I bought 4 quantity of Makaibari Green Tea 25 tea bags as this was listed as a product on Askmebazaar.com. This purchase was made on 28th April 2015.
The MRP mentioned in listing was Rs. 865 and they showed me a discount of 39% and showed selling price as a deal for Rs. 521.

When I received the product, there was a big issue.
The product MRP was hidden by seller by pasting sticker of "Web Sale Only". I tried to remove sticker, but it was placed in such a way that as soon as i removed it, the MRP used to be unreadable

I contacted the Makaibari (manufacturer) of the product and they informed that that each box of 25 tea bags is priced (MRP) at Rs. 90, so total of 4 boxes will be Rs. 360.

So in short Ask me bazaar showed inflated MRP of a product as rs. 865 which in real costed only Rs. 360.

This product was shipped a seller of Askme bazaar named "New Datta Tea Co." with address "1/37/3, Groundfloor, Jatin Das Nagar, Belghoria, Kolkata - 700056". When Makaibari company people tried reaching this seller, he denied the matter and threatened them by gathering people around them. So this is kind of goondagardi.

I mailed Askmebazaar on [protected]@askmebazaar.com around 25 times, but they never respond on mails, in short they don't keep anything in black and white. Askmebazaar support called on these mails and they promised to give refund of my money paid, asked me to even send my bank account details for transfer to their email ID [protected]@askmebazaar.com

Even after months of sending my details, every call they used to say that transfer is initiated and will take 5-7 business days. When asked how come their NEFT transfer takes 5-7 business days when in real its same day transfer, they said its company process. Finally they said they won't give my money back.


COMPENSATION
Askmebazaar wasted my time and effort and caused me huge harassment from last 8 months. They must compensate by giving me complete refund and also compensate for harassment caused to me for 8 months.

It was already raised 20-30 times, but n o resolution given. Resolve it and give resolution in this forum itself.

I don't trust askmebazaar customer service. As soon as matter will move from this forum to their ticketing, no resolution will be given and customer like me will be harassed as was done for past so many months.
Dear Sir, Askmebazaar- on line cheating site:BEWARE

I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging  the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "Your ticket is in process. We need more time to resolve the issue", "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

In my experience they have closed ALL the ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

      Respected sir, my Order ID DGA8226374​, Ticket no 2973​ I have ordered and payed 949 Rs- for Kemei- trimmer and shaver KM-9026 model which displayed in their website But they sent me NV-188 model of NOVA company its cost worth 500Rs. These askmebazaar.com people are cheating and also delaying minimum 10 days for returning money there by earning so much interest on that. Respected sir, their plan itself by sending wrong and faulty product and by put it in pending or not resolving earning money. It is very dangerous to the society. So immediately ban the website and take necessary action. Put this complaint available online. It is shame to askmebazar.com. Please respond to control such online frauds and checking the accounts auding properly. How they are earning crores of money. I have evidences. I have attached images with bills. There is no matching at all with the item and bill. Moreover they are not bothering anything for their mistake.

            I purchased a remote control helicopter toy through askmebazaar.com via order id:AB5478892 and received it on 14.11.2015, on the same day I sent a e mail complaining that the product was not working and found to be defective they never bother to reply me through e mail after a few days suddenly they called me and asked me to send my bank account details for refund of my cash, I did not sent it because without sending the product bank I did not want to take money from them, I waited and few days back again sent a e mail as well as sopke to the call center guy who had no knowledge of how to handle this issue as well as he did not have the exact details related to the product .I want to send back the product and receive my money back

                I tried to order for intex protector in askmebazaar.com on 8th October 2015(amount: 1381) due to some problem in the website I did not get any confirmation page or mail or sms from askmebazaar. But money debited from my account. I thought my order was not placed properly and it will get refund automatically. Since I needed the product very urgently I got the product from my local shop. After a week(approx 10 days) I got sms that your order AB5876736 is ready to ship. immediately I called to askmebazaar customer support to cancel the order. They take it as case, next day I got sms from support team saying "we can not cancel the order since its shipped already so please refuse delivery" Courier service boy attended delivery on 24 October 2015 afternoon. As advised by support team I refused the delivery and informed to the customer support. Few days later again I called to customer support to check my status but they have updated as delivered. After that I made many calls and spoke to agents and their senior managers: Dasal, Suma, Naresh etc but no proper response from them. So much of my time, energy etc wasted to get back my money from them, I want my money back If the status is delivered send me the proof of delivery. May be the problem is with your courier service or the seller. This is not my mistake as your guys advised I refused the delivery. I want my money back.                 I tried to register in your website http://support.askmebazaar.com, but I can not create a ticket there, as advised I tried different browsers like chrome, Mozilla firefox, Internet explorer and different mechine also.. and also I did not miss any fields there.                     I ordered for Vu 32 inches full HD LED TV on 21st Nov. 2015 and after waiting for long time, I did not got my order. Then I cancel my order on 4th December 2015 and I call to many times to customer care, they told it will be refunded (amount : 16399 rupees) in next 5 to 7 days. I am still waiting but I didn't got my refund. First time I ordered this site but my experience is very bad. Now I want my refund amount : 16399 rupees in next 2 days otherwise I will take legal action.

                          I have placed an order on 2nd november 2015. The order is still not delivered to me. I have already paid the amount. I couldn't even cancel the item. I will file a case against them if they don't deliver the correct product. Their customer care is the worst I have seen, saying the same dialogues repeatedly. i called customer care 24 times... order id- AB6967134

When I call customer care they say the refund is in progress and asking me to wait, I logged an additional complaint by dialing to askmebazaar.com customer care and the complaint number is QRC67232573/ QRC69982347 I THINK SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG AT ASKMEBAZAAR.COM ON THIS REFUND PROCESS. PLEASE HELP ME

Sir, I Suman Rajbangshi am a regular customer of online shop would like to draw your kind attention to my worst ever experienced that for my first ever shopping via askmebazaar that I have ordered for a combo of 2 T-Shirt, Nokia 105 mobile phone and 8GB memory card on 31.10.2015 for Rs. 1299/- and I am very sad to say that they delivered me a samsung Guru 1200 mobile phone without sealing and it contains a duplicate charger brand name XING POWER GOLD. The original packaging is very much poor it contains totally the unsealed samsung guru mobile phone with duplicate charger without any documents, two very poor quality 'GANJEE' and one is already damaged, a memory card.( plz find the attachments.) I have requested them to take action regarding the above said matters several times( atleast 7 mails and 2 times complaints), but till date they haven't taken any action to exchange it by original one or refund my money.
