Dear askmebazzar team, Reminder:1 Kindly clarify on the basis of what you have closed the complain# QRC233163, Till date i have not received my refund back and you have closed the complain .As per your commitment it was told money will be refunded in one week but till date i have not received my money back. Kindly clarify why you are cheating with customer. And now when i have called up again on your support# then Miss Pragaya has issued a new complain# qrc329716, So why you have closed previous complain without any confirmation, If you are not going to return my money back within two day's i will file a complain to consumer form as this company is cheater company Thanx Kamal Nayan [protected]

          I placed an order AB1200363 for a lower which was not as per description. I demanded a refund the very next day i.e 27th February, I was assured that the product will be picked up and the refund will be done in maximum 10 working days.             Hello Consumers, I had ordered a power bank from ASKME on 6-April-2015, I received it after a week's time in completely damaged condition. Their packing standards are pathetic, there is no tracking of the order nor you can return it with the same courier if the product is defective. I asked for a replacement but there is no replacement policy, now I have raised a complaint to ASKME to which they intend to respond in one week's time. Once they pick up the damaged goods, the refund process will take 10-12 working days. ASKME is holding up my money for at least a month without providing replacement. Be careful while ordering goods from ASKME.

                    इसे वादाखिलाफी कहे या बेईमानी या फिर कुछ और जिस आन लाईन बाजार का आज जोर-शोर के भोपू बजाया जा रहा है। उसकी सच्चाई ग्राहको को झूठ बोलकर लूट पर टिकी है। मेरे मामले में अब तक तो यही नजर आ रहा है। जिस askmebazar.com पर मैने green avitor sunglass का आर्डर 22 मार्च को दिया था ने बीते 29 मार्च को green avitor sunglass की जगह अत्यंत घटिया क्वालिटी का black avitor sunglass भेज दिया उनके बेबसाईट पर जाकर शिकायत दर्ज किया तो मेरे मोबाइल की घंटी बज उठी आशवासन दिया कि आपकी शिकायत आगामी 48 घंटे में निस्तारण हो जायेगा। 48 घंटे खामोशी के साथ बीत गए खुश था चलो ईमानदारी अभी शेष है पर ये भी एक छलावा से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं था। फिर दो या तीन दिन बाद मोबाईल की घंटी बजी उठाया तो उधर से आवाज आयी सर हमारा आदमी आपतक जायेगा समान वापस लेने इसके दो या तीन दीन के बाद आपके बैंक एकाउण्ट में पैसा वापस आ जायेगा... दो-तीन दिन क्या पूरा हफता बीतने को है, न कोई आदमी आया न कुछ हुआ... क्या यही आन लाईन शापिंग का सच है? अगर हां तो इस झूठ के कारोबार को बंद होना ही चाहिए क्यों कि अरबों के इस देश में लाखों लोग इस एतबार में ही ठग लिये जाते होंगे। मैं इसलिए बार-बार आवाज उठा रहा हूं कि मामला चंद रूपयों का नहीं व्यापार के वसूल और ग्राहक के बुनियादी अधिकार का है। किसने हक दिया है आपकों कि आप इस तरह से लोगो को आर्थिक तौर पर ही नहीं दिमागी तौर पर भी छलते रहे... भाष्कर गुहा नियोगी वाराणसी। mobile no.[protected]

                      Sir Ask me bazar bewafkuf banane ke siwa kuch nahi karti.
                      bas yaha pe reply kar degi ki we will help you shortly but abhi tak till now no call no sms nothing nothing,
                      I recommend to case on ASK ME BAZAAR.This is my 3 complaint and till now about 24 times i have called.
                      I have to return my product and take refund.

                        I would like bring to your notice that I have not received my order placed on 25/03/2015 vide order No.AB1818631. I had placed an order for Samsung Powerbank and was informed I will receive it within 10 days. But its been 20 days and still I have not received the order. On calling the customer care, they are not even cancelling my order and refunding my money. On being questioned, their replies and answers are pathetic. I request the company either to deliver me my product or refund my money, or else, I am in a position to process for legal action.

                            My order number is AB1653171 .I ordered MI powerbank10400 mA from askme bazaar.This product is not charging my samsung pad which i bought two days later buying the powerbank .Though i charged the powerbank for two days its not charging my samsung tab not more than 20% charging .I tried many days but only to Know the product is faulty.I spoke to customer care, all he said was to mail to askmee bazaar.                                 I have received a call from Customer care and they assured me to pick the faulty product within 2 days but now its more than 10 days no one came to collect the part.

                                Also I was ensure to get the full amount refund to my bank account but still no luck.

                                      I would like bring to your notice that I have not received my order placed on 29/03/2015. I had placed an order for Beats Solo High Definition Wired Headphones and was informed I will receive it within 10 days. But its been 15 days and still I haven&amp;amp;#039;t received the order. On calling the customer care, they are not even cancelling my order and refunding my money. On being questioned, their replies and answers are pathetic. I request the company either to deliver me my product or refund my money, or else, the consequences for the company can be severe.

                                        I am very disappointed with the services of askmebazaar. I had order a headphone name Limo beats and the order number was AB1211908. I got the order within 10-12 days from my order and when i just opened the packing i was shocked to see the product which was delivered to me(The thing which is shown in the online was totally different the product which i got..) which was really not expected from the company like this. At the same moment i called the delivery person that this not what i had paid for i don;t want this product kindly change it or refund my money and he said call the company directly for any kind of help because he cannot do anything in that and after that immediately i called your customer care number and i spoke to some lady and she said that i will not get my money refund back, i have to take that product only. Later on she said no issues we will take the parcel from you and refund the money back and after 15 days a guy came to me to pickup the order and he said within 07 days i will get my money bank in my account, although i had never provided by bank details, i requested them i don't want any refund you can give me some other product with the same fare but he said no you will get refund in your account and after a week when i called your company they said kindly provide us your bank account details so that we can immediately tranfer your money back in your account and the person whom i spoke to is some Mr. Rakesh or Rajesh and its been 15 days from that time i havn't got anything from your company i am chasing everyday speaking to your colleegues but no use they said i will be getting the refund by 07th of April'15, 10th April'15. But i didn't get any call or revert from your side and i spoke to some ladies aswell named neha and priyanka. They also said i wll get call within 24 hrs and moneywill be refunded very soon to my account but its 13th April'15 today and i havn't got anything from your company. Kindly just let me know will i be getting my moneyback or for whole life i have to trace you all. If yes then kindly give me a call on my number which is already register with my complain number i.e. QRC247127. If no then also atleast revert me. This was really very bad experience which i had from this company.

                                        Very poor service...
                                        Still now didn't get any revert from the company...
                                        Worst experience i ever had.
