delivery, then better don't promise the customers the same. I also asked to cancel the order and refund the money, but I got a reply saying the order can't be cancelled now. Very bad service and very bad management.

                      since i earned one of your coupon worth Rs. 250 off in one of your sponsored festival. i placed order for a pen drive 16 gb sandisk worth Rs.475 which offered me a discount for 250 and gave it to me for 225 Rs. on the day of delivery the delivery guy ask me to pay Rs.475 instead of 225. this kind of lisleading customers is nt ethical. my order no. was AB2190824

                        Hi All, I have ordered mi Powerbank from this site, they charged me 594 rupees. They have sent me duplicate product and it is only giving me 30% of charging even though i charge the powerbank for whole night. Very bad customer service. I am frustrated with the service from these people. Please avoid purchasing from them.

                          Mr Prabakarn, they are fraud people they will not help you, due to this duplicate power bank my mobile phone got repaired please file case on Ask me bazaar, then only will get solution.

                              This is to inform you that i had given a request regarding the refund of an amount against the product which i had returned a long time back.I have been calling since long time for the refund but again n again i am been given new complaint no only.The customer care executives are also very negligible.Every time i call them they give me stupid reason n they also disconnect my phone.I m really very pissed of with such a poor service from your side.I will never ever buy anything from this site n also will not suggest any one to shop from your site.Such a poor service i have never seen in my entire life.

                                  I got a good delivered on sunday, 12th April with WBN: ADE[protected]. I did not ordered anything from ASKME and by mistake my niece opened the package. I contacted the ASKME helpline [protected] and spoke to one of your executive who couldn't help me out as he kept on saying that it is my mistake and I should not have opened the package if I had not ordered it. I ended up paying to the courier guy as it was not his mistake and he was delivering the good to the address written on it. Now I cannot return the delivery as I had not ordered it and also I could not find the way to return the order on your site. I am assuming that it is a technical glitch that the good was delivered to me by mistake. Now I want to return the item and want a refund, not any points or any other offer. I had mailed to [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 13 th April 2015 but I am yet to recieve any reply/acknowledgement. Please Help

                                  Is it fake company.

                                  I have purchased one MI Power bank 10400Mah & delivered on dated 23/03/2015 from ask me Bazar. But it is not working properly and I have made complaint regarding the same on Custmor care no. [protected] on dated 24/03/2015 so many times but defective product has not Pick till today.Complaint No.QRC206999 & QRC252549 and I am again requesting to urgently pick the defective product and refund my amount ASAP. But till dated no any response.

                                    I bought power bank of Samsung 9000 mah for 599 rupees. it was not working properly therefore I registered complaint on 29 march. on 1st April I returned . pick up reciept no.[protected]/askmebajar(AB1620675) I called customer care number thrice but still I have not got my money back...moreover torturing mentally by not giving satisfactory replies. they disconnect call by themselves and I paid a lot in calling ask me bajar [protected]. my complaint number : QRC242601 contact no. [protected] plz return my money back I have told all necessary details about my account.. its more than 15 working days now.

Unfortunately i am very upset to inform you that i got wrong product from their side. it was a fake fila shoes inplace of nike men's sport shoes of size 9. i can not accept this kind of fraudness. i want my money back as soon as possible. otherwise i will go to the consumer court for such kind of cheap cheating. and you are requested to take action as early as possible...
