    Askmebazaar is not acting and refunding money for wrong product delivery. I have raised complaint on their website and facebook page. I have not got any update even after repeated reminders on FB, we are not getting any action. Similar cases are being noted on my face book complaint.         On 7th of Dec I received 1No. Bread Toaster (Baltra Make) in Damage conditions and raised a complaint No; 13736 to refund the amount. and also called the customer care several times. Today is 19th and still they have not responded for my call or the complaint registered in their web site. I am fraustrated from this type of attitude from ASK ME Bazaar and I have informed to all my friends and relatives that ASK ME BAZAAR IS NO 1 DHOKA COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM

        Very Cunning Move from Ask Me Bazaar. First they are despatching the damage Product. After 1 Month of Registiring the complaint they are arranging to take product and till date they have not refunded the amount.. Request everybody not buy any products from them.

                I had placed order for Whirlpool refrigerator from askmebazzar on 17-Dec-2015 but i didn't receive any SMS or Email as acknowledgement. Also the order is not appearing under "My Orders" in my account. I had made the payment of Rs.23879 through payumoney. Merchant Transaction Identifier shared by payumoney is NDD2617871_P_651298. I talked to the customer care team[protected] for more than ten times but they are not able to track the order. The product had next day delivery but i have not received it till date. I had also raised a ticket (thttp://support.askmebazaar.com/support/tickets/30974) but no body tried to resolve it even after 48 hours. Please fix it urgently.

                  Showing fake offer but after to day of confermation of panasonic grill microvawe oven they cancked my order after 4 days by saying that product is not in their stock i ordered a microwave which is in offer its price is 952 rupees and and its original price on askme 8702rs i order it on 12 december and called coustmer care on 16 they said yes your order is confermed and will rech to you in 10 working day and then on 18th they messaged and said your order is cancled coz product is not in stock i want my product that i had ordered please

                          I have received an incomplete product and i have raised a complaint against it on 23rd-November-2015. After follow up again and again your team has come and collected the product on 08th-December-2015. I called your customer again on 09th-December-2015 saying that i have returned the product then they said that i will be receiving the money with in 11th-December-2015. But i did not receive on 11th-December-2015 hence i called on 12th-December-2015. I spoke to the floor supervisor by name Srinivas, he said i will get it by 14th-December-2015 end of the day.                             I have ordered combo for women(45 Nova Hair Dryer, 44 Hair Straightner and Eyebrow Trimmer) on Dec 7, 2015, My order no was 70145615. Hair Dryer is well. It was delivered on Dec 9, 2015. But onsite the box i saw that Hair Straightner's box is open and there was no manual and with so many scratch as like it was 2 years old. The Eyebrow trimmer is also not so good it doesn't work properly. I have one question that i have paid properly but why i get as such product? I don't buy anything from this site because this is nothing but a cheat.

                                Dear Askmebazaar, I would like to get your attention to one of the problems I am facing with your delivery and customer support team. I have placed an order on 9 Nov 2015 with oder number AB7355006 I made a complaint on 4th De 2015, with complaint number #17473 stating. [Hello Team, I have ordered two mops with order ID AB7355006. And only one piece is delivered. There is no news about the second product. I have ordered a mop with mp3 player for 2 No's. Please check it and revert back at the earliest] Till today not a single call / message has been sent to me stating the progress. Upon calling several times to customer care no[protected], there is no response from the team to resolve the issue. All they have to say is "You have made an online Buyer complaint, and we cannot resolve it, there is a seperate team working on it." I am totally unhappy with the way customer support is handled the situation. Mr R. Naresh who is heading the Floor also not listening to the whole conversation, he keeps repeating the same words like a tape recorder. Making customer wait for thier products and refund has become a habit for this company. Totally disappointed.

                                They have reverted back with refund and taken back the half delivered product. Thanks for the action. If it would have done within a stipulated time, it would have been much appreciated. Nevertheless lesson learnt for me.

                                  Dear Sir, I ordered one no. Wireless MP3 Player with memory card (Product Code 1942844) on line through Askme bazaar.com on 12th December'15 for Rs. 499.00 minus discount of Rs. 25.00. This material was delivered to me on 16th December through Courier. After opening the sealed packet I found so called music player ( useless piece of moulded headset) which is not at all working. The quality of material itself is not upto mark. There was no brochure and also the description given on the packing is just informative. I am very much disappointed and have decided to never purchase any item through Askmebazaar website. I repeatedly tried your customer care number[protected] thrice today but the same is getting dis-connected immediately after dialing the number.                                     I ordered for 5-in-1 Air sofa from Ask me bazaar and received the item for which I paid Rs.2500/- Cash(COD).   On filling the sofa with Air I found that the  sofa is damaged and air leaks out of the Air Sofa-cum-bed and the product is not usable.  Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaarcom/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail.   After this to review the progress of my complaint I was constantly logging in to the ticket area of askmebazaar/support/ticket/31456  and view for further updates.  The site was showing  "Processing"  even after 2 weeks.  Then I became anxious and contacted their customer care no.[protected].   I was  told that they don't know anything about the complaint ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer support team is different.  When I requested for the ticket team's phone number they could n't provide it. They  told me to wait for 10 working days and assured me not to worry. Then I was checking in the ticket site for updates.    Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint "stating whether I am happy with the resolution of the complaint" . I was shocked to read this since they have not done anything to solve the complaint nor refunded
                                    my money.  When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket by filling all mandatory columns.   I couldn't understand the reason for this since my earlier ticket contained all the details including my Bank details.   So as per their direction a new ticket was done in their support site and I am provided with ticket no. 38454.  Every day I use to check the status. The status  was showing "Processing"   all these days."  Then  there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated.   For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contained all details regarding my Bank A/c.  After that their site shows that "Awaiting my response.".  I am unable to understand what response they require from me since I have provided all the details including my Bank a/c. details.  So I mailed to them regarding their site error. Then I understood that they are simply prolonging  the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. However I was checking the ticket site for further updates. On day surprisingly I noticed that these unscrupulous people have closed the 2nd ticket also without redressing my complaint. I protested against these closure of tickets and raised a series of tickets in their support with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462, 41836, 41835, 41833, 41832, 41828, 41827,[protected], 42900, 42899, 42863, 44121, 44191, 43713... These tickets also fell on dump ears and they closed all these tickets without solving the issue.

                                    I reviewed this cheating site highlighing my bad experience with Askmebazaar in mouthshut and consumercomplaints. It is surprising to note that this unscrupulous askmebazaar has responded to my review apologing for the delay and stating that the refund is in process. This is just a gimmick to divert attention of the viewers and again an unethical practice adopted by them to cheat viewers. On scrutiny of various complaint against askmebazaar in these sites I find that they have responded similarly without solving their issues by pretending &responding in a positve manner. Dear buyers and product viewers. Pl. understand that askmebazaar is a customer cheating site. They have dump of spurious and damaged products, which they want to sell by colourful advertisements and offering huge discounts etc. I appeal to all not to fall prey to these ads. Once you pay, your money is lost. The customer support team consist of a team of cheaters who know pretty well how to cheat and how to earn profit at the cost of others. My experience with  on-line purchase from on line stores  like shopclues,   amazon,   flipcart,   Lot of stock and other TV ad sites like telebuys   is that the customer support team is very friendly,   very quick in response and the TAT(Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in  askmebazaar is very much indifferent,   we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action and finally we would realise that they have cheated us.   Pl. don't go by their resolution wording such as "Your ticket is in process. We need more time to resolve the issue", "To have better insight to your complaint raise another ticket in our support...", "we apologise for the delay and have taken up your case seriously", "your refund is in process and soon you would receive.." all these are false responses given by this cheating team. If anybody has received one paise back from this cheating site pl. respond for my information and noting for my records.

                                    In my experience they have closed ALL the ticket 31456 dt.[protected] and subsequent tickets raised with nos. 38454, 38461, 462... and so on without solving the issue and refunding the money.   Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money lost more than a month back.

                                        My name is Ramesh, yesterday[protected] in my face book i was seen Ask me bazaar add (Vijay Iron box at 750), when i try to click on that add ask me bazaar site open & Specail discount coupon (Santa the Price Slayer) and i got 33% (on Rs.750) discount Coupon. When i try to confirm my order (when i click on submit), they are saying (window appear) Invalid Coupon. Now if i want buy that product i have to pay Rs.750. Like they are (Ask me bazaar & their partners) cheating common peoples.
