I was ordered Two piece of sunglass Men Aviator SRJM003 Ray-Ban Type Sunglasses and Men Aviator SRJM002 Ray-Ban Type Sunglasses respectively. Today i was received but that was totally different. I want to returned it and i want same as i ordered.

    I bought Power Bank from askme on 20th January 2015, but the product was fake and defective. I have raised the complaint multiple times but my money has still not been refunded by the Company. My complaint numbers are - QRC 278374 and 245055. The reverse pick up of the product was on 1st March, receipt number of the same is[protected]/ AB875077. I paid Rs. 450 for this product but my reverse payment is still pending.

    I received the call from Askme refund team for processing of refund 25 days back and still my money has not been refunded. Please let me know whether you will refund this amount or not.

When we opened the package we were SURPRISED TO SEE THAT IT WAS A EMPTY CASE OF SPECTACLES. AND WHEN YOU SEE THE PHOTOGRAPH YOU WILL COME TO KNOW THAT THE CASE IS THAT OF AN NORMAL SPECTACLES AND SUNGLASSES CANNOT EVEN FIT INTO IT.               hi, my name is kiran from Ahmedabad and i had place the order on 24th march with the order no. AB1776865 for Style Mania Attractive Black Straight Salwar Kameez - 134 and i had made the online payment for that so at the same time i received the message that your order has been confirmed fo delivery and after 2 days when i called to the cust care no. [protected] they told me that my order will deliver to me within 10 to 12 days but the next day when i called for the status they told me that my order has been declined due to the stock negativity so i raised the complain for that after that next day i received the call from sunaina ([protected]) and she told me that my order has been dispatched and it will reach to me till 4th April 2015 and when today i called to them i am shocked after hearing that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the product and she asked me by which mode i had ordered so i think they dont have propper system or propper educated employees to answer the cust and all the time they cut the call without propper solution and their systems are always in up gradation so i am totally confused with this Besetting site so please i wants this product any how other wise i have all the planning to visit consumer forum and surely you ll be in legal mess so kindly contact me on my contact no. thanks & regards kiran chaudhary.

                  I place a order in askmebazaar Order no AB1458362 on march 2nd week, i got product delivery on 21.03.2015 morning, instantly i opened that, but it was different color & different product, immediately i called to [protected] & spoke with the customer care representative she take a complaint (complaint no) "QRC222658" said with in Two days they will come & take back the product & refund the amount in seven days to my bank account. But still one buddy come & collect the product. I called three to six times to customer care help line but there is no use, they are not ready to help me out, i have never seen an authenticated online shopping company do like this. Seriously this shows your irresponsible behavior towards the customer service.

It does not even charge my phone upto 50%. My phone battery capacity is 2370mah. Please either you replace my product with an original sony cycle energy power bank or refund the paid money.                               I Have order a Samsung Power bank, but it is a Fake Duplicate Product. It is broken From the edge, it can Open (come on which Power bank opens) it has a Torch (a torch?) You can see the pictures i uploaded. The Original Power bank have Battery status indication lights but the one I order have nothing only have 4 hole for name sake and when we open it inside we found 3 Batteries (blue Batteries) I was Afraid to Charge it (who knows if it blasts) Better not to take risk. They Took 600rs for the product who's worth is not more than 6rs. I don't know why i ordered though. (kiss manhoos gadi me order place kiya). I would never prefer to buy anything ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever in my life. This was my first experience.
                              I purchase Sony power bank of 10000 mah but instead of it i got power bank of MI 10400 mah and also it is not in working condition. Also Sony power bank is written on courier bag but inside it contain of damage MI power bank. I call to paid customer care about it they had demand of my bank account details and given me complaint no. Also says that courier will get back and money will get transfer to my account number with in 10 to 12 days, but untill now i do not got any response.
                              i purchased online samsung 9000mah powerbank which is fake.
                              askmebazaar is doing fraud with customers. i want my money back please take your fake power bank and send my money back
                              With reference to Order No :DGA2797341, Order date : May 6th 2015 for Power bank 10400 mAh, Amount Rs 509. I received the order on May 13th 2015 and noticed that it is a fake one, it would take hours to charge and within minutes it gets discharged.. I tried reaching the customer care but in vain. I request you to please replace the product with an original Xiaomi Power bank 10400 mAh with an authorized re seller or return d amount

                              We have been provided a fake MI 10400 mhz power bank as per internet review and also i have charged a power bank full bt it dosent work for an hour and charge is over, so plzz do not make fool to the customer and replace the real and the original power bank..if it is not done then we have to take strict action against your company which will not be good for your company reputation..so do the needfull as soon as possible..
                              THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SALES COMPANY EVER. SELLING FAKE XIAOMI PRODUCTS. AND NOW THEY ARE NOT READY TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS.649/- . The charger did not even work for once. The seller is Balaji Mobiles ORDER no.AB2282375 . THE FAKE PRODUCTS ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THE REAL ONE, BUT THERE ARE CERTAIN MARKS that PROVE THAT it is a fake one.

                                      Dear Team This is in regard to Order No AB1262359 and AB1250257, The orders were placed on 25 Feb 2015 and 24 Feb 2015 respectively. For AB1250257 (Xiaomi 10400 Mah Power Bank -Mi ) I have paid the amount of Rs. 369 by Credit card and the order was confimed by Ask Me bazar and till now have not received the power bank, so great of your team that you people don't even bother to check the status of the order to communicate the customer regarding the status and delivery of the order. As per the Policy of your company only "The Product(s) will be shipped to the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days of placing the order, depending on the availability of the Product with the seller selling the Products (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and serviceability of delivery location. In some cases it may take more than 10 (ten) working days, due to the geographical location of the Buyer." Its been more than 40 days that i have not received the power bank and the money has been received by Ask me bazaar and if customer calls to customer care, they have no idea that whether the order will be placed by seller or not. Totally Bad Experience !!! Regarding Order No: AB1262359 ( HTC Mobile charger ) that has been placed on Feb 25, 2015. The same was ordered cash on delivery and the same has also not been received till now. As per Customer Care agent Tarun Sharma the same has been cancelled due to non availability of the stock. However, the same has not been communicated to me . Again a very bad processing by the Company, the same has been cancelled due to cash on delivery ( great you people). Please let me know whether you will place original Xiaomi 10400 Mah Power Bank -Mi or not and what time your team requires to place the order. Thanks a ton in advance if you place the order on time.
