I have been informed by Customer Care that the order got cancelled on 22 March 2015 and refund in 4-5 days. No refund received till date. Exploring ways to file a case. Any guidance?           As per the conversation with ask me bazaar customer executives about the product samsung 2600mAh power bank order no.AB1138342 was found tampered. And I did send back the product as per the conversation. But I did not receive my amount of 300/- back in to my account. Pick up receipt no.[protected]. I am waiting for my refund amount. I did not receive the amount although i did surrender the product far earlier that is before 30 days back.

            My order no is AB1520162. I had cancelled the order but still they delivered the product. After several complains they took back the power bank but still have not received money back in my bank account it's been more than a week wht kind of company is this. You don't get any intimation message that the product has been received back by them and your money will be returned in 2 days. How can they take someone to return money. They are a fraud company. I had my doubts whether they will pay back my money and they are proving it right. Please return my money look at other sites online they don't take a week to return money it happens in 2 day. Its been a week how long will I have to wait.

                Dear Sir, I purchaged a MI Power bank from ask me bazaar. This product/order number is AB870080. I received this product but product is not working condition. After that I complain in ask me bazaar then they given a complain number QRC196509. I complained 15-20 times and every time customer care executive every time response the call back arrange with in 2-3 days and money back with in 7 days. But I have not received any call back and return money from ask me bazaar. I want to short out this issues. So please solve this issues as soon as possible.

                    Hello Team, I ordered 2 power banks on 22/03/2015 which I have not received yet as of 9/04/2015 (order number: AB1741100 & AB1741035). I called up the customer care number[protected] times and every representative says that the product would be delivered tomorrow which never happened. Today as of 9/04/2015, I again spoke with someone named Anjali from customer care on same number and she said that she raised a complaint for me to which the concerned team would contact me in 7 days. I requested her to transfer my call to someone superior (Manager or any Lead) to which she simply denied stating everyone is in meeting and even they will give the same information. I insisted several times to connect me to speak with anyone from managerial level, but she did not do it and finally disconnected the call. This is a Pathetic service from AskMeBazaar. I think this is my first and last order from AskMeBazaar. After going through the complaint forum I am scared now that the product which will be delivered (if I am lucky enough) then it would function as expected. Regards, Frustrated Customer

                      Hi, I have ordered for Samsung Power Bank with Order No: AB1005240 at ASKME BAZAR and had found defective and returned back and requested for refund of Rs. 599 This is almost 2 months from the date of purchase and product has been returned on 16th March to your courier partner. Till date I have not received my refund. I have made three complaints regarding this bearing complaint numbers QRC112859, QRC177342, QRC250445 but no action has been taken till now. All the time when I call customer care they say refund will be processed in two days and FYKI many 2 days has been passed for last month to till date. Please resolve the issue to process the payment.                         I am an employee at askmebazaar. their only goal is to make money by cheating people. they bring products which are already damaged and not in working condition. they also buy products from footpath. then they sell it for 200% more cost. they dont have a toll free number also. this is because they dont want any customer to call them for complaints. believe it or not the claim resolution percentage is 0%. they ask their employees to visit websites and post positive feedback obout askmebazaar. All positive feedbacks given here are from askmebazaar workers. all negative feedbacks are from real customers. Please do not buy any product from askmebazaar. BEWARE OF ASKMEBAZAAR. THEY ARE CHEATERS. THEY ARE FRAUDS. THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED AND PUT INTO JAIL.

                                  I had made payment of Rs. 737.00 against order no. AB1841525 at the time of booking on 27.03.2015. But at the time of delivery, is was shown as COD. After communication with customer care they confirmed that payment have already been made against the order, but as it was shown as COD, they advised to make payment to the delivery man, which would be reimbursed afterwards. As I was not convinced by such kind of proposal, they again suggested me to cancel the order and the paid money will be reimbursed to me. I accepted the suggestion. Now arrange to reimburse the money at the earliest.

AB1263338, later after so many complaint you team got it picked up, but no refund is been received till now, pick up receipt no.[protected] dated 14/03/2015. you are requested to get the refund generated soonest.

                                      On Feb 19th, I had ordered hp backpack, 2 quanitity of Rs 798.

                                      First the order was delivered after a long delay. And the product was of cheap and low quality. Then I raised a request for return. But to get the order reverse picked up I had to call AskMe 100s of time. Lastly they picked up the product after one month.

                                      Now to get the refund has become like an herculian task for me. After so much of follow up, after 3 months they agreed to refund the amount.

                                      As per them they have refunded the amount on 15th May 2015, but still the amount is not refunded in my card.

                                      Everyday I call them to know the status, their customer support executives, gives the same reply that your refund is processed. When I ask them to give me the transaction id, they are helpless.

                                      When talk to their senior authority, they tell that they will arrange a call back from backend team, but they also can't give the assurance that the backend team will call.

                                      And guess what happens, Backend team never calls. Again call the customer support and same process starts. And if you ask the customer support executive to connect to the senior whom you had talked last, then you get the same reply. He/She is currently not available. Again start the new thread with the new executive

                                      I have spent more money in calling AskMe, then the amount of my refund.

                                      AskMe is turning out to be cheat and a fraud company. I wonder how come Kangana and Ranbeer like actors can endorse such cheat site.

                                      If you are determined o process my refund, then my request # is qrc355366. No the needful, otherwise I have no option to go to Consumer court.

                                      I called them nearly 50 times till now.
                                      They are not processing my refund.
                                      Every time they give me time limit oh 12 days then when i call them again they again give next time!
                                      When I ask them to email me all details, they denied me.
                                      I have plenty of mail chain to support.
                                      And they even record calls as proof.

                                        Dear Team, Order # AB1758881 Brief note: I had placed my order on 23rd thru your portal and had paid my amt of Rs.124.00 including shipping cost the same moment. I called [protected] on 26th to check the status and was informed by the rep that the order got cancelled due to stock not available. Immediately I questioned the rep why it was not intimated to me either thru an email / SMS / call. They had no answer and as usual apologized which did not solve my problem. I was informed I will get a refund in 5 to 10 days. I waited and called on 1st on the same issue and was given the same response. I was totally out of my mind and then I was transferred to a Supervisor(that is what the rep said but I know for the fact it is another agent who spoke to me because I had been in the line of business for more than 8 years) who confirmed that I will get a call the next day EOD which did not happen. Getting to the complete mode of frustration I called in today and was given the same answer both by the agent as well the supervisor. But finally the sup agreed to arrange for a callback by EOD today which I know is not going to happen. I am not convinced at all. I am writing this email with total frustration and would like to know when my money will be refunded. Or is there a way you can arrange for a similar kind of a product to be sent to me.
