Hi all,
I have ordered MI powerbank 10000mah on 23 March 2015. I have been trying to track my order since then, but every time I call them I get a same reply saying the order has been dispatched. I have raised the complaint to the customer care multiple times, but in vain.
If you can't handle timely delivery, then better don't promise the customers the same.
I also asked to cancel the order and refund the money, but I got a reply saying the order can't be cancelled now.
Very bad service and very bad management.
